I started out by taking just a regular GNC zma supplement then upgraded to z mass. i have had alot of strength gains. biceps 100 lbs, squats 255, deadlift 275, and flat bench db press with 70 lbs in each hand.. but i cant seem to get my bench up... i am stuck at 145 still for some odd reason... do u have any ideas

i belive that it does help you get to where u want to go faster... i have gone up dramatically and i started lifted in febuary when i was barbell curling 30 lbs and my bodyweight was 142.. i am now up to about 168-170.. all lifts have gone up.. except for bench press but i am going to try some things with that

zinc helps boost testoterone, among many others
magnesium helps sleep

ZMA=great supplement
Buy Zinc and Magnesium seperate=better supplement cuz its cheaper
