Introduction: I'm 6'0 ft tall, weight 178 lbs, Mesomorph, lean with low bf not exactly sure what percent but abs are still visible. Been training 3 years and have done very well in terms of strength and size. Supplements I've used up to this point are creatine, whey (of course), thermogenics (leanfire,tetrazene ES-50), vitamins. I am a young one however, I'm 18 years old however rest assured I'm all grown up lol. I've matured far quicker than many my age and now I can pass for a 20+ year old.
Extra Notes: Just recently I decided to search the horizons and I entered the world of pro-steroids and pro hormones. I have never used either and have been completely clean. I came across SuperDrol, read many's logs and was just shocked by there gains and by how safe it was. I then went on to research it and by now I'm well informed of its positives and negatives and the whole SD deal I plan to run it for 4 weeks, 5 weeks based on results and side effects. I have Rebound XT and MRM's Liver protection on hand for PCT which should also last 4 weeks. I plan to run it on 10 mg a day (I'm staying on the safe side since I've never taken this form of any "steroid", also my age doesn't require as much of a dose.)
Day 0 -
This is Last Night, Thursday June 23, 2005. I took 10 mg just to get the SD running through my system a bit.
Day 1 - June 24, 2005
Today, just woke up took 10 mg at 7 AM and plan to take another 10mg dose before the workout at 1 PM in order to boost SD's effects. Todays workout will be very rigourous due to a recent cheap schedule. Today will be Legs, Chest, delts, and tris. Doesn't 20 mg make sense? So yes I will be spent today! I'll be back on tonight to let you know how this all went.

Day 1 Continued -
OK, the Superdrol has kicked in! 10 mg at 7 in the morning, waited an hour then ate a light heavy meal of two egg sandwiches. Took the next 10 mg 11:40 AM and I began to train at 1 P.M. I must note, on the way to the gym via bus I was beginning to feel really tired. I only slept 6 hours last night so that had to be much of it but I got this itch in me that SD had some effect on it too. I was wanting to sleep.
Anyways, I got to the gym to what seemed like a pretty slow start. Started with 90 lb dumbells for pressing (trying to get back to 100, then past it - went down due to low carb fat loss phase.) Anyways I trained the chest heavy along with tris and delts along with two 20 rep sets for each exercise once I was done training them heavily. Triceps were impressive, and incline went pretty well. The most notable effects was the new surge of energy that I had.
I then went on to workout my legs and boy did they get PUMPED. On monday I did the same routine that I did today and my leg pump was lagging behind due to the previous chest,tri,delt session. I didn't feel much going on Monday but today was a whole new story.
The pump was there and hitting hard, and energy levels soared. I will use 10 mg doses daily, my response to SD was dramatic, it happened so rapidly that I don't see any reason to go more than 10 mg day. Hopefully the pounds just come on. I'll try to put on some before and after pics by the time I"m done.
Day 2 -
Had a bicep workout today that went well. I went on 10 mg today, I took them in the morning 25 mins before breakfast while in an empty stomach. Felt fine all day no lethargy or anything.

Day 3 - June 26
Today I woke up, first thing I did was take 10 mg of SD. Waited an hour then ate breakfast. Did this in order to get maximal absorption. Wont be working out today. Chest and legs still ache a bit. Tomorrow I will follow a Back, Bicep, and ab workout.
I can see minor changes in my body's muscle mass, very minor though. I'll weigh myself tomorrow "Day 4" and see my weight progress.
Side Effect Note - None to report so far, everything is going just fine.
Day 3 - Cont.
11:08 P.M, I just got home, washed my face. Looked up at the mirror and I had one bloody nostril. I recall reading someone's log a while ago and him saying that it could be due to high blood pressure from SD. I hadn't had a nose bleed for quite sometime so it's definitly connected to SD. This is my first side effect so far. Today I didn't workout, should I try 5 mg on nonworkout days?

Day 4 -
Today's workout was awesome! As I walked to the gym I could already feel the pump in my muscles. Today I worked out Chest,delts,tris,back. Every lift went better than previous workouts and I have gained 2 LBS so far. No side effects today, been feeling fine, however just being on the safe side I plan to start taking my liver supplement from MRM starting now. One pill before I go to sleep "Health First." It'll be interesting to see what kind of results I get in the coming days.

you sure you don't need nolva for pct? according to the sticky, nolva is pretty much required for a safe pct, right?

Well actually I did have RXT but I just recently found out that it was part of the defective batch. So just yesterday I purchased my Novedex XT off this site. So I got myself covered with that now until I get my two new bottles of RXT

Today was a day of rest. Took 10 mg two hours after breakfast with a protein shake and I've felt fine all day. Muscles seem to look "fuller". Tomorrow will be a leg day that'll leave me half dead lol.
Side Effect Notes: Once again I felt just fine today. If there's one thing that's making this whole experience lean towards the negative side it's my paranoia of SD's effect on my health. So far the only real side I've gotten was a nose bleed. But I've also been checking my blood pressure and it's going up. I'm in the NORMAL HIGH region now, no longer the normal region. I'm in the mid 140's. Libido is fine, testes fine, but my health is very important to me, more so than others. I now plan on running this cycle for three weeks (21 Days). Hopefully these next few days are well worth it. Tomorrow I will check my weight.

Today's workout consisted of an intense bicep workout and an exhausting leg workout. But before the workout I checked my weight. I'm up 3 POUNDS since I started. I don't know but that just doesn't seem like enough lol. I had read more dramatic gains and I blame my lack of gains on my protein intake. It's really a process of elimination, the training is top notch, rest is there, It has to be the diet. My protein intake was at 230g a day, I will bump it up to 280g a day.
The workout went well, my biceps were SWOLE, and the legs were handling the weights easily, I had to stop squats early though after 4 sets due to back aches, not related to SD's lower back pumps just due to improper technique on my back workout a few days ago. However I did make up for it with leg press and my leg workout truly exhausted me. I will follow my higher protein intake and I will take my weight tomorrow once again. I will train chest, tris, delts tomorrow...Should be interesting.
BTW, no sides since the nose bleed.
