In order to keep from bombarding this section with 150 logs from the testers, let's all post an abbreviated log here.

I'll start:
I received mine yesterday and took a dose about noon and one late last night. By late last night I could feel the familiar effect of a bit of tightness in my muscles, especially my pecs. I forgot how good it feels. I have been on Higher Power CEE for a while, I had the bunk stuff and now I have the replacement stuff. I have to say I think the new stuff is bunk too. I would take 4 doses a day instead of the recommended 2 and feel no effect.
I weighed in at 156.5 yesterday morning, today I was 159.5. That's a nice water gain, especially considering I was already on Higher Power CEE until I started the Muscletech.

I just got mine in like 15 minutes ago, ill start my log tomorrow. :) Which is good timing consdering im was off cycling creatine for a bit (yes i cycle CEE) so we will see what this CEE Pro can do, looks intriguing to me, especially the independent Cetficate of Analysis by ChromaDex, it meets 103.40% of its label claims.

Just received mine too... and yesterday my order of 2 bottles of Omega Sports CET and 500 g bulk cee came in. Kinda pissed that I can't start the Thunder yet, but I do have a ridiculous amount of CEE now. Anyway, I have something to do I'll be starting my log a little later today.

I also have been taking HP CEE like the thread starter and now will be switching it up with CEE-PRO for the next month. I have to admit I'm not too sure about HP CEE either.

Unexpectedly recieved my CEE-Pro today, having no idea I was a chosen. Even though I was already done working out when I recieved it, I took a serving and will now be taking the 2nd serving to get myself primed up for tommorows shoulder workout.

This bottle will last 45 days...

I actually just received my bottle too, its going to be nice to see how my body changes, im going back to cytogainer or musclemilk for my protein. I plan on stocking up for this 45 days on cee-pro, what else should i take?
Im opting for cytogainer because i put on a quick 15 pounds with it & lost an inch off my waist, it worked before, why not try it again. Plus i need the extra calories

Give me advice on a nitric oxide product, ive taken no-xplode but i wasnt very impressed. Also, if im missing anything please private messag me. I tend to lose track of posts'. Oh yeah... cytogainer or musclemilk?

Got mine yesterday - I didn't think that they would ever end up sending anything.

I'm going to start taking this product on July 11th - I'm ending my current cycle of lifting, thought that taking it on my new cycle would be the best bet.

I'll plead ignorance - what's the difference between this stuff and normal creatine? Creatine in tablet/pill form has never worked as well as the powder, so I'm hesitant to replace my powder with CEE Pro, fearing that I'm going to be missing out on some results.

I am on my third day right now. i just cycled off of regular creatine last wednesday. seeing no effects yet from the cee pro. i am taking it with arginine/orithine, zmas, multivitamin and on whey protein.

I was surprised today, when Fed-Ex knocked on the door. I received not 1 but 2 Cee-Pro bottles. Was anyone else this lucky?

I just got one bottle as expected. You lucky bastard.
Anyway I was 159 this morning. Still keeping those water gains. I hit chest yesterday and failed to hit a new high on incline bench but solidly clobbered my previous best on reverse-grip bench. That Higher Power CEE is getting ****-canned. I can't believe after 2 bottles they couldn't get it right.
I know Muscletech gets a lot of crap on here, and I know their stuff's expensive but everything I've tried of theirs works. Maybe not as well as their crazy claims, but works fine. I just wait until it gets the orange sticker at GNC and try to get it cheap.

Alright well this is going to be my first of two posts about CEE pro. I will post my thoughts after I am done with it.

Starting info:
Height: 6'1
Weight: 175lbs

Have been off of Creatine for over two months
Previously used:
Bulk CEE, CreEthyl Thunder, and Creatine Monohydrate

Current Supps:
Whey- Substance WPI
Multi- Unicap
Fish Oil caps - 6 per day
1g Vitamin C/day
E/C(only two days left)
Yohimbine HCL(for use after the E/C. Proabably will not run with caffeine)
AAKG(may or may not use)
Taurine(may or may not use)

Diet:
Clean Bulking. Around 3000 calories/day

Training:
Monday
Squats-5x5
Deadlifts-5x5
Bench Press-5x5
Incline DB Press-2x12

Wednesday
Lunges-4x8
Good Mornings-3x8
Shoulder Press-5x5
Pulldowns-4x6

hey i got mine a few days ago. Today would be day 3 since I started taking it I must admit the pumps seem to be really good so far. I had been taking hp cee for a few weeks prior to this. anyway my starting weight is 213 so lets see hown it goes. Im mainly concerned with strength gains as compared to weight.

whats up guys. I just got my bottle in wednesday. I got my wisdom teeth pulled that day so i can not start it untill I am able to start lifting again, which will probably be around next wednesday or thursday. i will be sure to take pictures and keep measurements but i will be un able to take a bf calculation because of reasources ( or lack thereof).

i am starting out at 172lbs. 5'10"
id say around 14-15 % bf
calves: 16" (bad genetics)
thighs: 23" (knee injury restricted leg work in the past)
waist: 32"
chest: 42" ( wrist injury restricted any work in the gym for 5 weeks, hurt me bad)
arms: 15"
forearms: 13"
wrists: 6.5" -7"

current supplements:
prolab's 100% whey
fish oil softgells
ultimate nutrition's arginine pyroglutimate/lysine

will update in 45 days.

