Hey guys this is a "continuation" from my last thread http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=513330&page=1&pp=30&highlight=superdrol+1st+cycle
where I got input and information together to build my cycle. I will now be starting a log of my cycle and just wanted to move it to the right section.

Supps:

Pre Cycle: (this has been the past week)

1. 1000mg/ Day Milk Thistle
2. 2 Tabs/Day Omega 3-6-9
3. 1 Pill/Day Multi

Cycle:

1. Superdrol (10mg/day - week 1, 20mg/day - week 2, 20mg/day - week 3)
2. 2 Tabs/Day Omega 3-6-9
3. 1 Pill Day/ Multi
4. 710mg/Day Milk Thistle
5. Red Yeast Rice w/ CoQ10
6. Cellery Seed Extract
7. 5g/Day CEE
8. Lots and LOTS of ON 100% Whey

PCT:

1.Nolva (40mg/20mg/20mg per day)
2.Rebound XT (75mg/50mg/25mg per day)
3.Fenugreek (3pills/4pills/5pills/0 per day)

continue with Omega, Multi, up milk thistle to 1000mg again, RYR w/ CoQ10, Cellery Seed and Whey.

Wait one week into PCT then start up again with CEE and add in some bulk powder AAKG.

Details of my workout plan and diet...etc are included in my last thread which is linked at the top of this entry.

I weighed myself today and Im at 164lbs. I just took my first 10mg of SD tonight to get it in my system. 1st day of my cycle starts tommorow and I'll be hitting Chest and Abs at the gym.

Real excited! All I have been thinking about for like the past two weeks! I'll keep u guys updated.

Anyways guys time for day 1's entry. Today was a real solid day. Weighed in at 167 today, 3lbs up. Took my first 10mg of SD last night to get it in my system. Was at work all day, but luckily my job isn't very time consuming so all I did today was eat, eat, and eat. I was never hungry once today, just kept eating because it was "time" for me to eat. When I wasn't eating I was throwing back a protein shake...startin to get addicted to those things. At my fourth meal my stomach was so full i was stuffin back a tuna sandwich and almost barfed it up. But I held it in and followed it with another shake.

One bit of bad news is that last night I had a slight toothache where my wisdom tooth is growing in. Today it was killing me and I had to take some advil at work to mask the pain. I looked at the tooth later at work and it was bleeding. So I set up a dentist appointment for tommorow. I'm hoping I dont have to get that wisdom tooth removed (as I was told at an earlier visit that they are growing in fine). If that is the case I would prob be down and out for a couple days and I don't want to inturrupt my cycle I just started!!!

But anyways....

When I got home from work at around 530pm took my next 10mg dose of SD then had my pre workout meal then took some creatine. Headed to the gym around 615pm. About a half an hour after takin the SD I was feelin sort of a rush several times...prob a placebo effect seein its only the second dose but whatever I'll take it, because my intensity in the gym today was prob the best it has been in a while.

Today was chest and abs. Did abs first. My endurance on my ab workouts seemed much better today. Got more sets in with more reps than I usually do, seemed like I had more energy. Most likely due to the change in diet.

My chest workout was awesome! Started with four sets of incline. Then moved to flat bench which was great, then to decline, then cable crosses. On my fourth set of flat I pumped out two reps of my previous personal max which I could usually only pump out once or twice before doing any sets of chest exercises. My workout today was obviously more intense then it has ever been. Prob not due to the SD yet, but the SD will surely take advantage of my increase in intensity. My pumps were really solid.

One weird observation I made was usually when I workout at this gym over the summer, the benches there seem to stress my neck or something, and when I do incline or flat bench on high weights I usually get a pinching feeling on like a nerve in my neck. Did not feel that at all today and these were the highest weights I have ever put up...just a weird observation.

An overall solid day. Tommorow I will hit Back and Abs. Gonna keep my calorie and protein count high.

As for before and after pics I didn't have a digital camera on hand when I started the thread but when I finish the log I will post after pics and post before pics that were taken recently that will be pretty accurate to how I looked at the beggining of the cycle.

Nice detail in your log. Hope the tooth becomes better. You will be under some real strong painkillers, I am not sure what to tell you during that time. Maybe some one more qualified will be able to help.

The neck part of it is probably posture, when you exert too much on a flat/incline bench you tend to pull your neck subconciously. When you feel stronger, guess you don't do it as much. I get that problem during the shoulder press on the ISO machine.

Good you are eating, make sure you eat with good intervals and keep the intake small and rich so that it is easily assimilated by your system. Make sure to keep the fats and simple carbs in the morning ( assuming you don't workout in the mornin) and the proteins and complex carbs all through the day.

Throw in a spoon or two of peanut butter before you sleep at night, helps to slow down the digestion and even it out. If by anychance, you feel your system is not accepting so much of food due to the protein, look into partitioning agents like methoxyisoflavione, they are very important for ppl whose system just does not take in food at one shot.

