Brief MuscleTech History; The Prologue
Why did I name my log this? Because this will be the most informative, detailed, and un-biased log on CEE Pro. The MuscleTech rep's will all be monitoring our logs, so I came to deliver what they want to see. As we all know, the image and reputation of Muscletech here on the BodyBuilding.com forums have been pretty mixed in both positive and negative feelings and statements. We all have read the opinions from many on the board; "MuscleTech products are too expensive"; "MuscleTech products are awesome"; "MuscleTech uses outdated ingredients (i.e. Cell-Tech)"; "Most of MuscleTech products dosent deliver results". These are a handfull of quotes I just have pulled up from a search of threads.
Regardless of these quotes and opinions, I will remain 100% Unbiased to any party or company. This will be called straight down the middle. I believe that my thread will contribute a huge portion of the view of how MuscleTech will be viewed reputation wise to all members of this board. I have the experience in bodybuilding to realize what I am taking and I am no beginer so dont expect beginer posts here, you can visit one of the other log threads, NO MUSCLETECH FLAMERS!!!! This is UNBIASED, dont junk up this thread, this is BUSINESS to me, take your flames and inappropiate comments to the other threads.

I am going to keep this chapter short and simple, whats in it, so I can get on with the actual log. You see I am doing this to take a step up from your normal log, I am here to inform to the best of my ability, to give you a understanding.

just give us ur stats....ur workouts info....and any gains you see or lack thereof....
no offense or nothing...but try and make the reviews short and sweet...no one is interested in reading a novel..

Im waiting. I think the statistics ive seen on mucletech have been 0:1 meaning 100% negative. I dont know if its the claims that mt makes or the prices, but i hear its both. Nontheless its interesting to see how this CEE product goes, it looks normal and without much hype on the label. Keep up the log.

The Log: What You've All Been Waiting For
Ok, time for business here are my stats:
19 Years Old
189 Pounds at 7 (YES 7)% Bodyfat
5'11 1/2
Currently Cutting to Precontest form (5% or lower)
Diet
2,800 calories per day
Carb cycling (2 high, 3 low, 2 no carb days)
Protein: 250-300+ grams per day
Fats: 40-55 grams
Will have measurements probably Friday or Saturday.
Arms: 16.5 inches cold (Damn shoudler injury I was pushing 17 cold and unflexed :( ) But still good at 7% bodyfat IMO.
Ill have the rest this weekend.
My current split is 5 days on 2 off. Some people think 5 days is for the beginers, but I Feel that working 2 bodyparts on the same day is for novices. Train intesnly as me and you will see I only train a bodypart once per week, my stats speak for themselves.
Sunday: OFF (HIT Cardio)
Monday: Chest and Abs
Tuesday: Back and Forearms
Wedensday: Shoulders and Abs
Thursday: OFF (HIT Cardio)
Friday: Arms (Light Cardio in morning on empty stomach besides shake and bcaa's)

I train abs so much because I will be guest posing in a compeition coming up in Charlotte, NC. Ill be at 5% bodyfat for the guest posing, possibly 4%.

It is going to be tough for CEE Pro to match my gains I Got off my favorite creatines:
BSN Cellmass
Vitargo CGL
Bulk CEE
But we will see how it stacks up, like I said this is called right down the middle, unbiased.
Today was an HIT cardio day, but I still decided to take the first dose to get started with this log. Feels damn good to be back on creatine, 20 minutes of HIT and no noticable changes in endurance, or stamina. But I am intrugued to see if I can get a few extra reps or so from it on arm day tomorrow. dont count out CEE Pro yet its just my first day on it and it was an off day.
Took 2 caplets this morning and the other 2 capulets after my HIT.
I recieved a E-mail from a MuscleTech rep stating that it is better taken post workout than pre, but either will deliver great results, just a heads up for the others.

Yea, I was considering taking a serving pre and post also, you can do it. I am just going to stick to the directions for now.

I would also like to say that I do use some muscle-tech products and I personally like cell-tech. I like the mixability and taste. I have seen very good results with it. I am highly interested in the CEE though. Mainly because its in a pill aka very convienent. I'll either get CE2 or Muscletech's to start off. I'll probably due both eventually. But keep up the log man. But if CEE works as good or better then powder creatien then i will pay extra for it because it suits my hectic lifestyle better.

