Higher Power M1T2
This log is to create a profile of the effects of CEE PRO on my body. While still logging results of Higher Power's M1T2 it was recommended that I use Creatine as well. This log is meant to note the progress made after adding CEE Pro to the supplement Arsenal that has already been established.
Whatever happened to the good ol' days of creatine monohydrate? This will be my first time using CEE and I have not used Creatine monohydrate since this past December.
Followers of this log can expect an update on each off day of training. Many logs can update daily with little or no significant changes to the log entry, this log however, will be updated weekly to provide you with only information that can be attributed to the supplement in question (CEE PRO)
First day on CEE PRO-
After just one day of using CEE PRO I can feel the muscle fullness. If one were to squeeze my biceps I would feel pain even though I have not worked them yet. Drinking at least 10 8- ounce glasses of water.
1st workout chest.
Pushups: 1 set/ 20 reps
Incline Bench: 3 sets 12/10/8 at ascending weight intervals
Flat bench: 3 sets 10/8/6 at ascending weight
Decline bench: 3 sets 12/12/10 at ascending weight
Pushups: 1 set to failure
Barbel Curl:3 sets 12/10/8 ascending weight
Dumbell Curls: 3 sets 12/12/10 ascending weight
Concentration Curls: 4 sets 10/10/8/6
Overall results on this log: The pump is better than expected only after two servings (1 in am, 1 in pm.) Muscles do not looks as if they are fuller, but most certainly feel this way.

Workout- Arms/ Legs
Workout changes: Supersets
Results: Felt fullness and extreme pump, I am getting used to that feeling though since I started Testing M1T2. Endurance in the gym is up slightly but that could be from a number of reasons. I find myself having to urinate much more than usual even thuogh my water intake has always stayed consistant. Interesting considering I havew always been under the impression that Creatine allows you to retain water via the muscle fibers.
M1T2 sexual results- Yeah, I know, it seems as if I mention this a lot, but I have found through the logs that M1T2 has a better effects on sexual stamina more so than Muscular development. Stamina is still increased.... no compaints here.

Long time no Post: Finally got in a 4 day vacation and didn't have access to a computer while I was gone.
While using Cee- Pro over the past weekend I'm made great gains in the gym.
I can pump out a couple more reps each day and I am also making steady gains when lifting. I find that I can't seem to drink enough water or use the bathroom enough. I look pumped all of the time and I can not wait to see what the future holds using this product.

My Arm workout last night was intense. The pumps were almost too much to handle and I enjoyed them a lot. As I posted before, I feel as if I can't drink enough water. My weight since starting M1T2 and then switching over to Cee-Pro has increased to 163.5 lbs! There is a slightly noticeable body fat % increase although I contribute this elements outside of said products. At this point in time I am enjoying the results I'm seeing from this product.

Huge workout last night.
Chest/ Back/ Shoulders:
I surfed the rack on each body part and felt a great pump while doing so. I put a few extra reps than I had expected. I still have the noticable increase in size and I must admit that I do love the attention it draws. I'm convinced that I like CEE pro than any rmonohydrate form I have used in the past. Monday I will start back up on my M1T2. I discontunued use for a bit to see what the noticable results, if any, the CEE PRO would be. Thumbs up thus far for CEE PRO

I love this stuff! My past weeks of working out have gone really well. Comments keep coming from others on how impressed they are at my muscle pumps long after a workout. My diet got a little wacky last nigh, but not too bad if I do say so myself. In think the biggest improvement since beginning this log can be seen in my back and my biceps. Not a big difference, but it is visible.

Let me first state that it is really damn hard to sit through a movie when you have to piss all of the time!!!!! I love the pump and fullness I'm getting with this product, but this is getting out of hand now. Maybe I'm drinking too much water??? Overall, my workouts continue to be great and I'm increasing in weight a bit each week.
I started M1T2 back up after a short break. I am already feeling it once more. I started it back up a 4 days ago. It's not that bad of a product. Far from being the next M1T, but I'm not feeling any negative side effects from it.

Took a nice little Vacation to Paramount's King's Island, the Cincinnati Zoo and the Newport Aquarium this past weekend. I'm very grateful that my weekends are "off" days. Today I started training once more. Chest, Shoulders, Tris, Abs.
As always great pump throughout workout. Still holding back a bit of water. The M1T2 proved itself useful in the stamina arena once more this weekend due to the fact that it was a weekend trip with my girlfriend... I love the stuff.
I really wish these updates were more exciting, but due to the nature of the product I haven't expected a whole lot, nor have I experienced earth shattering changes in strength or body composition. Till Next time...

Incline Bench: 3 sets, descending reps
Flat bench Flys: "
Military Press: 3 sets/12 reps ascending weight
Side Lateral Raises: 3 sets/arm 12 reps descending weight
Sitting rear delt raises: 4 sets/10 reps
Tri pushdown: 4 sets/ ascending weight
overhead tri extensions: 4 sets: descending weight
Loved the pump once more. Always increasing in maximum poundage per workout. Still drinking plenty of water, but not urinating as frequently. :)
M1T2: Absolutely amazing as usual. However, I still would not sell it for the asking price. $12/bottle is reasonable for the product.
I still feel and overall sense of well-being after workouts.

Over a month of uses and this product has me convinced that it is effective. Is it worth the price tag compared to other CEE products? I don't know because I had never experienced CEE before this test.
Leg workout was intense yesterday. Although, for once I think hack squats actually got the best of me... I felt a great pump in my calves, which are usually my weakest muscle. I like this CEE much more than Monohydrate, and I respond to it much better.
M1T2: I think maybe now would be a good time to discontinue M1T2 for a couple of weeks as the bottle recommends only using it for 8 weeks before an off period. I know, I did not comment a whole bunch because I feel that the only real benefit this product may have is for sexual stamina. At first I was amazed by it, which I will admit may have been just a placebo effect, but I highly doubt I can determine the increase in sexual stamina to be a placebo effect.
Overal desicion on M1T2 based upon my body's reaction to it compared to the products claims. C-
Please remember that these are only my results from using this product. Everyone may react differently to this product.

Wow, it has been a while since I used posted due to some internet problems. I mmay have ran into some problems with the CEE. It appears that now when I use it I end up with Diarhea that day. I tried on days and off days and I only have diarhea on days when I use.
What do you think?

Ive come to the conclusion that CEE does not work for me. Muscle tech isnt the first brand ive tried either.
Mabey your in the same boat.
Also, amazingly, I noticed alot of bloating while using CEE pro. Could be a coincedience...