Remember to take in lots of water. The more water you take the safer you are. Also when you have that tooth extraction and lose blood make sure your immunity is at its best and you take in lotsa water. Keep that Vit C @ 3g a day.

Does this = 2 grams of EFA? I would suggest increasing that; at your size, 6 to 8 grams per day is the typical amount.

Yep ellipticer is right am not sure about the brand but his intake suggestion is correct.
Also throw in like 3 tsps of Flaxseed oil with your salad. Don't cook it.

Ellipticer - I'm gonna increase my Omega 3-6-9 to 3 servings of 2 pills per day which will yeild 7.2g of EFA's per day. Thanks for the heads up...i was kinda iffy about how much EFA to take in a day.

Krzna - gonna def throw in some Flax Oil in my salads. Saw some real cheap flax at Walgreens gonna buy some today. Also gonna go ahead and do the two spoonfulls of peanut butter before bed.

Feelin great today! Got about 7 hours of sleep give or take (aimin for 8hrs each night) but it felt like a real deep sleep. Usually when I wake up for work in the morning I am dead and must always have coffee in the morning otherwise the first 3hrs of work will be terrible. Not the case today. Woke up at 7 and had a ton of energy, ate a big breakfast, protein shake and headed to work. 2nd day in a row without coffee, much more natural energy. Been at work all day and my pumps still feel large, my muscles all tight, lovin it.

I gotta buy more whey protein today. I'm goin through a 2lb tub in 4-5 days! I think the most expensive part of the cycle is not the main supps that people think about (the SD and all the stuff u buy to take care of sides) but the damn building blocks...the PROTEIN and the FOOD. I swear my mom goes grocery shopping like once every 4 days cuz I'm eating everything! lol Thank God I'm livin at home for the summer instead of at college...I would be broke!

As for the tooth...it still hurts like hell today. Took some advil again. I'm headin to the dentist in a couple hours to see whats up with it. I'm kinda skeptical with taken perscription painkillers while on SD, just don't know what it will do to my body, liver...etc, if anything. I'm gonna ask my dentist but I doubt he'll know the right answer just because most doctors aren't too familiar with supplements. I hopin I don't have to get surgery, I don't want it to affect my cycle lol. But I was talkin to my friend who got all 4 of his wisdom teeth out last year and said he recovered in one day and went out to party the night he got them out....so I guess it depends on the person but we'll see what happens.

I'll keep you guys posted. Gonna hit the gym real hard today! Real pumped up, lovin it so far.

Wow! I remember reading someones comment about taking creatine while on SD. They said the pumps are painful....and man were they right. Holy ****in ****! Did bi's and abs today. Ab workout was great and intense. I did my first back exercise which was rows....after my 3rd set i thought my bicepts were going to explode! I was worried about doing a fourth set cuz i thought my muscle was going to tare through my skin lol, but i did it anyways. Can't wait to see how they feel after my arms day. I love it, the pumps are awesome! Workout was real intense again, I feel real pumped when I'm at the gym.

I was starting to feel those dreaded SD "back pumps" though. Tried to do some deadlifts, could only get one set out, my lower back was on fire. If anybody has some alternative lower back exercises please sent them this way.

Weighed in at 167.5 today, up .5 lbs from yesterday. Still feelin good. Bought some more whey today (goin through that stuff like its water). Diet was just alright today. Ran out of bread and milk so missed 1 meal and a protein shake. Gonna buy more tommorow though.

Gonna up my RYR w/ CoQ10 to four pills a day instead of two yeilding 2.4 g of RYR a day...if that sounds insufficient or incorrect let me know.

EDIT: gonna keep the RYR at 1.2 g a day.

Also bought some hawthrone berry today cuz I still haven't been able to find celery seed in local stores. Gonna take 500mg a day for that, maybe 1000mg....if anyone has a recommendations for how much HB it would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: gonna take 1000mg of HB a day.

Sides so far:

- Sweating more than usual at work for some reason
- Mild lower back pumps (not really painful though)
- Peeing a lot (i'm guessing its from the increased water intake and creatine...gonna space out my creatine servings more)
- insane pumps! whooo hoo!

As for the tooth.....I went to the dentist today and suprise suprise! gotta get all four wisdom teeth out. I gotta call this specialist and set up an appointment for the surgergy. However....I had been taking about 2 advil a day for my tooth pain (one in the morning one in the afternoon, and sometimes at night too)...but today I just took one in the morning cuz it hurt a lot, but didn't take anymore after that, and my tooth didn't hurt anymore. It could be that it was just poking through the gum or something not sure...or maybe the superdrol made my gums stronger too lol. just playin. Well because the pain is gone I'm prob gonna schedule my appointment for after or more towards the end of my PCT so that it doesn't really interfere with the cycle. Just gonna have to suck up whatver pain I feel in the meantime. I figure my teeth won't be too affected by the wisdom teeth in only 5 weeks.

Just ate my two scoops of peanut butter and gonna head to bed. Update again tommorow.

