View Full Version : Cut Cycle Log(Tight)

Supplementation: San Tight(I'll be using the recommended dosage, 1 pill a day.)

I will not Stack Tight with anything whatsoever for these reasons.

1. To Prove Effectiveness
2. I Really see no reason either.

My cycle will last for 60 days, considering there are 60 pills, but if i reach my goal before that then i will stop. right now I am at 160 pounds with a bf% of 14-15 and I am looking to get under 10 at a weight of 140-145.

Diet-about 15calories per pound. a protein/carb/fat ratio of about 40/35/25.

I'll be Weight Training 4 times a week, with HIIT cardio(in the morning) 3 times a week. Its summer so i will have lots of time.

Hopefully all of you can benefit from this log as much as I hope too.

First Day, which was today, June 27.

I took it in the morning with a protein shake. it was real early too, like 6:45 am. at about 7 i could feel my energy level shoot up. at about 8 o'clock i did my ab workout for 10 minutes, then i hit cardio for another 15. i was fired up throughout my ab workout and even before i started sprinting, towards the end of my cardio my energy level dropped, but not to any extremes so i felt pretty good.

overall:so far so good, i'll try posting at the end of each week, giving you all the details each monday of my cycle, i figure everyday would not only be tedious but pointless.

Day 4.

I'm 157.

Lost: 3 pounds.

Feeling: The energy is great, nothing negative, and my strength and muscle are still present. =-)

Week 1 Results.

I received all positive effects from Tight, without any negative jitters or anything. I’m at about 156 so I still have lost about 4 pounds, dieting is tough at times but I cheated only once with a small ice cream so all is good. So now im on my second week. =-).

4lbs seems like a lot in 1 week, maybe it is water weight?

Also good to see a log on Tight. It was all the rave about a year and a half ago and it seems to have dies down after they reformulated and changed dosing.

yea im sure some of its water weight, but my strength is still the same so at least its not muscle. also i feel tighter so im sure fats going down too. yea and bout the hype, it was a big reason why i started this, its said to be one of the best non-ephedera based fat burners out there so i wanted to prove or disprove of it myself. and i still see a lotta questions on it so, this should help out a little.

hey man, i heard good things about tight too from a friend. Right now im on a cycle of Redline. It was working really good until i went on a drinkfest for 3 days and pretty much went back to how i started. But energy level wise its amazing!

Looks good Ace. Very nice to see a log that's supposed to test one product when it hasn't been stackd with 10 other supps like a lot are.

What sort of calorie level are you at?

yea seriously, lol. im eating about 1600-1800 per day, never more than that, maybe a little below on a day or two but other than that i'm pretty strict on myself.

Here's How I'm looking so far, I took these yesterday and i'm down to 154 and its midway of week two! what'd y'all think?

end of week 2.

i'm at 153. most of it is actual fat, i know because my abdomen is beginning to show more, but another great thing is that i'm actually getting stronger. i'm up to ten full wide grip pull-ups and i'm benching 180 x 8. nice! Tight is not letting me down one bit.

now i'm down to 151 at the end of week 3 and i think i'm looking a lot better, i still can't see all 6 abs but i can easily see at least 4, my arms are more cut and yet maintain there size and dieting comes easy. Tight remains Tight. here's how much i've changed in a week...big difference.

damn man im so happy to see this forum because i just bought a bottle of tight my self iam going to start from tommorow. I am on a very strict diet. High in protein no fat what so ever, ok maybe just a little bit. But i was on lean system 7 for the last month or so, have seen some results nothing too much. I am going to weigh myself tommorow after about 1 1/2 week of strict diet and workout with cardio and hopefully i have shed some pounds. But your results are great hopefully the same will happen with me gl for the future.

Thanks for the info. I just got my bottle of SAN Tight on Saturday and I will start taking it on Wednesday. It will give me a good mid-week boost when I need it the most. Got a question for you Ace, How many workouts are you doing a day? and how much cardio are you doing? I have been hittin the gym on average of 4 days a week doing HIIT 2 times a week and low intensity cardio on the other days along with my weight training of course.

Thanks man, I am starting the San Tight Tomorrow. I certainly hope it can take me to the next level. Because My diet and workout has been pretty solid.

i take one in the morning, half an hour-two hours before i run, it depends on how i'm feeling and other such circumstances.

Results-I weighed in about 150 pounds this morning. i can see the difference on my body, i'm gettin harder and my abs appear more. i think i'm hitting a BF of 11 percent soon if i haven't already. i'm giving this diet the rest of August. its going great though. i'm more than satisfied.

To Be honest, it seems like its more mental for me than it is physical, my physical energy gain is unnoticeable but it is enough to push me through every workout on time and enough intensity.

^This is still my recent state. so to sum it up so far...

Weight Lossed: 165-150(15 pounds)

-I'm much more cut and closed to what i would considered "ripped."

I haven't experienced little to no strength loss, but no gains either and the instensity of my workouts remain the same. I can see great changes appearance wise, with much better cuts in all parts of my body. i'm going to tidy up this cycle and finish it in 3-4 more weeks. the weight is coming of much more slowly but its really easy IMO. I can guarantee that almost all of it is fat.

yea it is. i think im much more ripped GF. even my girl thinks so, which is always a plus. but yea, its cool. i got 2 half more weeks till i finish. i'll post more pictures at the end.

End of Week 5.

I finally hit 10-11 percent. i'm at 147 pounds, i can see an almost clearly defined six pack. one problem that im dealing with rite now, both physically and mentally is a matter of size and strength. i'm starting to anticipate bulking because of it so i can look bigger and not TOO SMALL. this time though i'll be sure to bulk clean. my strength seemed to have slightly decreased, im not completely sure, but if it has, its very slight. =-)

how long did you bulk for last time?
you should finish your san tight before you start bulking, at least give it past summer to start ur bulk :D

Great log keep u the great work , its best to cycle Tight after so long alos. Its a time released formula so on non-workout days you could just stick to taking one per day. Some people do very well just take 1 both days. You also could try stacking some Vasopro or CM with it

yea i'm deciding to finish up by August 20, so far i've stuck to 1 cap a day, whether or not i lifted. last time i bulked for 4 months and gained about 25 pounds. not all muscle of course, obviously why i'm cutting. i'm soon about to weigh the same as the time before i bulked with a lot less fat though.

thanks sixpack, considering im almost done with my cut cycle i don't think i'll be needin a stack, but yea san makes for a great cycle.

Great log man, Im thinking of picking up a bottle of Tight too. So you take yours with food? is it more effective or a bad idea to take on an empty stomach? also I hear some ppl take 2 a day but ur supposed to take one?

Take it with food and I used to take three servings per day without any complications

i've stuck to one throughout my entire cycle and i've always taken it with food, right before i eat it, worked fine this way.

i'm having trouble with pictures, might be awhile, but we'll see.
