I just got this product in the mail today. unfortunately i could not try it today bc I already worked out this morning. I will try it out tomorrow.

Right now, I'm gonna take a break from no-xplode and start on this tomorrow.

Supplements I'm stacking this with:
Nitrix
Cellmass
Multi-v
N-large 2

I have about less than a week supply of nitrix and cellmass left. I will be ordering some White Blood and Omega thunder to stack with r4w next week.

For the first post...here are my stats.

Age: 19
Height: 5'11
Weight: 141-143lbs
Bodyfat: 7-8%

Lifts:
Dumbell Bench Press 75lbs each arm
Bench Press: 175lbs (i rarely max out during BP bc of elbow injury)
Squats: 185lbs
Deadlift: 180lbs

Those are the main excercise people are interested in. I just started squats and Deadlifts for the first time in my life 2 weeks ago. So right now, I'm taking it easy to execute the right form.

I have been lifting seriously 5 weeks ago, starting at 134lbs. But have been lifting on/off since my soph year of high school.

Workout split:
Monday: Chest/tris
Tues: Legs
Wed: shoulders
Thursday: Arms/little bit of chest if not sore
Friday-Sunday: off due to work.

R4W smell test: Upon opening the bottle, the smell is somewhat like crushed multi-v pills. lol.

My Goal: to be 150+ by the time I go back to college (8/29)

Heres what I look like: taken 2 weeks ago, weighting at 138lbs.

Day 1

Total workout time: 1hour 10 minutes.
Body Worked: Chest/Arms

I started at 11am and got done around 12:10pm Heres the first entry for r4w log.

I took the recommend dosage which is half a scoop. I drank it with 15 oz of water. The taste, however was horrible. Taste like barf, so I give the taste a 2/10. However, I know that i can get used to it in no time. The first sip, I coughed bc of the taste and decided to add in a little minute maid fruit punch juice. Taste went up to 4/10. I'm thinking that if i mix it with half water and half minute maid, it would taste much better.

I drank it throughout a period of 10 minutes as stated. I wasnt sure what to feel after being on no-xplode for 4 weeks. but i did noticed a slight increase in energy 5-10 minutes later. At that point i couldnt wait to get in the gym. Once I arrived inside the gym, my face was in awe to see dumbells and weights...something like an alcoholic would see when he sees a can of beer. lol.

So, I worked out for an hour 10 minutes. during the workout, i was focused on the weight. I could not rest more than 45 seconds between sets. by the time i got done with my workout, i still feel like that i want to work out some more after doing 2 sets of decline pushups to failure (30+). Usually on no-xplode, i feel tired at the end. I had to convince myself that I done ever planned workout so i dont have to workout longer.

The pumps i got were decent. my arms went to 12.75 to 13.125. First time i broke past the 13 inch barrier. I also noticed some viens i have never seen before popping out around my shoulders. def. gave me a better pump than no-xplode.

After i worked out, i took some cellmass. waited 20 minutes, then took n-large 2 and ate 2 pbj sandwhiches.

Overall, I'm impressed so far with r4w on the first day. almost an hour after working out, i am still feeling energic. usually on no-xplode, i would feel tired by this time. r4w may turn out to be better than no-xplode for me. Its amazing how a little bit of r4w (half a scoop) can hit you faster and gives you energy longer compared to taking 3 scoops of no-xplode taken 40 minutes before workout and the energy dosent last as long as r4w.

this ends my workout week. will take friday-sunday off due to work. Now its time to rest my muscles and gear up for next week. cant wait!

Think your going to love r4w. It's a great product!!

This is from Chuck's site:
Ready4War- To improve taste add 4 packages of grap kool-aid to each container.

I personally use (protein, dextrose) to cover up taste. When I get my new container in...I might try grape kool-aid.

Good luck