As your liver is undergoing heavy stress already, you may want to re-think the use of painkillers. Acetominaphen (Tylenol) is said to be more hepatoxic than Ibuprofen (Advil) (http://www2.nursingspectrum.com/ce/self-study_modules/course.html?ID=342&PageNum=2&Begin=10371) but I would avoid ingesting anything unnecessary.

Thanks Ellipticer. I only took the advil for two days. I have stopped taking them as of yesterday afternoon. Took none today. Yeah when I was deciding what to take for the pain I chose the advil over the tylenol because the tylenol had a liver warning on it.

What was that about in the article saying that RYR and CoQ10 could be bad for the liver too? Seeing that I'm taking those along with superdrol....hmmm.

Figure this is a good place to ask this.

I was in my basic college nutrition class and we were talking about excess protien and kidney damage. As this convo went on, I thought back on all the posts on here about the people who are pissing brown and have the back ache (kidney ache). I don't think I've seen it mentioned that it may just be to much protien.

We all understand that protien intake needs to rise while on SD and similar products, but if someone doesn't keep track, and just goes mega hoss on protien, could that cause kidney damage in the month long cycle time?

Just a thought, I was curious if that was the reason for the brown wiz and the kidney aches. Could be something more simple then a supp overload.

Another solid day. Diet was great, ate a ton. Still at 167.5lbs. Did legs and shoulders today. Pumps were great in the gym. Squats felt great and my calf workout was great as well. Was a little tired from work though so didn't have as much energy in the gym as I usually do. I took my SD at a different time today, around 1pm instead of my usual time (which is about 30min before I go to the gym at like 6:30pm). I'm wondering if I feel that extra burst of intensity in the gym only if I take the SD right before the workout. Either way, tommorow I'm gonna take my SD at the normal time before I work out again.

Oh and my tooth does not hurt anymore! Just a little pressure on the gums thats about it....so def off those painkillers and can def put off the surgery till after my cycle.

Oh and I also bought some N-Acetyl-Cysteine for my liver. Gonna start taking that at 1000mg along with the milk thistle at 1000mg. I was kinda weary about just doin milk thistle for my liver so just wanted to be safe. I know its prob not a big deal but when it comes to my liver I just don't want to mess around too much. I should get it on monday right before I up the dosage to 20mg and the toxicity is greater.

Tommorow is an off day so I am gonna try to eat a lot, take a lot of protein, and get a lot of rest. Another update tommorow.

Back ache from ph levels is because of shortage of Potassium. A way to counter this is to take a banana after your preworkout PH intake. The carbs in the banana help with the pump too and give u the little bit extra energy.
Yes some people shoot up directly from an intake of 50g of protein ED to 400g ED on cycle. The body will not be able to assimilate this intake. That is the reason why many end up with bad bowels while on protein concentrated diets.
The key to this is cycle planning. Up your caloric intake slowly like a ramp even before the cycle so that ON cycle you are around 4500 cals at 250-300g protein.Also the key to protein assimilation is the prescence of PARTIONING AGENTS like methoxyisoflavione. Am yet to hear of anyones kidney failure due to a protein intake though.

I'm not a medical doctor nor an expert... but it is my understanding that nearly every pill that goes in your mouth affects your liver in some way. It is the processing and filtering plant for your body; so it will take a hit from every supplement and every addition to your cycle. That makes me question the common addition of 6 to 8 support supplements for a product that is already stressing to your liver.

As that article pointed out, RYR and Coq10, which are taken for their cholesterol and heart benefits, are actually damaging your liver at the same time as well. I don't think anything short of controlled scientific studies would tell us exactly what ancillaries you should and should not take to support an oral methylated cycle.

Yeah makes sense Ellipticer. Everything you swallow will get filtered by the liver. The real question is just how toxic each supp is I guess. I think in this case Superdrol messes with cholesterol more than RYR messes with the liver, so RYR's cholesterol benifit will outweigh it's slight "toxicity" I guess..thanks for the info man it is greatly appreciated.

Little update:

Yesterday was an off day, so just rested and ate a lot. Diet was right on target. Took my SD around 530pm. Went out with some friends to go see fantastic four (jessica alba is real hot). Felt this little overwhelming feeling, or like antsy/jittery feeling when I was in the theater, but not really that big of a deal. After that my friends all went to this party and were all drinking. I was walking around with a bottle of water lol. I got bored after a while and went home early, ate a meal, had a protein shake and went to bed.

Got a lot of sleep last night which I think my body needed. Today is arms day and I'm real excited. Gonna head off to the gym right now and update the log after. Also gonna weigh myself today.

Sides so far: Nothing out of the ordinary. My lips were dry/chapped for like the past two days, but just started drinking more water and it went away.

all I can say about my workout today is that my arms felt like they were gonna explode! lol, the pumps were awesome. Solid workout, intensity was pretty good throughout the whole thing. Took my SD about 30min prior to workout with a bannana which I heard will help prevent the SD back pain.

