Started my CKD at 12am....had a bag of peanut butter pretzels as my last carb meal, so as of now i'm starting a low carb lifestyle. After I get to a certain point I won't do CKD but I see no reason in ever going over 100g of carbs again...unless a special event occurs, maybe not even then.

Anyhew, getting ready to knock out a full body workout and 3 miles on the treadmill to get into ketosis hopefully by late tonight or midday sunday.

Wish me luck, going to need it. LOL

So far so good...but I was wondering is seltzer water ok? It doesn't have any carbs, no aspartame...seems ok to me?

At this point i'm down to 190 from 194. I've been working A LOT....only sleeping like 3-4 hours a night so I haven't been online to update

My diet consists of the same thing every day...basically. 2 eggs and steak for breakfast...two more steak meals with a little mayo and a can of salmon for dinner. I throw veggies in where I can, I really need to boost my veggie intake up just to be healthy. That'll be the goal this week.

hiya, sounds like you're keeping it simple and having a lot of success. that's great. seltzer is fine but watch out for the brands that have sodium.
