heh I picked up a cheap 16" pedestal fan in a DIY ( home improvement) chain called B&Q here in the Uk for £13 , Its one of the best value things I've picked up. handy in summer anyway, but it really cuts down on sweat in lifting and cardio, and gives that little edge that helps you push a little harder. it's gonna last a few years at least, so I think its a dammn good value little addition to a home gym if you dont have one!