Weighed myself today at 171lbs. Up 7 pounds so far....I bet a lot of the weight is water weight/bloating from the creatine though. Still good progress though. Arms starting to look a little bit bigger, strength and intensity is up a lot. Recovery time is really good too. Today was one of the most intense workouts I have ever done on my arms and right now my arms are not sore at all, I feel like I could go back to the gym and do them again lol.

Tommorow is an off day. Prob just gonna go to the gym for like a half an hour and do some abs, eat, and rest.

Be back tommorow.

Sunday was day six and was an off day. I rested a lot and ate a lot. Overall a relaxing day. However Sunday night had a little trouble sleeping. I woke up like every hour to piss.

Monday was my first day on the 20mg/day dosage. Diet was right on schedule. Took my first 10mg at around 2pm and second around 630pm. Did chest and abs. Incline kinda sucked buy did great on flat bench, crosses, and decline. Intensity was not as good as usual but still got a good lift in.

Still hovering around 171lbs.

Only sides so far that I am experiencing is a little acne on my right shoulder. No real lower back pains yet. I usually eat a bannana after my SD dose.

Update again tommorow.

tplant - thanks for the encouragement bro! 3/4/5 pills of fenugreek in my PCT will correspond to 1.8/2.4/3.0 g.

Alright little update, yesterday was back and abs and was another solid workout. My streangth is still goin up, I am doing more weight each workout. The pumps at the gym were very solid as well. I'm still at 171lbs but I can see myself gettin more leaner and more vascular...so hopefully I am still gaining muscle while loosing fat. Diet was ok last night. I'm tryin to pack in as many calories as possible every day, I feel like I am eating all the time. If I am not eating then I am sleeping or working out. I almost threw up again yesterday when I was trying to each so much lol.

Sides so far: Still just a little acne on right shoulder. Oh and I forgot to mention but for the past four-five days I have been horny as all hell. Weird cuz I was expecting a loss in libido from checking other people's logs. However, I read the SD Writeup thread again and it said many testers experienced an increased libido while on cycle so I guess this is normal.

Alright another update again tommorow.

Hey guys, yesterday was an off day. Just rested and ate all day. Got real angry at my mom cuz she brought home McDonalds for dinner and I was like are you ****ing kidding me?! lol I felt bad though and apologized. So I went to the store and bought myself a steak instead.

I feel real rested today. Got a solid 8 1/2 hours of sleep last night and feel real refreshed. I work out shoulders and legs today so I will update again after my workout.

no offense dude, but honestly when you started your cycle, being 6'0 160lbs, you were nowhere near in need of something like superdrol.. You should have waited until you got a bit bigger first, because now there is a possibility that when you come off your hormonal homeostasis is going to be screwed, and your capabilities of gaining naturally could be dramatically impacted.. Just a thought.. Well, I hope you do well with this and keep every last pound you gain..

Today was an alright day in the gym today. Worked the shoulders real well. When it came time to do legs though the gym started to close so only got 4 sets of squats in for legs. But i was very impressed cuz my squats have gone up 60lbs.

I was pretty tired when i got to the gym however but was still happy overall with my intensity durring my workout. I just bought some low carb monsters to down before i go to the gym each day so hopefully the caffinee will give me an extra boost. Its just tough cuz I workout after work and my job is real real boring so I'm pretty tired when I get home.

Ate a lot today: 4 egg whites this morning with 3 peices toast and 2 servings oatmeal. First lunch had 2 peanut butter sandwiches 3 snackwell bars and a double scoop protein shake. 2nd lunch 2 turkey sandwiches and a bannana. Preworkout had a double scoop protein shake, a steak, and some pasta. Post workout had a double scoop protein shake and 2 tuna sandwiches. Gonna go make myself a salad with some flax oil over it, prob try to squeez in another protein shake, then prob finish off with a couple scoops of peanut butter before I go to bed.

Gonna try to eat as much as possible all the time and keep it consistent. I wanna pack in some more food I just feel like there is not enough time in the day.

Oh and weighed myself today....174lbs, 10lbs up from beggining of cycle, so its lookin good so far, just gotta keep it goin.

Sides so far: Still nothin but mild acne on my upper back/shoulders. Not feelin the dreaded SD back pumps at all. Thought I felt them earlier in the cycle but it was just a result of doin lower back in the gym that day.

Yesterday was a VERY good workout. Did arms. I was pretty tired after work but drank a sugar free red bull before my workout and it def gave me the intensity i needed. The pumps at the gym were insane! It was almost a bad thing cuz I would finish my first exercise for tri's and my arms were so pumped that I felt like there was no way I could do more. But I still did anyways. I get pissed off though when I get home a little bit later and there was no more pump and I felt like I could go and do more arms and I would wonder if I really worked my arms enough at the gym. Was a very intense workout though, I was very pleased. Also weighed myself, up to 175lbs...up 11lbs.

Got some compliments at work yesterday saying that I look bigger. That made me happy lol.

