Well for one, while Lolicon is techinically child porn, the children aren't real.

Any real child on that site is clothed enough not to qualify as porn. Sick maybe, but technically not breaking any laws. I think it's sicker that parents will whore their children out to certain companies that cater to pedos in exchange for a little cash.