Arm Day
Took 2 caplets in the morning, and the other serving, 2 caplets postworkout (as the directions call for)
Well I certainily felt an increase in endurance and a bit in strength. My pump was a little notably better too, nothing to go crazy over jsut a little increase in endurance, strength, and pump. I managed to pull out a extra rep or 2 on most sets, especially my supersets. I probably still have a little Kre-Alkalyn in my system, I cycled off the Kre-Alkalyn about 2 weeks ago now. The past week I didnt have the extra strength for a rep or 2 and my pump was notably better, but only by a little. The CEE Pro is defintley getting into the system now and even tough its only a little increase, this is only the second day, as days go by I can better decipher the increases, as I said it was probably a combination of starting CEE agian and the Kre-Alk left over in my system. Regardless, I felt a slight increase in strength, pumps, and endurance, more than I had when I was cycled off all creatines last week.
Here is the arm workout I performed, just made this new routine last week.
Biceps
Barbell Curls (Hella Heavy): 5 sets of 6 reps
Seated Incline Alternating Dumbbell Curls
-Superseted With-
Seated Alternating Hammer Curls: 4 sets of 8 reps
Rope Cable Curls (The Whole Stack BABY)
-Superseted With-
One-Arm Cable Curls :4 sets of 8,8,6,6 reps
Concentration Curls With Preacher Bench (The Hard Way!!!) 3 sets of heavy 6 reps
Triceps
Close-Grip Bench Press W/ Olympic Bar(Hella Heavy) 4 sets of 6 reps
Two-Hand Overhead Dumbbell Extension
-Superseted With-
One-Hand Overhead Dumbbell Extenstion: 4 sets of 10,10,8,8 reps
Rope Push Downs (The Whole Stack)
-Superseted With-
Dumbbell Kickbacks: 4 sets of 12,12,10,8 reps
Dips Between Benches with 100 pound plate: 3 sets of 8 reps
Forearms
Behind-The-Back Wrist Curls: 5 sets of 15 reps
Dumbbell Wrist Curls: 5 sets of 15 reps
*I know my tricep workout isnt all the way tuned with my bicep workout, I have a shoulder injury I am almost recovered from, but for the time being I have no choice but to go a tad lighter on triceps. Im still got over 17 inch arms pumped at 7% bodyfat so I'm still doing my thing. :)
Well as I said earlier, I got to squeeze out 1 or 2 extra reps and a little better pump, no biggie, the CEE Pro is getting in my system now, so I cant wait to see how much more I will gain this up coming week.
P.S. Try my workouts they work! Supersets and Giant Sets will make a man out of you :)

Nice to hear. Ill keep this log up bro, updated once or twice a day. My log is the most in-depth log Ive seen on the boards to date, not to brag I'm just trying to get everybody that vists my log a better understanding of what a product is, whats in it, and how it affects me. I make sure I take the time to include every little detail.

Drop Sets on arm day seem to be way more painful and better for growing. u should try it.
ex. standing barbell curls... start at 100lbs... drop to 80lbs... 55lbs... 35lbs.. all till exhaustion.
it hurts but got massive gains on my arms. be that I almost died every arm day. just a thought

Yeah I do drop sets on occasion also, I always change my routines like every month and a half, my next routines will have drop sets.

Instead of listing the weight I used I will just simply state how much pounds I increased in each exercise by week, at the end of each week I will post poundage differences, I feel this is better, all bodyparts and increaeses are in the same post not scattered all over the place. Its much more easier to access also, but thanks for the advice.
NOTE: ALL WEIGHT INCREASES FOR EVERY BODYPART AND EXERCISE WILL BE POSTED AT THE END OF EACH WEEK! IT LOOKS NEATER AND IT IS EASILY ACCESIBLE!

