Okay here is what ill be using while Im on my very first cycle.

10/20/20/20-SD
Proliver
Fish Oil-1000mg
Mulit-vitamin
Zinc-50mg
Milk Thistle-1000Mg
Red yeast rice-600mg X 2
Glucosamine Sulfate-1000 Mg
Biotion-1000Mg
B-12-500Mg
CoQ10-30mg
NO Whey Protien
Eat Right and ALOT.
I was thinking if i ran 3 miles a week that would help keep the BF% down.

PCT
6oxo
Tamoxifen Citrate
Red yeast rice
Proliver
Creatine Mono
If there is anything else you guyes think would help please do. Ive been working out for the 2 years and have seen the strenght go up but not enough Bulking. I have been doing quite a bit of research and think this wiuld be perfect. I am now 5'8" 180 I hope to be at 195 by the end of the cycle and keep all my gains.

okay here we go first day. I just got through with my workout I know its early but my pumps fill extra full after my workout i guess it is all in my head but i hope i see some great gains todays workout

miltary press 3x6, upright row 4x6
CHEST
flat bench 4x6,incline bench 3x8
BISCPTS
incline dumbell curl 3x6,ez curl 3x8
LEGS
squat 4x8,lungs 3x6

In all seriousness, look at adding an ATD product to your PCT. A trib product too. What's your age and whats your diet like? The best of luck to you.

im 24. My diet is real clean i plan on intacking a lot of carbs and protien.

alright sorry i have posted anything. well i dont know what to think? I have gained 10 lbs and my bench press has gone up 10lbs. These last 5 dayes ive had a cold. It sucks! overtraining seems to be the best as far as gains I have found out.

Hawthorne Berries and Saw Palmetto (prostate) during cycle.
Also I personally, would use the milk thistle during PCT as well.

I would definately recommened Rebound XT, I have researched alot and found that this products is among favorites. PCT-75/75/50/50 OR 75/50/50/20

A CEE products such as THUNDER or GREEB BUlDGE would def. work to maintain strenght and gains during and after PCT. You also need your supps. to protect your vital organs.

glad to see someone new doing an SD cycle the right way with the right supps and right PCT. it seems lately that people are doing the most halfassed cycles. i was beginning to lose hope, haha. good luck with the cycle.

nolva is fine for my pct. i wont use rebound do to the bad batch + its always on back order. and i did not mention it but i have be using cee on my pct. thanks Gene

RXT is back. I just ordered some from the BB store. They made new batch a while ago. It's also cheaper and (argueably) more effective than 6-oxo.
