I just found out about this recently and im wanting to give it a shot any advice on a diet plan of the best foods to use in this cycle...?

Whole eggs. Fresh meat including fatty cuts and chops. Chicken and turkey, including thighs and skin and drumsticks. Fish, particularly oily fish like salmon, sardines, mackerel.
Lots and lots of green vegetables. Avocado, aubergine, asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, bokchoy, beet greens, courgettes, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, celeriac, cucumber, chard, dandelion, endive, fennel, green beans, garlic, kale, lkohlrabi, ettuce, mustard greens, mangetout, mushrooms, olives, peppers, pumpkin, rocket, radishes, spring onions, spinach, baby sweetcorn, turnips, watercress etc.
Lots of good quality fats: butter (yes, saturated fat is good for you), extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, mayo, heavy cream, coconut oil.
Hard and cream cheese. Not processed cheese. Some cottage cheese.
Nuts and seeds, coconut meat.
What you do not eat is any form of bread, cereal, legumes, milk, fruit (except avocado), root vegetables, rice, pasta, or any form of refined carbs. You also avoid any transfats, they are the ones that will clog your arteries.