Leg Day
I took my first serving of CEE Pro around 11:30 A.M. 30 minutes after my morning whey shake. (Stayed up racing at the Drag Strip all last night so I slept in a bit:) ) My second serving was of course post workout with my PWO shake.
It was a great leg workout, the pump was great throught my whole lower body, and the vascularity was alot notably better since my last leg workout while off creatine, so far I have had a better pump with the CEE Pro than Kre-Alkayn, the creatine I was on before CEE Pro, but Kre-Alk gave me some mad strength gains so as the weeks goes by we will see if CEE Pro can match or surpass it. As for strength gains, I didnt have any noticable strength gains in my squat, front squat, leg press, its stille arly so I wasnt expecting an incresae all around yet, its just my third day on it. I was able to increase some poundage on the leg extension machines and the and the ham machine by 20 pounds each, doing my normal 12 reps. Not bad at all, I say by next week all my major lifts should be affected by the CEE Pro. So far so good, a nice notable pump and my legs were also looking a little fuller than normal. Vascularity and pump in the calves were very good, way better while the 2 weeks I was off creatine. Things are looking good cant wait to see what happens this next week.
Nothing fancy here for leg day, just brutal and hardcore. Like it should be...All heavy and keep the light weight where they belong, still on the damn rack :)
The Leg routine is as follows:
Quads
Squats: 5 sets (2 warmup, 3 working) of 12,10,6,4,2 (Got 425 for 2 reps, possibly 3 by next week?)
Front Squats: 3 sets (All heavy) of 6,6,failure reps (4)
Romanian Deadlifts: 4 sets of 8,8,6,failure reps(3)
Leg Presses: 4 sets of 8 (warm^),6,6,4 reps
Leg Extension Machine: 4 sets of 12 reps
Hamstrings
Hamstring Press: (A Hard Barbbell movement Noah Steere taught me) 5 sets of 10,8,8,6,6 reps
Hamstring Curl Machine: 4 sets of 12 reps
Single-Leged Hamstring Curls: 4 sets of 12 reps
Hamstring Press Machine: (Like a backwards leg press kinda some new machine we just got in at my gym, too bad the weight is too light) 4 sets of 15 reps
Calves
Donkey Calf Rasie Machine: 4 sets of 15 reps
Calf Raises on the Leg Press Machine: 4 sets of 15 reps
Seated Calf Raises: 4 sets of 15 reps
Abs
Hanging Leg Raises: 3 sets of 15 reps
Bent Over Cable Crunches: 3 sets of 15 reps
* Thats all for abs, I train them 3 times a week, just keeping them sharper for my guest posing coming up.
Like I stated earlier, no big strength increases yet, I expect maybe next week we will start seeing some good increases coming, a nice pump and vascularity in the whole upper body, and my legs were overall looking a tad fuller and sharper. So far so good.

Measurements Moday. I tried today. I work at World Gym as a personal trainer as my Summer job and while I get college breaks (college freshman baby)! I hate the people that work up there, no disrespect to women at all, but we have some dumb air head Jessica Simpson look alikes that work up there. The girl at the front desk lost the key to our scale storage where are scales, calipers, measurement tape, and other equipment are kept. Hopefully Jessica Simpson will be fired and I can get access to the measurement tape on Monday, sorry for the delay :)

Am I the only one here who thinks this log might be fake, and that this guy is from MuscleTech? He mentioned doing the log in an unbiased way, as reps from the company would be browsing, but why would he write a log just to "deliver what they want to see"?
And that link to the bb.com store where you can buy some CEE Pro was a blatent advertising plug...
This log reminds me of that "free book" that came with NO2...it sold itself off as a training/diet book, but upon closer inspection, it was advertising and basically crap which glorified the company and the useless product.
I have nothing against MuscleTech. But I do have something against false advertising, and people who mislead others.
If you're not doing any of the above, I apologize, and continue with your log. It's very, very, very detailed and well written.

I find it amusing/odd how the original poster keeps stating how he wants the log to be easy to read, easy to understand, making things simple so we don't have to "dig all over the thread", etc. Just really seems like he's marketing to me.
I searched for all posts this guy has made, and it's mostly stuff in the WWE section, him pimping some music he made, and some scattered questions about random useless supplements.

Took my first serving of CEE pro this morning and agian pwo. Today was an off day for me so all I did was some HIT cardio.
15 100 meter sprints
Thats it. I didnt notice any significant changes in endurance, stamina, or speed. But I havent noticed any imoprovments in cardio alone with creatine, besides my own improvements. Well not much to report no noticable inceases in stamina, endurance, or speed, lets see what CEE Pro can do with my Chest workout tomorrow when its time to hit more iron.

Took my first serving of CEE Pro this morning around 9:30 and the last serving post workout.
Today was chest day. Great workout, today I noticed the effects of CEE Pro are more pronounced that previous workouts. I had a great pump, strength stayed the same in my bench press which I also maxed out today, but I went up 5 pounds to the 95's for incline dummbell bench presses for 6 reps when I usually bang out the 90's for 6 reps, pretty good for the 4th day on it. I went up a plate I do my cable flys and cable crossovers on and went up 2 plates on the pec-dec flyes while keeping the same reps for all exercises. Not bad for still in the first week. As I said I dotn expect CEE Pro to increase strength in my major lifts yet, as it is still new to my system. The Weight Progression Chart will be posted starting next Monday. This will include all the exercises I did in the past week and how much weight i increased on the exercises by every week. Stay up and keep a look out.
Chest
Flat Barbell Bench Press:5 sets (2 warmup) for 12,10,6,4,failure reps (still at 305 max. lets see what I can do next week when the CEE Pro is in full throttle in my system)
Incline Dummbell Bench Presses: 4 sets for 6,6,6,failure (As stated earlier i was banging out the 95's for 6 reps, when i was only able to bang out the 90's last week :) )
Flat Dummbell Flyes with Supinated Wrists (Hard Way): 3 sets of 10 reps (Used same weight for 8 reps last week and pushed out the extra 2 this week)
Cable Crossovers

Well it was a great workout, bench stayed the same but went up a bit in all other exercises, cant wait until its fill throttle in my system. Been at 305 bench for a while now and im getting pissed off... Well I Had a good pump very noticable improvement in pump, strength (for minor exercises), and endurance I was pumping out 2 more reps avergage. Weight increases will be posted starting next Monday, so keep an eye out for that, I do it like that, well you know its posted like 10 times lol jsut scroll to the first page and read all that bold. So far so good, lets hope this stuff starts improving on my major lifts these coming weeks. Thats all for now.

