Yes, i know its a crazy title. For those of you who dont know...i am a Marine and i am deployed overseas. I was taking Max LMG for approx. 4 weeks. I had Rebound XT for my PCT. Well it turns out that i had 2 bottles of the "bad batch". It takes over a month to get supps out here and they do not see any here. So here i am with no PCT. So i dropped the max about 1 and 1/2 weeks short of finishing my cycle.
Today, and tommrow i will be taking 1 pill a day just weening off of it. After that i will be done with it. The whole time i was on Max i was taking 4 pills a day. It was working pretty well and i gained approx 6-7lbs. This log is not gonna get to into detail in what i eat and such do to i have no choice in what i eat, and its never that great. haha. Here are some quick stats on me.
Age: 21
Height: 5'11
Weight:203
Body Fat: N/A
Working out for: 6 years
Not sure of my max bench, i rarley do fat barbell bench press. For my 5th set of incline barbell bench press i do 245x4.
Tommrow i will be starting with my chest routine. It is as such.
*Incline bench 5 sets
*This chest machine they have over here isnt one ive seen before, you lay down, it works lower chest, generic machine, but you take what you can get you know. 4-5 sets.
Flat bench dumbell drop sets. 4 sets of each weight.
Flat bench dumbell flyes. 4 sets of each weight.
Iwill post you all tommrow how the workout goes.
