how much carbs does natural peanut butter contain? is it ok to eat it on keto?

Natural peanut butter also has mono-unsatured fats, which help burn regular saturated fat, the fat on your abs and such.

Reading the label on my bottle of PB, it states that a serving size (2 tablespoons), contains 6 grams of carbs - which includes 2 grams of dietary fiber and 2 grams of sugar...very low.