Took my first serving of CEE Pro in the morning and my second serving post workout as usual.
Haha, its back day. I favor no bodypart over the other, but back day always makes me that fuzzy feeling all over. Its deadlifting day, you dont have a back if you dont deadlift its that simple. I love it...Anyway, the CEE Pro's effects are getting a little more pronounced by the day. My deadlift max is still the same, I took the 110's for incline dummbell rows than the usual 100's for 8 reps, T-bars stayed the same but I added to reps to exercise for each set. I was so spent by the time I got to lat-pulldowns and others, I used the same weight as previously. It will all be listed next Monday on the weight I used. Nice flowing pump in the back, strength went up in a few exercises. Great, jsut great, just waiting for more strength gains and gains in my major lifts, we will see what happens next week. So far CEE Pro is not half bad, pretty fast acting to take effect in the system, even tough its not all the way in full throttle it seems like MT might be stepping their game up. Im not goign to jump the gun yet but so far so good.
Back Day (BOOYA!:) )
Deadlifts: 5 sets (2 warmups, 3 working sets) of 12,8,6,failure,max (Fuccin 385 for the past 2 months :( hopefully CEE Pro will knock me up a few pounds in this 45 day cycle.
Weighted Wide-Grip Chins W/ 100 pound plate: 4 sets of 6,6,4,4 (forced 2 reps)
Incline Dummbell Rows: 10 pound increase :D: 3 sets of 6 reps
T-Bar Rows: 3 sets of 8 reps

Lat-Pull Downs to the Front: 4 sets of 12
(I would superset them but I love just going super heavy and basic for back)

As stated above, great workout, went up 10 pounds on the incline dummbell rows, which was great. CEE Pro isnt half bad so far, keep locked on this log for updates daily.

Took my first serving of CEE Pro this morning and my second sercing post workout as usual. Today was shoulder/traps/abs day. I made a little edit in my workout. i figure I'll do calves instead of abs now, my abs are great and sharp already, its time to focus on the calves more now before the guest posing to get some more meat on them. Anyway, today was another great workout, i went up 5 pounds on the reverse grip military presses, which are way harder than the standard military press. Added 2 more reps to my lateral raises, and one rep to my Arnold Presses. My supersets stayed the same, oddly enough, go figure, im a happy camper still. I went up on 2 of my variations of shrugs, as stated in previous posts, the weight increase chart will be up next Monday when I finish this weeks workouts. Strength went up a tad, pump is still notciably good and getting a bit better, Nice vascularity through the delts, neck, and traps, and my fullness was about the same as usual. So far so good, but its still early, more reps and more plates should be loaded in the next few weeks :)
Delts/Traps/Calves Day
* I always start my delt workouts with a pre exhuasting lateral exercise, just to get the blood flowing and get a good stretch before performing my heavy lifts
Seated Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 12 reps (Usually 10 reps but I had more gas in the tank to pull up 2 more for each set)
Reverse-Grip Military Presses on Smith Machine (Hard-Way Front Delt Destroyer!) 4 sets of 8,8,6,6 reps

Seated Dummbell Shurgs (130's): 3 sets of 6 reps my traps are spent by the time I get to these but its still balls to the wall all day everyday.
Calves
Donkey Calf Raises 3 sets of 12 reps
Seated Calf Raises: 3 sets of 15 reps
Standing barbbell Toe Raises: 3 sets of 15 reps
*I go heavy for calves thats why the rep range is low.
Great workout, the increase chart will be up starting Monday. Read the previous paragraph for the information on gains I had this delt workout.

HIT Cardio Day (Sprint Intervals)
Well today was an off day for the steel. I went out to the track today and did some 100 meter sprints. It was super intese today because we had ran into some guys from the track team we used to go to school with. So we had a little bodybuilders vs. track team race. LOL :D. As for the cardio, I had no notciable gains in endurance, speed, or recovery between sprints. Not that much to post about today since it was all cardio. I had no noticable increases as I jsut stated.

