Tommorrow I will start my log with CEE Pro...
There are 90 servings in the bottle
Currently, here are my stats
19yrs old
5'10

today was chest day...everyone's fav
the instructions on the bottle say take one serving in the AM and one serving in the afternoon....to me, this translates to "take one pre workout and one post workout" so thats what i did...
here is my routine for chest
Flat Bench 6x6
Incline Dumbell 3x6-8
Cable Flys 3x8
Weighted Dips 3xuntill failure
overall i felt quite the pump in my chest that i normally dont feel...
strength wise...nothing yet....but it's only the first day so i didnt expect much...
i was energized throughout the whole work out tho..

today i did bi's and abs
Standing Barbell Curls 4x6-8
Preacher Curls 3x8
Sitting Dumbell Curls 3x8
good workout...noramally i curl 95lbs on the barbell...but i was able to bump it up to 100lbs and squeeze out 6reps...so i was quite happy
no bad side effects or anything
im still just having a prob deciding wether for follow directions of take CEE PRO pre work out and post workout

today i did bi's and abs
Standing Barbell Curls 4x6-8
Preacher Curls 3x8
Sitting Dumbell Curls 3x8
good workout...noramally i curl 95lbs on the barbell...but i was able to bump it up to 100lbs and squeeze out 6reps...so i was quite happy
no bad side effects or anything
im still just having a prob deciding wether for follow directions of take CEE PRO pre work out and post workout
I got it posted in my log, but i e-mailed a MT Rep, he stated to take 2 caps in the morning and the second serving post workout, depends on your workout times it could be pre and post tough...

so i havnt had an update in about a week because i went on a 3 day drinking binge and got slammed at work...
but im back now with an update
ok..so shoulder days comes around and for the first time i followed the instuctions on the bottle and took one serving in the morning and one post workout...
my workout sucked ass that day....now, it may have something to do with that i had been on a lil "break" from lifting for a few days or because i respond better to taking the CEE Pro pre and post workout.....im going to keep taking it via directions for a while then see if i wanna switch back to pre and post...
for shoulders i did:
Military Press 4x6-8
Upright Rows 3x8
Bent Over Dumbell Extensions 3x8
Front Dumbell Raises 3x8
Shrugs 4x6-8
SUPERSET W/
Dumbell Shrugs 4x8
today was a ****ty workout...felt drained, no pump, couldnt lift as much as normal...hopefully next week will be better
no more drinking binges for a while...hopefully...

today i started off the week fresh..beginning with chest again...
i think im going to stop taking the CEE Pro in the AM and then post workout...
im not feeling that same pump and overall stronger feeling that i felt when i took it pre and post...so starting tommorrow...arm day....i will be taking it pre and post again
todays chest workout sucked...because i think its cause i take the cee pro in the AM and then by the time my afternoon workout comes along..it is not having the same effects on me as it did earlier..i did the same chest workout as last time, only i could not do as many reps on my bench....
oh well...plenty of time left to see improvements

yesterday did bi's, forearms and abs...everything went great
i started taking the CEE pre and post again...and this is the method im going to stick to
today i did tricepts and also great....getting good pumps and just an overall feeling of strength
i do believe this product is working out for me..
we will see what gains are still to be made