Definitely the Thunder. It is probably my favorite Supplement.

really...does the price of bulk cee win over the cre-ethyl thunder or ud buy thunder before youd buy bulk? sorry to ask on this thread just was debating it myself (before i got the cee pro) and since i caught you i figured id ask.

The only reasone I am not on Thunder right now is because I have bulk cee left over that I bought to compare to Thunder in addition to the CEE pro and will soon have Green Bulge to test. After all that is done with I will be investing in more Thunder, depending on how the Green Bulge is and how cost effective it is. Thunder is one of the most cost effective CEE products imo for what you get. However, I may get some CreEthyl Extreme to take on off days. From what I understand the GMS really helps the uptake of the CEE, and the other ingredients in Thunder also help but some are for energizing effects, which I dont feel necessary on off days so I believe the the CreEthyl Extreme will work well on off days. I believe that this stack should yield results similar to that of Thunder everyday.

If you want to save more money over Thunder look into CreEthyl extreme. I am not sure if BB.com has it. But it is available from *** / Omega Sports.

ok im back to update since ive got a little extra time on my hands. here is my workout with current lifts. although i am restricted in lifting the ideal poundage by my wrist injury and old knee injury, both are quickly healing and will no longer be a problem.

mondays/thursdays: chest/tris/shoulders/traps/abs

chest:
3x8 flat db benchpress 70's (wrist injury)
3x8 incline db benchpress 65's (^)
3x8 upright cable crossovers 60lbs. on each (fly motion)

tris:
3x8-10 pushdowns with rope 70s
3x8-10 reverse grip pushdowns with straight bar (surprisingly wrist doesnt bother me) 70s


shoulders(delts):
2x8 side laterals 20's
2x8 laterals (between front and side) 20s
2x8 lying side laterals.20s

shoulders(traps):
3x6-8 db shrugs 75s

abs:

3x25 decline situps
3x15 weighted decline situps (usually 15 or 20 lbs, depending on how hard work was that day)

wednesday: OFF. usually hit the hot tub or LIGHT stationary bike.

tuesdays/fridays: legs/back/bis

legs:
3x8 squats 175 (old knee injury)
3x8 leg extentions 130
3x8 leg curls 90-100 lbs
4x12 standing calf raises 365

back:
unable to do deadlift due to wrist, but will start soon with 5x5
3x- widegrip pullups (usually around 4-5 due to wrist injury)
3x8 cable rows 110 lbs

bis:
unable to do bis due to wrist injury, but started light the other day with hammer curls and very light alt. db curls. i never really did work bis bc back work made my bis grow with no problem. when i am able to start doing bicep work, my routine will be as follows:
3x8 alt. db curls
3x8 close hammer grip bar curls
3x8 ez bar curls.

i dont work forearms because they are worked with back work. and i dont do powercleans anymore becuase thats how i sprained my wrist. this is my current routine which as you could tell is my "db" routine. will stick with this cycle for this supp log.

will update in 45 days.

wow...workout number 2 since taking it and i can already see and feel some good fullness..my arms are looking noticably bigger and my quads look a little bigger too. hope this lasts the whole bottle.

Alright I finally finished up my bottle of CEE-Pro and had results similar to those of plain old Bulk CEE.

Ok well there is a problem with my weight: I started my measurements on a scale at home and then began using the scale at the gym which reads 5lbs higher than the one at home.
So actual starting was probably: 180lbs
End weight: 187 lbs

Now 7lbs may seem like a lot of weight to put on in 45 days, but you have to remember that I just came off of a two month break after surgery. So I believe that is part of the reason why I was able to pack on so much weight.

Strength gains: they were there but died off towards the second half of the bottle. I started off squating really light, especially on logs because I had been off for so long. But I was able to continually go heavier and heavier.

Value: Are you kidding me? Just get regular Bulk CEE and you will be better off or if you need something in pill form then get: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/ce3.html

I would say that is more cost effective.

Some may ask what about the CEE-Pro Absorb formula? IMO it is worthless. It is only 200 mg split between two component Creatine AKG and ALA. I would say there is no need for the CEE AKG and there are better form of ALA now availble to be used in creatine products such as R-ALA and K-R-ALA.

This would have to be one of Muscletech's better products in my opinion, but not worth the cost.
