I just ordered 5g of nolva in powder form because this was the only way i could buy it w/o an Rx. How can i assure that im getting a 40mg dosage out of the powder? Are there such things as empty capsules i can find somewhere?

Either a scale that measures to the .01 or make it a solution with Bacardi 151 or PEG 400 or 600.

Capping kit. 20mg of Nolva. HAHA. Right. Unless of course, you actually know what you are doing and you get some filler and mix it properly and all of that nonsense. Next time order the 20mg/ml solution.

Anybody who has tried Everclear and Olive oil (suspension) have a preference between the two? I sort of need minor guidance here.

Very simple.
Either use your math skills to add adequate COLORED filler (aka strawberry protein powder) to fill a known quantity if caps a known amoutn of MG. to ensure your caps have equal distribution, or use a simple oral solution.
If you can't figure this out, well...why are you buying powders by the gram?