Diet sucked yesterday, no more food in my house. I had to go shopping again today. Been trying to make up for it today though.

Sides are still the same, nothin too major, except yesterday I was really really irritated and angry. I don't know if I was just in a really bad mood or if it was the SD. I'm usually a really easy goin guy so it was kinda weird. I was just gettin pissed off at the dumbest things in the world. I blew up at my mom again, my friend who was honking the horn outside my house to pick me up....I just went off on him, I was like "i know your ****ing here you don't have to honk the ****ing horn fifty thousand times", and he was like Joe? what the ****?...lol weird. Oh and then I wanted to beat the **** out of one of the guys who works at my gym, he is such a little ****er, hes one of those guys who comes in to like hang out even when he's not working (or working out for that matter), but he thinks he so damn tight... ****ing get a life.

Today I feel fine though, nothin bad at all.

Today is an off day so I got a lot of well deserved sleep and ate food all day.

Alright another update....

yesterday was a solid workout. Did chest and abs. Forgot to take a dose of creatine before the workout. Very intense workout and set another personal best on bench. My weight is going up and up every workout. Strength is through the roof. My workout party also said my form has gotten great. Also noticing some physical changes and my body feels a lot more "solid". I went to a party on Sat and a guy I hadn't seen in about a month was like, "whoa Joe your gettin big man, your shoulders are huge". Damn straight. I also saw my friends mom who I hadn't seen for a while at the gym and she was like, are you Joe? Wow I could barely recognize you. You really got big. You've really grown up."

Now I am noticing a good visual size increase in my body (not just on the scale anymore), and even though its not too drastic, its good to hear that other people are noticing it.

Forgot to weigh myself yesterday but will weigh myself again today.

Sides so far: Nothing unual. Acne on the shoulder has subsided. Still horny as hell.

Decided to make a slight change in my PCT after reading IronPimper's PCT thread here on BB.com:

Day 1: Nolva 60mg, Ultra Hot 2 Pills/day
Day 2: Nolva 40mg, Ultra Hot 3 Pills/Day
Day 3: Nolva 20mg, Ultra Hot 4 Pills/Day

Alright another update....

yesterday was a solid workout. Did chest and abs. Forgot to take a dose of creatine before the workout. Very intense workout and set another personal best on bench. My weight is going up and up every workout. Strength is through the roof. My workout party also said my form has gotten great. Also noticing some physical changes and my body feels a lot more "solid". I went to a party on Sat and a guy I hadn't seen in about a month was like, "whoa Joe your gettin big man, your shoulders are huge". Damn straight. I also saw my friends mom who I hadn't seen for a while at the gym and she was like, are you Joe? Wow I could barely recognize you. You really got big. You've really grown up."

Now I am noticing a good visual size increase in my body (not just on the scale anymore), and even though its not too drastic, its good to hear that other people are noticing it.

Forgot to weigh myself yesterday but will weigh myself again today.

Sides so far: Nothing unual. Acne on the shoulder has subsided. Still horny as hell.

Decided to make a slight change in my PCT after reading IronPimper's PCT thread here on BB.com:

I dont agree to much with that pct, I've thrown in a similar one in response to a question in the superdrol dummies thread. I feel 4 days of nolva is not enough.

Thanks for the feedback Kzna. I read your addition to the SD Dummy thread and it is very informative. I'm gonna rework my PCT over my lunch break and post it. If you wanna take another stab at it when I post it again I would greatly appreciate it.

And I agree about the Nolva, I was kidna weary about only using it for 3 days, but I heard it was taxing on the liver so using it for as short as possible was appealing to me.

Oh and I read you are in the midst of a new cycle....good luck bro!

Yesterday was another solid workout. Weighed in at 175lbs, 11lbs up from when I started. Looking more and more vascular every day. Did back and abs yesterday. Back felt great and my weight is going up and up every workout. When I did lower back the pumps were so intense I thought my lower back was on fire...it was intense. I had to lay down on the mats for like 5min just to relax the muscles. It was more of a cool pump feeling than pain.

Sides so far: Still the same, except my chest has been itching between my two pec muscles for the past two days and around my upper chest, it hasn't been too bad, just a little thing I've noticed. Besides that nothing too unusual.

Still trying to decide the details of my PCT. Gonna post my updated PCT plan prob later today.

Alright I think I got my PCT set....decided to use the nolva a little bit more, here it goes:

Nolva: 40/20/10/0 (mg)
UltraHot: 4/3/2/1 (pills)
Fenugreek: 2/3/4/5 (pills)
DHEA: 75/50/25/0 (mg)

all other support supps. Bulk CEE and AAKG starting on week two of PCT.

Again any input would be greatly appreciated. I plan on starting this next tuesday.

Another update:

so yesterday I felt like complete crap. Was extremely tired, and just all around didnt feel good. Because of this my diet sucked ass yesterday, and my workout also sucked which was shoulders and legs. Today I feel a lot better, more rested and such. Today I work out arms so hopefully I will be feelin good and get a good lift in.