Took my first serving of CEE Pro this morning and the second serving post workout as usual.
Great arm workout today. Pumps were notably better than last weeks arm day. A nice strength improvement, so I added some drop sets along with my supersets. Had a notably better fullness in the arms today and vasculatrity was off the charts (Im at 6.8% bf so my veins are already blown up all over but today damn it was on like Donkey Kong). The workout is very similar to last Friday's just added some drop sets. Im pretty happy so far, minor strength increases all around but no major lift increases, but this is only week 2 coming up, so far so good. Great pump today, still only minor strength increases but its still new to my system, nice fullness today in shorter words.

I took my first serving of CEE Pro this morning and my second serving Post workout as usual.
Well this is from Saturday. Sorry for the delay I went to a car show last night and got 2nd in the Honda/Acura Division. We then street raced all night long, about 8 people were arrested and had their cars towed for racing, all in all it was a wild night. :) Well it was leg day. I had a pretty good workout, as similar to last Saturday I had a grat pump in my whole lower body, vasularity in the quads and calves were great, no real notable increase in muscle fullness tough. My squat is still the friggin' same even tough I almost pumped it for 3 reps. Got 750 on the leg press for failure, went up another plate on the Hamstring and Leg extension machine, besides those everything was the same as last week, so far so good.
Since my workout from last month had supersets in it, Im still following the basic and heavy leg routine, nothing fancy just some hardcore basic exercises.
The Leg routine is as follows:
Quads/Hams/Calves/Abs Day
Quads
Squats: 5 sets (2 warmup, 3 working) of 12,10,6,4,2 (Got 425 for amost 3)
Front Squats: 3 sets (All heavy) of 6,6,failure reps (4)
Romanian Deadlifts: 4 sets of 8,8,6,failure reps(3)
Leg Presses: 4 sets of 8 (warm^),6,6,4 reps
Leg Extension Machine: 4 sets of 12 reps
Hamstrings
Hamstring Press: (A Hard Barbbell movement Noah Steere taught me) 5 sets of 10,8,8,6,6 reps
Hamstring Curl Machine: 4 sets of 12 reps
Single-Leged Hamstring Curls: 4 sets of 12 reps
Hamstring Press Machine: (Like a backwards leg press kinda some new machine we just got in at my gym, too bad the weight is too light) 4 sets of 15 reps
Calves
Donkey Calf Rasie Machine: 4 sets of 15 reps
Calf Raises on the Leg Press Machine: 4 sets of 15 reps
Seated Calf Raises: 4 sets of 15 reps
Abs

Well I increased in Romanian Deads, almost got my squat up (will max next Sat), got more on the leg press for failure, went up a plate on leg extensions and hamstring extension. Great workout, nice pump, good results so far. Well time to make the next post. :)

Well today was a HIT Cardio day. I noticed no notable differences in endurance, speed, or recovery. Not too much to note but will have more when I hit the weights agian tomorrow. :D

As always *yawn* took my first serving in the morning and my second serving postworkout.
Today was Pecs and Abs once agian. Man i dont know what is going on cause I had one Hell of a great pump, vascularity was at its best, and fullness was notably increased since last Monday's Chest Workout. I finally got my damn bench press max to 310, its a 5 pound increase but hey im happy as hell. CEE Pro is getting on my good side fast, but itd dtillr elativley early so I wont reccomend or not reccomend it yet, I could have a strength crash or jsut be stuck in the same plateau from it like I did from previous creatines, they jsut fade out quickly so to say, but so far this CEE Pro is ownin ass.

Today was Back day. I love back day, becuase I get to do my all time favorite exercise, heavy ass deadlifts :D. I had a great flowing pump in my back today. I got 390 as my new deadlift max, hell yea. So far I went up 5 pounds in bench and deads, pretty damn good supp if I do say so myself so far, the pumps are insane, but still I need to get some more strength increases. We will see what happens next week. I follow the same routines for a month so dont expect any major changes in my routines.
Back Day

Took my first serving of CEE Pro Pre-workout and the second serving Post-workout(just experimenting).
Man I worked all night on that damn chart and I just found out I couldnt link it. Son of a *****. I will starting posting it as a list today after this update. Wont be flashy but it will show my progress for each exercise every week.
Well today was delts/traps/calves day. I had a doctors appointment yesterday and my shoulder is 100% :D. So today was str8 up 110% balls to the wall delt destroying madness. INSANE PUMP!! Went up 5 pounds more on my Arnold presses, 2 plates same reps on the rear delt superset. Fucc yea, this is what Im talking about, I finally get to go all out cause my injury is cleared, and I threw up some heavier steel that last week, on account of the healed injury and the CEE Pro. Great ****ing workout, great im 100% and I went up weight, this is what its all about. Still pissed on the damn chart oh well look for the weight increase LIST lol.

not to ruin ur log but i cant stand these over the top logs. Dont beat around the bush with your log just get to the friggin point, ur not writing a life story. Your also need to create a format in which you write the log in so that each post for each day follows a format so that the thread is easier to read.

