Do I absolutely have to do cardio in the morning to get cut or could I get almost the same benefit from doing it in the day........My day at work starts at 6am and usually doesn't end until 7pm and I REALLY hate getting up at 4am. I know women have to work harder at ripping up but really.............everyday at 4
that sucks!! :(

Yeah, it totally sucks but you will see better results by doing it in the am on an empty stomach. If you absolutely can't do it, make it the last thing you do at night before you go to bed. Try high intensity interval training. It worked great for me. We have almost exactly the same stats so it might work really well for you to since we seemingly have the same body type. Good luck!

You get much better results when you do your cardio in the morning. Reason being, your glycogen levels are lower in the AM.
When you do your cardio at any other time of the day you spend the first 15 – 25 minutes going through your glycogen storage (burning Carbs) then your body starts using Fat for fuel. Unless you are on a Keto diet, In which case, you are not taking in any carbs therefore your body is in fat burning mode all day.
Another option is to do your cardio after lifting thus depleting glycogen through your workout then doing your cardio. The problem with this is that you put your body in an intense catabolic state and put in danger your Muscle mass.

I have been on the anabolic diet for 3 days at about 30-40 carbs, should I lower my carbs? It sucks but not on Sat and 1/2 sunday:)

I assume you're goal is ketosis? Are you there yet? If not cut the carbs back, or more likely spread them out more.

I am not there only on 3 days..........if I'd get up and do cardio of course it would speed it up........I have noticed myself felling a little loopy but I'll wait a few more days and I may skip the carb-up day until another week:)
The mistake I kept making while trying to get into ketosis was not carbs, but eating too much protein. It allowed my body to turn the protein into glucose (gluconeogenesis)and kept me out of keto. SOme say to eat 80% of cals from fat until you enter K then you can up protein some if you want. Keep experimenting--everybody's different.