Def seein some sides in the last two days: some pimples on my arm, shoulder, and two small ones on the face. Also feelin lethargic, and I have felt a sudden loss in libido (or libido goin back to normal). For the past two weeks I have felt a def increase in libido, but for the past two days I haven't felt that at all.

Def recieved two compliments yesterday. Had to go over to my friends house real quick and saw two people there who haven't seen me in like 2 weeks. They were like "holy crap Joe, you look twice as big as the last time I saw you! What are you on? ", of course I just told them lots and lots of whey (which is true lol). Its hard for me to notice the increase in mass because I look at myself everyday, so its good to hear it from other people. Gives me the motivation to hit the gym hard today! Another update later.

Yesterday was a good day. Had a lot more energy than the day before, felt much more rested. When I got to the gym I decided to hit the treadmil real quick first just for a little warm up. After about 5 minutes on it I had the craziest pumps in my calfs. It was the first time that I was running since on the SD so I had never felt that before...it was pretty nuts.

Did bis and tris. Great workout, real intense. Can see my arms getting bigger and more vascular. I really worked them hard yesterday it was very nice.

Went out last night and again people were noticing the size increase...good times.

Still got some acne on face, arms, and shoulders...not a lot, just some here and there.

Well today is an off day, I might just go to the gym for a bit and hit up some abs.

Yesterday was an off day. Got some real good rest. Didn't go out last night, just went to bed real early.

GREAT WORKOUT TODAY! Was putting up some serious weight on the bench. Today was chest and abs and I felt pumped. Diet was right on all day as well. Keeping it real clean....lots of protein, good fats, and not a whole lot of carbs. When I do eat carbs I eat them at the right times (pre workout with my SD, post workout...etc).

I don't have anything to measure body fat, but I can visually see it myself getting more lean and loosing some excess fat. At the same time I am still gaining weight. Today I weighed in at 176lbs. Up 12lbs and 3 days to go.

A little funny thing happened to me at the gym today...So I was benching and it was my third set and I ask this prob around 40 year old guy, who I thought was decently large, for a spot. So I rep it out five times, (and at the same time the SD has me pumped like crazy, which makes me feel huge) and the guy goes...man, that is a lot of weight. And I'm like, eh its not bad....haha I love this. I walk into the gym and feel like I can lift anything in there! lol. I am setting personal records each workout.

Anyways for the bad part, sides. This week I have felt more of the sides than the previous ones. I had two more small blemishes pop out on my face today, and some more ance on my shoulders and arms...nothing bad at all, but a noticible side to me. Also feeling very very lethargic. Even after getting good amounts of rest. But I can still lift hard in the gym! Also, libido has gone down quite a bit compared to last week.

I can also feel my joints taking a toll. I think its from the large and rapid increases in weight and my joints just can't keep up. Its not that bad though, just hurts a bit on my first set or two, then i get warmed up and all is good.

Anyways, my PCT is coming up in a couple days. Got my Nolva, DHEA, Fenugreek, and other support supps ready, and my novedex XT will be coming in on Monday (I had to switch to novedex cuz Ultra Hot got discontinued...yeah sux). I will keep u guys posted.

Hey guys,

haven't posted in a few...little update:

Yesterday was back and abs. The day before was an off day. Diet has been right on the past two days. Yesterday's workout was real intense. The pumps in the gym are just getting rediculous. I was doing chins and my arms wouldn't bend enough for me to get the bar all the way up because my bi pumps were just soo crazy. Haha i love it. It just sucks that the pumps don't stay around all the time.

Anyways weighed in at 178! Whoo. Up 14lbs in 3 weeks! Just 2lbs shy of my goal buy hey...I'm not complaining. Looking a lot leaner, its awesome. Gonna be shedding the carbs durring my PCT, only about 30g carbs/day, lots of healthy fats, and still gonna maintain a large protein intake ~~2-2.5g Protein/lb body weight to maintain muscle while shedding fat. Kinda like a mini cut after a mini bulk.

Def put on all muscle and no fat durring this bulk, looks like I even shed some fat too.

Was over at my friends house last night and one of my buds was like, damn dude I can't believe you weigh the same as me now. We weigh the same and I don't look nearly as yolked as you. haha

Anyways, today is my last day on SD. Yes, very sad. Gonna hit legs and shoulders today after work. Tommorow morning gonna take my first dose of liquid nolva....ehhhh not looking forward to the taste. Take my DHEA, FENU, and Novedex at night before bed. Gonna lay off the creatine also for a week then get on the CEE next week.

Again thanks to all those who helped me put my cycle together, and helped me through my cycle. I am looking forward to a successful PCT and will keep you all updated through it.