Your also need to create a format in which you write the log in so that each post for each day follows a format so that the thread is easier to read.
all u have to do is write each day once uve listed ur stats, training methods, nutrition and sups ur goign to be taking is to mention
-your bf % change
-any changes in endurance
- mental weill being
- your reps and sets and weight done on exersizes
- what exersizes uve done
- any general comments on teh supplement (keep these short)

Well ****. A guy tries to make an informative log and everybody has to **** on that. Well I think its clear Im posting workouts by the day and I am working on a chart for weight increases. I dont know what the problem is but damn, who esle has a log as inforative on CEE Pro as this.
I see nothing wrong with this log, every workout is clear and precise, and I made a big ass chart, opened with MT history, profiles of CEE Pro? What did I do wrong. Well **** show a log on CEE Pro that exceeds mine, ill be waiting.

Took my first serving of CEE Pro Pre-workout and my second serving Post-workout.
Ok today was Arm Day. I had a awesome pump that is still pretty well with me while I type this amazing. My shoulder is back to 100% so I went heavier on my tri's today. But i cant give a fair week 1-2 review on arms since my tricep ability was limited compared to last week and now. Its the same workout from last week, same sets and reps. I went up a few pounds on the dummbell exercises ill list the increase log later today, as i said it will look pretty off considering my injury.
To keep it short it was a great workout, I will list the increaes later. Great pump also.

Today was leg day. Took my first serving of CEE Pro preworkout and the second serving postworkout. Had a awesome pump in the legs today. My max squat went up to 435 for 2 hard ass reps. Loaded 720 on the Leg Press Machine, which I surprised I got out 4 reps because the squats had kicked my ass already. I will be finsihing the progression charts later today and Monday I've been falling behind getting some paperwork ready for me to start college, so loyal log readers stay with me and Ill get everything caught up soon :) Its was an insane workout to say the least, so far CEE Pro is damn ok in my book, well still got some more weeks to review on so I wont jump off the line early just yet, but so far CEE Pro is pretty good. Ill keep it short so I can update my charts.

Im so low in bf because I was chosen to help demostrate bodybuilding to others ages 16-22 still in high school and college. The Charlotte NC city council is trying to promote better health and living towards its younger citizens. My boss hooked me up with this gig, so I'll be guest posing with a few others from my area and the RDI area. Also David Henry is to make an appearance, Art Atwood is scheduled, and a 3 NPC am's that live in the Charlotte area. Its not a competition or NPC sanctioned event, but its to help influence more teens to become active. This is a small step to shed some light on people blind and ignorant to bbing.:)
Well I had a great pump, possibly the best I've had since No-Xplode (months and months ago) . I was jacked and dialed in the whol workout. I went up 10 more pounds on barbell shrugs, but other exercises equaled the same, added a rep here and there I will make the delt progression chart right after this post. This workout ruled, insane pump, went up in a major lift, another 1-2 reps added to almost every exercise, check the chart below to see the differences.

Going pre contest now for real. Cut out all carbs besides PWO and my "dinner" meal. Bascially all protein sources from chicken breast and fish, whey in morning, pre and post, casein before bed, and some MRP shakes if im out hanging with friends.
Water consumption is also reduced significantly at this point.
Trying my hardest to get to 5.5%, im not going balls out since its not a competition, but it will be covered by local new stations so I gotta look sharp.
Well thats about it should have the arm progression tomorrow, I left my log in my gym locker by mistake today. Also weeks 3-4 progression charts will be put up starting next Monday :).

Took my first serving of CEE Pro pre-workout and my second serving postworkout.
Today was usually back day, but I changed my order around this week only, by orders of my doctor. So I did chest and forearms today. To keep the log short and clutter free from typing the same routines over and over, becuase I wotn change routines until next week or the second week of August. The chest/forearms exercises were the same as previous ones, but I used some clings instead of dumbbell wrist curls, damn those clings are the best forearm builders ;). Well my max bench is still the same even tough I could have felt I could have added a 2.5 pound plate to each side lol. The pump was insane once agian, as I stared amazed at the vascularity that turned my chest into a road map. Foreamrs got a crazy pump also,as a matter of fact my whole upper body was feelin nice and tight :). I didn't notice any changes in strength that much, on account of im starting to dehydrate, no cabrs, and therefore less energy. After this weekend I can cut out the precontest life and get back on track to see what this CEE Pro is made of the final weeks of dosing.
Sorry I dont have much to report, the new charts will be up starting Monday, and the arm chart should be up later tonight.

