i recently got a small fracture in my elbow and my doctor said i can lift 1/3 the weight I usually do. I am out for about 3 weeks and I dont want a lot of my muslce mass to go down. Any1 have an suggestions about certain exercises i should do that dont require a lot of weight but will keep my muscles pumping? thanks.

damn that sux... ive had somethin like that, i tore a tri a yr ago and after it healed my bow was hurtin like there was no cushin b/w the bones...took a long tiime to heal.

I would stick to cables, they get you pumped quick if you focus and do them slow enough...also, some machines can help for the few weeks your out, then back to freeweights, 3 weeks is nothing as long as you lift light there should be extremely minimal loss, if any even...good luck on recovery