Listed below are the sides I did or did not experience while on my cycle of SD:

Week 1 (10mg):

- Insane muscle pumps! lol
- Nothing out of the ordinary, other than increased strength in the gym
- Steady increase in weight

Week 2 (stepped up to 20mg):

- Insane muscle pumps still lol
- Large jump in strength and indurance in the gym
- Steady increase in weight
- Visual Increase in mass
- Increased restlessnes/anxiety at random times
- Trouble sleeping at night (some nights more than others)
- Increased libido (horny as all hell! lol)
- No lower back pain/pumps as usually reported

Week 3 (20mg):

- Still steady increase in weight
- Visually more vascular
- Visual loss in body fat (not confirmed as I do not have a body fat calc, but look more lean)
- Began breaking out a lot on face, shoulders, and upper arm. (I controlled it by using Proactive, Clearasil, and Tanning on the weekends)
- Increased restlessness/anxiety at random times
- Decreased libido, seemed a lot more shut down than usual
- Harsh joint pain on first couple sets in the gym (went away after first or second set, mostly in wrists and elbows)
- Did 10min cardio before each workout to get warmed up ---> killer calf and lower back pain/pumps/burning...made it impossible to run longer than 10 min.
- Strength through the roof!

Great thread Joe, please keep it up through PCT also! Congratulations on your gains! One of the good points is that the strength gains made on SD seem to be permanent for most people so far. Enjoy!

Thanks david! Give the SD some time to kick in, SD is diuretic at first and will kinda mask gains in the beggining. Just keep the cals high and good luck on ur cycle bro!

Anyways...today was the first day of PCT. Went fine, no gym today, off day, gonna get some rest and go to bed early. Took my 1st dose of nolva this morning and about to take my DHEA, fenu, and Novedex XT, then go to bed.

Today was a good day at the gym. Did arms and worked them real hard. My joints are still taking a beating though, but I got through it.

Two cool things happened to me at the gym....

First, I saw this kid that I usually see like on the weekends and he comes into the gym and starts looking at me all weird. He goes, "Dude Joe, ur gettin big man. Are you roiding?" HAHAHA....whooo. Once somebody asks you that you know u did a good job. Well I didn't want to get into the technicalities of how SD really kinda can be considered one, but than again I don't think its as "intense" as real juice, nor get you the results of real juice (although should be treated as responsibly as AAS), so I just said....all the supps I'm taking I bought at the mall. haha that is a good swing on things.

The second thing, so my buddy is in the gym running, and gets off the treadmill all sweaty and this lady comes up to him and she goes, "excuse me but do you know where the workout thing is to work my lower back?" well he didnt know and he was just like, "oh not sure, but there's a trainer over there you can go ask him." and right as he's saying that I walk up to him to say whats up and the lady interupts him and goes, "oh hey, YOU would know where the thing for this exercise is." and of course I did and pointed her in the direction. Haha made me feel real good...I would know cuz I'm muscular....hahaha. Whatever.

Anyways, workout was good. Strength is def still there. Nolva still tastes like **** but I'm already getting used to it, no biggie. Still hangin at 178.

sorry guys for the lack of posting...I was outta town for the weekend (still got to lift though) but now I'm back.

I am almost 1 week into my PCT and so far seems to be going great. I am still lifting the same weight I was lifting while on the SD, and visually maintaining the same muscle mass. I weighed myself yesterday and I have dropped 2 lbs....yeah sad...down to 176, however I attribute this to two things:

1. The fact that I am doing keto right now...and I have already begun noticing bodyfat, especially in the abdominal area, is beggining to shed off. I can also believe that it is the loss of fat that is causing the loss in weight because: a) I visually look just as muscular (yeah not that great of a measuring tool, its all i got though lol) b) I am still lifting the same amount of weight, in fact the weights are still going up :) c) I am still taking in ample amount of protein per day to sustain my muscle mass.

2. Took a week off the creatine. In the past whenever I stopped creatine I would always lose a pound or two just due to the fact that monohydrate gives me a little bloat of water weight. I get on the CEE tommorrow though.

Even though there was a drop in weight, i am still feelin strong, defined, and my abs are startin to really come through :)

Oh and a little PCT effect that I really enjoyed is the fact that my libido is really startin to come back! lol. Thank god. I was pretty shut down the last few days of the cycle and for like half the 1st week of PCT. I was like...."why the hell don't i think about sex anymore?" lol. Well, i'm feelin a big turn around and startin to feel like I'm gettin back to normal...and thats always a good thing.

Startin to get used to the taste of nolva...really not all that bad.

Still gettin some comments (glad my stories are amusing lol), my mom yesterday was like, man joe your arms look big, why isn't your brother working out like you....haha. I'll be able to take my big bro anyday now lol.

Little update on PCT:

1) Acne has really subsided and starting to dissapear off face. Still some on shoulders but has also subsided.
2) Urine smells like fenugreek spices! lol
3) Can feel libido coming back
4) Nolva really does not taste that bad, for anyone worried about the liquid taste, you really get used to it.

