My Goal Is To Get Bigger And Stronger, And Along With That I Know I Will Need To Eat, And Eat A Lot, But Hopefully Some Of You Can Give Me Your Opinion On This Stack That I Am Considering.
Eas Mass Factor---52g Of Protein---taken Twice A Day
Animal Pak---multi Vitamin
Cee (omega Thunder)
Fish/flax Oil---not The Caps, But The Oil.
Hopefully You Guys Can Let Me Know If This Is Ok To Start Out With. I Am Currently 155 Lbs At 5 Ft 9 In, And Have A Goal To Gain 15 To 20 Lbs By September. I Have A Good 3 Day Split I Plan On Doing For My Workouts, But I Just Need Some Advice On The Above Stack.
