ok...now...
I went and got me some Adipokinetix, but now I am reading that it works best with either MM4 or something called Guggulbolic ...now..can anyone help me clear something up??
All I want to do is lose fat. Simple, eh? I can't take ephedra so all these things sound a lot better...can someone enlighten me as to what combo is good for a female? Should I add the MM4 or the Guggulbolic or just stick with adipo?
I have to say, that so far, its costing me more money to lose weight and be fit than if I remained overweight. The money I save in food I am spending in supplements-I guess I'm breaking even.
BTW--I am also using lipoderm-y, if that makes any difference
Thanks!

I heard that Guggulbolic was a waste of money, so if you are going to stack it i would use MM4 and that should work well for u.
I have not tried any of those products though, but I am thinking about trying Adipokinetix in the near future.
Please let me know what you think of it.
thx

guggle works however none of the products on the market today carry enough of the active ingredient to make a difference. It is too expensive to manufacture...save your $.

How about the straight guggle powder from kilosports?

Adipo alone should be enough for you to get good results, save your money and just use this

You have to realize most of these supplement companies are out to make $$, and could care less if you actually loose fat/gain muscle. They "suggest" this or that, but really you need to do your homework and find out what really works and what is just bull****.
Stick with the Adipokinetix, low-cal intake and cardio for at least 30 minutes every morning before you eat anything. You will drop the girth...1R,2S Norephedrine HCl and Yohimbine HCl is as good as it gets!

If you are using Adipokinetix and Lipoderm, you should definitely stack it with MM4--this should work very well for you and I am sure Big Cat will back me up on this.
How much weight do you want to loss and how lean do you need to get anway?

Yeah stick with the Adipokinetix and Lipoderm, they should work well. Let me tell you the catch though. None of that stuff will work if you aren't cutting back calories and sweating for at least 30 minutes a day. Trust me I tried em all. There is nothing (supplemements) that will help you without adding a little sweat of your own.

yes, I totally agree with Ice man. Also one more tip...Lipoderm only truly works if you are on a low carb diet---this is extremely important

Yuppers..thats the diet plan I have been on for a year, and have lost since last January 45 pounds, but there is a bit to go. Cardio is an every day event sometimes more than the 30 mins, and I do heavy weight training as well (yea, I know..what weights put on, cardio takes off--a no win situation!)
But thanks for the advice...I think I will stick to just the lipo and adipo for now and see what happens...!!!!
I just happen to be on one hell of a plateau now--here's to 2002
happy holidays everyone

If you're dieting and lifting, I'd recommend Par Deus's method of gaining strength on a diet. It's elucidated in his article, unsurprisingly titled "Strength gains on a diet" at http://www.avantlabs.com/issue1/gain_strength_on_diet.htm
So, if I'm in CT and want a new body piercing where should I go?
