Are spinlocks the bars that are threaded and have the lock that spins on? Thats what ive always thought, but on a recent website they were calling some other ones spinlocks

Do they make the threaded ones for olympic dumbells? Those are my fav but I can only find them in standard. Which are the safest? I do a lot of my compound lifts with dumbells so I put a ton of weight on them and need them to be super safe

spin locks make you waste time spinning the thing when you're changing weights. clamps are the best. fast and efficient. and they shouldn't give you problems with the weight sliding off.
