Hey! I am starting to cut for my R&R to Hawaii (it will be the first time I've seen my husband in seven months). It's only been four days, but I am still having some hunger pains. Does anyone have any advice on how to quelch them (gum, more water, etc.)?

How many cals are you eating? You may not be eating enough full stop....

I would recommend more fibre, mainly in the form of fibrous veggies, green tea and water. Sugar free Kool Aid is good too.