Well today was back day, my schedule is screwed for the week, my doctor made me do delts on Monday, then chest to see if I experienced any joint pains in my delt (recently recovered delt injury). Anyway, today was a great workout. I got 395 A NEW DEAD MAX! I knew I could have done 400, and it will be done next week :). Since this little seminar thing I'm participating in is close, Im just gonna say screw it and get back to carb loading. i talked to some of the NPC Am's that will be there, they arent going balls out and neither am I. 6.1% bodyfat is plenty shredded enough to pose in front of a few ungreatful peers my age and the mayor, big deal, its no comp so im not sweating it ;). Other than the new deads max, I noticed NO strength changes and I got an extra rep in the Incline Dumbbell rows, a rep for T-Bar's, and a extra for Front Lat Pulldowns but no Behind-The-Back :confused:
Great pump as usual, is there something they have in this stuff thats not listed!!!!!????????? Man its jsut CEE, ALA and im getting pumps better than from No-Xplode!!!! Back was blown up!!! My lats were exploding out, T-Bars it felt like my back was just engorged with blood and nutrients kinda reminds me of the flowing blood in the elevator off the Shining :). Great Deadlift gains, great pumps. Charts updated this Monday. Arm Chart today or tomorrow guarnteed.

Well, today was jsut HIT interval day. I come to the conclusion that i get more energy for cardio taking it pre-workout than in the morning, I actually notice a difference. Nothing to report on pumps of strength cause its N/A.

Arm Day
Today was arm day. I followed the same arm workout as the previous week. I'll probably be changing routines at the beginning of August. I had a tremendous pump in whole arm area, I really dont know what the hell kind of ingedient CEE Pro dosent list in it, but I never had such a good pump from CEE and ALA alone. As for weight increases, I had some more energy so I threw in another set of drop sets on the bb curls and the close grip benches. No weight increases today, I did manage to squeeze out a rep for some and stayed the same on others, I was burnt out today before the gym so that was a factor of it. Still a good workout, I carbed back up and ready to go pose for that seminar Monday :).
Will have some High RES pics Tuesday or so, then I will show you what I really got, that 160 pic right above this psot, is just a pic to shut these stupid people up that talk all that trash, when I was a newbie in that pic I gurantee I still had more mass then most of these guys sending pm's talking trash. Sorry for the late post. Saturday was leg day, and by far the ****test workout I had all year. What happened was that I sued to be a skateboarder like 4 years before, then I quit to persue bbing. Well a few of my friends wanted to skate agian, and I still do time to time. Basically 3 hours of 13 stair ollies and other stuff killed my legs. I woke up Saturday morning and almost fell. Skating is way more hardcore on the legs than any damn squat lol. So I went to the gym on noodle legs and gimped over to the squat rack. Manage to bang out a max of about 365, and collapsed from that. My legs were done, I managed to get through the same workout but my strength was in the toilet faster than an unwanted pregancy on prom night ;). So nothing to report no strength gains, no pump, just hell.

Well today was the seminar in Charlotte. It went way better than I expected, alot of teens my age, as well as adults were intrigued as 3 NPC ameatuers, 5 other teen bbers, and I sat dpwn adn answered questions and pulled a little posing routine. Thankfully its over, now to get back up to 7.5% bf until mid August then its clean bulking agian.

Chest/Abs Day
Today was a great workout, it was chest and everything is back on schedule. New f'n max 315!!!! BB Bench presses, LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!! Really no other strength increases oddly enough but I did manage to add a plate to the cable crossovers, and the decline cable flys. Strange but never the less its still and increase. Great kick ass pump once agian and nice endurance, I wotn even halfway burnt out as I usually am. Followed the same routine, will probably be following all new routines in the first week of August.
New stats:
Weight: 187
BF: 5.8% (Going back to 7.5 :) :) :) :) )
New Diet:
Back to 2,800 calories with some carb cycling: 2 high, 4 low, 1 no
Protein: Still 230-300+ (Varies on different days and with different meals)
Fats: 50-70 (Bumping up to get the bf up and get some more energy, fat sources will come from beef, chicken, natty pb, MCT, and other various healthy fats.
Well I still got to pick up the film roll from today, so hopefulyl I'll get them up for you guys by the weekend.

