I've always been able to come up with a solution for ailments through diet but I am currently stumped with an issue. For the past 6 months, my joints have been very dry. Getting up put out of a chair my elbows crack and my wrists often crack. I also have a bout of tennis elbow and slightly inflamed knee at times.

Could it be from my intake of 2 egg yolks per day? I'm thinking the AA could be causing some inflammation...

I'm doing a 40-40-20 now. First meal is often 2 whole eggs, 2 pieces Ezekiel, with 1 tbsp nat pb.

2 whole eggs isnt gonna give u 40g protein and i personaly dont have access to ezekiel bread so i do not know how much carbs it gives per serving.

try

50g oats +water *i use the protein spoon to scoop it* x2.5 scoops*ON protein scoop or any standard size scoop that says on package serves 30g serving size.

peanut butter one tea spoon.

and a protein shake*get your scoop size & calculation accordingly*

some need 1 or 1 1/4 to get 40g protein

that will give u rounghly or exactly

40 pro 40-45 carbs 15-20 fat (depending on brand of peanutbutter)



*take Calcium 300mg x3 a day
*magnezium 300mg plus* 1 a day.
