guys, hearing a lot about CEE and did some site research of companies like vpx(cex) bsn(cellmass) san(cm2) but an curious to know that they have different creatine forms like vpx has creatine ethyl ester HCL and cellmass has creatine esty esterl malate and san cm2 has creatine methyl ester.
so my question is which of theses are good and show results better...
in terms of SIZE......

cee is cee , all the extras are salts that bind to make cee not turn into creatinine so theer is no difference, stick to the original acidic base hcl

Sicosico are you sure there is no difference in how well the different salts prevent the creatine from degrading into creatinine?

To my knowledge the one that was tested and researched by the university was cee hcl, No one knows if vpx cee is good as i have not seen the certificate of analysis of how pure it is; Try to contact them and ask, or search around the forum to see the results. Also if you would like to know more about the effects of malate , and hcl look up the atp, energy and krebs cycle.

those are complex biological process. Find a bio book or do some online searches for the krebs cycle. then look for the effect of said salts on these process.
I don't believe these different salts have any real effect on the end result.