Back/Abs day
Today was another great workout, and the improvements are still coming. 400 now on deads, I had so much damn energy it was wild. Had a great flowing pump also, that continued about 2 hours after the workout. I did some one arm rows instead of incline dummbell rows and used the 100's for 8 reps. I threw on 5 little pounds on my T-Bar rows also, weighted chins were the same, and so were the lat pulldowns, but hey I gained in the major lifts so I cant complain. I followed the same back workout I haev been doing, as stated numerous times, I will be changing routines in a few days. The new charts will be up this weekend for my strength progression. Great workout and good gains so far. Also used the same ab routine ;)
At this point I think its safe to say that CEE Pro well surpassed my expectations, and I recommend everyone taking CEE or other creatines products to give it a fair shot just as I did. Well still more to go I got 2 free bottles, ill probably end the log when these 45 days are up. So far so good.

Sorry no post yesterday, spent the majority of the day at the gym and I had my car in the shop getting my turbo components inspected. Anyway, the 27th was delts/traps/abs day.
I followed the same delt/traps workout I usually do. it was a great workout, good pump, but the only strength increase was I added 5 pounds to my shurgs with the trap box for the same heavy 6 reps. Not that much to report, but a increase is an increase. BTW, took my first serving preworkout and my seconnd serving postworkout.

Im noticing the effects of CEE Pro are slowly decreasing. all I managed to increase on was an extra 2 reps from both drop sets, nothing else :confused:. Awesome pump and workout tough. Will work on bring up the new chart Sunday or monday.
Saturday was supposed to be legs.
Well, the gym owner/manager mother died so he closed our gym for the weekend. So i go down to Fort Bragg to train at the Special Forces gym (metroflex eat your heart out :D), well thats closed today too. WTF? Oh well, crappy YMCA it is. Well they are moving equipement to their new location. Damn all they have left is the squat rack, a few benches , some 35,25,10,5 pound plates. not nearly enough for anything. did like 10 sets of failure of pussy ass weight on squats and i got pissed. **** it im doing cardio, i go out to the track and my friend called and asked if i wanted to paintball. Oh hell yea, I loaded up my Tippman A-5 with resposne trigger and headed out to the hill. Great leg workout and a ****load of fun too, so there is my leg workout :D. Seems like the world is agianst me training legs all of a sudden, hell at leat ill be able to kill them next week, iim plenty sore now.

not one single pound increase or rep added. Nice pump tough.
Keeping it simple, still haevnt changed my routines so there is no new routines to post.
Well, the CEE Pro has given me some good strength increses, but today was the exact same as last week, lets see what happens.

Tuesday I did chest. I had another routine change cause I had a delt injury follow up. Pretty much Im not notcing anything anymore besides a great pump, the pump is unbelivable. No poundage increases no rep inceases :confused:.

Back Day was today. DEADLIFTS went up 10 pounds 1 rep max!!!!! One Arm Rows went up by 5 pounds. Great pump, thats all the increases in strength in reps and poundage increases.
The pumps are still unbelivable, but the strength is staying the same, all good things must cease at some point and time, they are still coming but alot slower. Sorry the posts have not been as detailed as the rest, but not much changes have been happening.
I will make a huge detailed chart for all weeks when this cycle is over. LOL, they sent me 2 more bottles!!! Thanks MuscleTech ;)

Well Summer is wrapping up quick, and you know what that means CLAN F'N BULKING! Oh hell yea its time for mass. After this CEE Pro Log I will make a new one I have another free tubs/bottles of aresnal to try out. I bumped my diet up to 2,9500 calories a day and im currently 189 at 7% on the dot. I plan to clean bulk to about 10%, maybe 11%. Im blessed not to have to bulk extremeley but merley bump up carbs and a little fat and my muscle mass takes off. Ill post Arms tomorrow and let you know on any changes.

Sorry no posts, I had to go out of town to my college for a placement test.
Well for both my arm day and leg day, things have been settling down. The pump is still great but there were no increases in strength or reps between both training days, so ther isnt much to post. Im almost out of the stuff (1 bottlel still have 2 left) so after this bottle ill make a final chart with all weeks and ill be starting a new log of supps for my clean bulking phase coming up.
Today which is Sunday I did 100 meter spritn intervals, no difference in speed or stamina.
Alls ervings were taken both pre and post workout.

Well incase you were wondering why this lig has slowed so much, is I'm not seeing any gains anymore, and I cant jsut post blank space ;).
I cant wait to start my bulkin supps log, now that I will update all the time becuase changes and gains will be flowing.
Sorry fellow log subscribers, the last 3 workout days I didnt experience any gains.

Diet: Prepping for Clean Bulking: Protein: 220-300+ (Depends on day), Carbs: 150-300 (cycling still but less extreme), Fats: 60-85 (Getting more MCT's and other healthy fats in me, back to eating lean beef :) ).
Still working on the big ass chart for this 45 day cycle, sorry guyts just not much to post, my next log will pwn ass, get ready......