Oh and about the pictures. I'm having some probs with my cammera. Some ******* in Tucson spilled **** on it. Don't know about those pics anymore, will still try. Its a shame though cuz I wanted to make this log complete with some before/after comparisons to make it a good read. I'll update you guys on that in a bit.

Alright thats it, sorry for the long post but been away for a while.

Today's an off day so just rest and eat all day.

Hey fellas,

I decided it was about time for an update. Just to let you guys know how its going here's a little summary of whats been goin on...

- Halfway through week 2 of PCT
- Sill hovering around 177lbs
- Last wed dropped my Nolva to 20mg/day, dropped Novedex XT to 50mg/day, DHEA to 50mg/day, and upped fenugreek to 3 pills a day.
- Acne has completely subsided and dissapeared off face and shoulders (like only one or two left on upper back)
- I was heavily heavily shut down at the end of the cycle and for about the entire first week of pct. I thought i was having signs of my libido coming back in week one of Pct but it wasn't really back at all. Finally now i am starting to feel it come back...not completely yet but getting a lot better.
- CEE tastes like complete ****! This stuff tastes like lemon juice soaked in salt water...it makes Nolva taste like berries :). Started taking the CEE last wed...2.5g before and after workout. Stuff works great though, no stomach cramps! Its amazing too cuz you can see for yourself that it will absorb better cuz when you mix it with the water it actually dissolves into the water unlike mono which will just sit at the bottom of the glass unmixed.
- Lifts still goin good...gettin up the same weight as before and actually still increasing weight (however not at the same rate as on the SD).
- Saw Wedding Crashers for the 2nd time, god that movie is funny...MA Meatloaf NOW! haha
- Oh and nice little story...went to the mall this weekend. I usually buy smalls and mediums...well now my shirt size is mostly large :) (some mediums though here and there)
- Diet has been pretty good except for the past couple days cuz we ran out of food at my house, but my mom went to the store yesterday so got plenty to eat today!

Well I got chest today...hopefully gonna pump out some serious weight.

Well i entered week 3 of my pct today. Lowered my Nolva dosage to 10mg/day, Novedex XT to 25mg/day, DHEA to 25mg/day, and Fenugreek to 5 pills.

CEE still tastes like pure gasoline.

Still maintaining 177lbs. Very pleased.

Had a very very good back workout today. Streangth and intensity was awesome today. Was very focused.

Diets been on and off lately...I got in an argument with my mom tonight cuz I told her to buy chicken for me to grill and she bought some of this processed microwavable bul**** chicken. I was like "theirs 11g of protein and 20g of fat in 3 strips? Yeah this is the real ****...". Nobody else in my family really pays attention to nutrition so sometimes its frustraiting....:).

I go back to school on sunday so my diet should pick up while im there. I got a grill at my fraternity house, a pretty decent meal plan, and i'll be stockin up on lots of tuna, chicken breast, steak...etc. I've already been workin on my diet plans for when I'm there and seeing what I can eat from the house meal plan and what else to add, it should be real solid.

Oh and prob the best advice that I will prob ever give. You don't hear too much about it, and its prob the most overlooked detail of a bulking cycle...whenever you are bulking you are eating a lot more than you are used to. As a result you are gonna crap much more than you used to. Because of this, while you are out buying your chicken and tuna...etc make sure you buy high quality tp for you ass otherwise your buthole will start to get ripped to shreads. My mom has been buying a bunch of that commercial grade tp that feels like notebook paper on you ass...not been a good experience. So just a thought hahaha.

Anyways got shoulders and traps tommorow, should be a good workout. I have been getting a lot more rest this week that usual and my workouts have been great.

Hey guys sorry for the lack of posts but the past few days I have been moving back to college and fixing up my room and such and it has been really hectic and I just got my computer hooked up today.

Anyways heres the info:

Finished PCT, last night was last doses of Nolva, Fenu, Novedex XT, and DHEA.

Weighing in at a solid 180lbs.

Libido is back.

Acne is gone.

Gains were def kept.

I think the best part was the comments I got when I came back to college. I had to do a lot of work on my room and the AC was not working yet...so of course I was doing a lot of work with my shirt off. Well I think everyone I saw since i've been back who I hadn't seen since the beggining of summer made a comment to me...."Man Joe you are freaking huge" "Dude Joe your looking good" "Joe your looking buff" "Dude Joe what are you taking" "Man you got real big over the summer"...well yeah I went from 164 to 180 all muscle baby! (well mostly) lol ....haha I even got a "hey beefcake" haha

Anyways, have been getting a lot of great comments, confidence is awesome, libido is good, feeling great. I was very pleased with the results. This week has kinda sucked cuz my eating schedule has been kinda weird cuz of moving and such. However I just got back from safeway and got some chicken, tuna, pb, and so on.

Thank you to all who have helped to make this a cycle a success. Gonna continue eating like an animal through the semester (cleanly though). I have even had a couple guys come to me to get them on a workout/diet cuz they wanna start eating like me...lol

Anyways thank you to all of those on these boards that make it such a wealth of information.
