I've decided to start logging my diet to help keep track of my daily intake since my workouts have been on point but not the diet.

I will be doing a ketoish blend of 45/5/50 P/C/F

I will start loggin tomorrow.

Well most of the day is set so I will log what I know for sure and then log the rest later w/ the macros

25mg 7-Keto
600mg - N-Acetyl-L-Cycteine (NAC)

This leaves me about 700 calories for tonight when I get home :)

Unfortunatly NO, its a piece of crap prepared frozen meal from the store. I have been banned from microwaving real eggs at work due to the smell.

I am going to experiment with the steam bag omelets tonights and see if they pass my wife's stink test. If so I will start using those.

lol. I don't find microwaved eggs smell when they are made in those little single egg cookers.

I may have to check those out. I didn't know you roam these parts too. I don't think super burritos are allowed over here. :)

I don't, but sometimes I click the 'latest post' in nutrition forum.

There are different kinds and some work for more than one egg at a time (my microwave came with two)
