View Full Version : Lost 100 on low cal, last 100 going to be Keto

Okay, I was upto 394 about 1 year ago. Did the low cal diet and hit 300 but sick of not being able to eat and wanting food all day long. I have done the atkins in the past and it rocked so I am going to mix up my diet with keto and I will post it here. Also I work out 7x a day and do weights 3x a week with a trainer. Wish me luck :)

I wish you the best, I'm already impressed. Your halfway there...no stopping now. Whichever way you choose to do it (keto or other) I'm sure you can achieve it. Maybe you should start a log, to keep your own motivation up.:)

Just got some GNC Mega man vits, fish oils and some Zero Card ISOPURE that I am going to make after my workout.
1st meal - Waffle House, Ham & Cheese omlett, side of chicken, and water + Multi + Fish oils.
2nd meal - 12oz steak w/ veggies and salad and blue cheese
3rd meal - Waffle House, Ham & Cheese omlett, side of sausage.
Leg workout.

Thanks for the post. Ya I am just doing this for myself I dont care if anyone reads it besides myself. Just want to have something to look back on.
