Do you think this is a good split for someone with good recovery?

Day 1:
Back, Biceps, Forearms

Day 2:
Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Day 3:
OFF

Day 4:
Legs, Calves

Day 6:
Back, Biceps, Forearms

Day 7:
Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Day 8:
OFF

Day 8:
Legs, Calves

Day 9:
Back, Biceps, Forearms

Day 10:
OFF

Day 11:
Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Day 12:
Legs, Calves

Day 13:
Back, Biceps, Forearms

Day 14:
OFF

2 weeks, 4 days off, each muscle worked 3 times

-OR-

should I just stick with my normal 5 day split, which is mon-fri work, sat-sun off, and is

2 weeks, 4 days off, each muscle worked 2 times

Push/Pull/Legs, 2 on 1 off. My personal favorite.

That is alot of working out. How many sets do you plan on doing for each muscle? I am quite sure i would over train if i did this.

i noticed u had back/biceps/forearms being worked out 4 times in that period, which is fine if u have good recovery. just lettin ya know if u didnt know u had it 4 times there

i prefer having chest/triceps on different days. it allows me to fully blast the different groups.

up to you, looks good but i would only recommend if you have good recovery. most would be overtraining using this.

Hey thanks for the answers guys. I actually ended up deciding on a 2 day on / 2 day off split which is 15 days in the gym in 1 month, as opposed to the normal 3 days out of a week which is 12 days in the gym in 1 month.
