I will begin taking the cee-pro tom. morning and workout tom. also. I have only tried one type of creatine, Gnc's creadrive. I was only on creadrive for about a month so all I really experienced was alot of water weight and a little power increase. This is a good time for me to try cee-pro because I am on nothing that may confound any results.
Current Supplements- Multi, On Whey, Calcuim, Muscle Milk, and weight gainer every now and again.
Current Statistics- 5'11, 163 pounds, arms 14", chest 37".
I will be on a 5 day split in the following order: Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders and tri's, bi's and forearms.
My diet is pretty clean, revolving around chicken, salmon, oatmeal, rice, and supplements.
Looking forward to tomarrow!

I weighed in for the first time since the beginning and i'm up three pounds. There does not seem to be the normal bloat or water gain in this product in comparison to mono. My strength has basically stayed about the same. But, I seem to be able to handle a bit more weight and more reps on leg day. Biceps seem to be able to handle a little more also. I havent seen an increase in pump like i've seen in other cee logs. More later...

I'm now a month into the cee pro and the 3-4th week i started to have strength increases. I benched 200 pounds (good for me) when i couldn't bench 185 four months ago. My biceps and legs have seen gains in strength also. I have had to take the rest of this week of due to time constriants but will begin my routine again on Sunday. So far i've been happy with the product! Will post again soon...

Well, I have ran out of ceepro. My overall feeling about this product is a positive one. I seemed to be able to increase my lifts signifigently throughout this month and a half. I would recommend this product to anyone who would like to take creatine without the normal water weight gain from mono.
Here are my statistics now: Weight-169
Chest-39"
Biceps-14 1/2"
Thanks again to Muscletech!
