Good luck, I will keep checking in on ya ;)
BTW, are you counting your almonds? You would hate to be fat deficient. I find fat is the most difficult part of my diet so I worry you wouldn't be getting enough.
Got any starting pics?

Here are my immediate thoughts on your diet....
Meal 1 - not enough carbs...change the wheat bread to a cup of oatmeal
Meal 3 - where is it?
Meal 4 - try and get some simple carbohydrate after your workout.
Meal 5 - how much chicken breast, substitute the wheat bread with brown rice or yam and get some good greens like brocolli or asparagus
26 weeks out, thats a long time! Keep up the intensity and good luck

my daily carb intake varies, i posted my low carb day because the past week iv been cheating to much with all the halloween chocolate but when i do get strict i get around 160-170g of carbs.
I do not know the exact measurement of the chicken breast but its a pretty decent size full chicken breast that i get from the grocery(4 breasts in package). And what do u recommend in terms of simple carbs after workout???

yea your legs are definitely behind, but 26 weeks will definitely be enough for you to bring them in completely. Just don't get discouraged if you are not losing fat from your legs, because with some people the fat on their legs is the last to go.

I thought his legs look thick as hell. Not much frame of reference in that pic though.

Your legs are fine; you'll see more visible separations as you lose the fat down there. How are the calves though? What exercises are you doing for back width?

well my back routine changes weekly in terms of order of exercise but the exercises include lots of heavy rows and pulldowns.

can anyone recommend some good exercises for building wider lats
You look great by the way - but if you're not already doing wide grip chinups I think they're one exercise thats awesome for lats.

my lats blew up when i started throwing in semi-wide grip pullups and heavy lat pulldowns. i would do 4 sets of pullups at the beginning of 2-3 workouts a week and sometimes throw in some more pullups at the end of each workout. it sucked doing but it helped a ton.
