This is my first M1t cycle; however, i have been BBing and training for quite sometime and i have run 2 1/4ad cycles and Fizogens On/Off Cycle. So i stocked up before the ban and am finally getting the chance to give it a go.
Im starting the thread a little late as i just registered to the forum, but here goes.
My plans are to run a 3 on 3 off 2 on 4 off cycle - i know odd cycle but its due to vacations and work schedule. Ive been running a 5 day lifting regimen (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs) for the past 8 weeks however i am kind of changing it up due to work, before that i ran a 3 day split 4 days per week for 6 months, so i am basically gunna mix it up and try to hit it real hard and real heavy for the next 12 weeks. I am currently taking the Nitro Tech/ Cell Tech stack as well as Glutamine and Legal Gear cold fusion NO2.
I will be running Legal Gear m1t 10/20/10 (because the biggest gains and absorption are made during week two from what i hear-plus i had a buddy who ran the same cycle with great results). I will also be running Legal Gear LGP 4ad+ at 8 squirts (4 morning then 4 12 hours later). I am taking hawthorne berry for BP, Saw Palmetto for prostate, and Milk Thistle for the liver on and PCT. PCT i plan to run Legal Gear Formadrol V2, 6-0X0, Trib, and Trib (Dont know where to get Nolva besides one site and im slightly sketched out about ordering it haha)

weight: 147 (gym scale in the afternoon-same setting evertime i weight there)
BF: 8.3%
Bench: 155 for 8
Dead: 225 for 8
Squat: 245 for 8
Leg Press:500 for 10
Tri P down: 170 for 10
Diet: (meat at the meals varies but its usually chicken, tuna, salmon, or steak) - All shakes are with skim milk. m1t will to breakfast and last meal when i switch to 20mg.
9:00- 2 scoops Nitro Tech, Banana, Multi - 4 squirts 4derm
9:30-10:15- cardio (cut back from 4 days a week to 2 and i play tennis on the weekends)
10:45- 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites, 2 pieces whole wheat toast, milkthistle, HB, SP
1:00- 1 scoop Nitro Tech shake
2:00- 1 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, Veg, 10mg m1t
2:30-5g Cell tech
3:00- Lift
4:30- PWO 5g Cell Tech, 2 Scoops Nitro Tech shake, 10g Glutamine
6:00- Non-fat yogurt, string cheese, 2 tbsp PB and Banana
7:30- Dinner - usually chicken, steak, or fish with 1 cup brown rice and salad or veg.
9:00- 4 squirts 4derm
10:00- either PB & J with casien shake or 2 cups cottage cheese and peaches.
I started the cycle Monday 6/27 (well pre-loaded the first m1t pill sun night)
Mon a.m. home weight 143 Afternoon Gym weight 147.8 Chest
Tue a.m. home weight 143 Afternoon Gym weight 148.7 Back/Trap/Hams
Wed a.m. home weight 144 Afternoon Gym weight 149.9 Shoulders/Quads
Thur a.m. home weight 147 Afternoon Gym weight 153.2 Arms/Calves
I do abs 4 times per week, cardio will be cut to two 45-60 min running sessions and tennis on the weekend when i get a chance.
So Far I am definetly looking full and pumped most of the day, Shoulders and chest definetly look bigger already. I am def holding in water from the 4derm (probably the majority of the weight i have gained so far) but as long as i still have the 6-pack i am happy. No loss of libido, no kidney pain or headaches...YET, no acne, and no nipple soreness. Only thing so far is the lethargy which hasnt been too bad since i am taking the 10mg with my pre-workout meal. Plus i typically feel lethargic when im not running a therm or EC supp.
This log is basically to give others an insight on Legal Gears product since i couldnt really find a whole lot of research on it, also on a 3 week cycle, and for me so i have somewhere to keep track of my cycle and get some feed back from fellow builders. Hey with all the legal gear supps shouldnt i see some LG love eDogg?? haha j/k. Any advice, feedback on other 3 week cycles, LG M1T results, and motivation would be great.
