Could be a combination of extra water or food. Always weigh yourself first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I'm bulking up and I gained 5lbs in two weeks. Its obviously not all muscle although I took measurments and I did gain size.

^^ What he said. The "weigh-in" needs to be at a consistent time, preferrably first thing in the morning (after hitting the bathroom). Your weight fluctuates a lot throughout the day - just one glass of water is about a pound. . . Some people weigh themselves once a week, others do it once a day and then look at the overall trend.

Men's weight fluctuates up to 6 lbs a day due to water and other factors. Don't worry about it.
