A few weeks ago, a friend of mine told me he had been using NO-Xplode for quite some time. Having seen advertisements for it and having been curious about it, I asked him if he'd been getting good results from taking it. He told me the NO-Xplode was giving him amazing energy in the gym, and giving him better pumps, too. He gave me a sample to use before my next workout, and told me how to take it. The day that I actually used the NO-Xplode, I was going on only 3 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours because I had changed shifts at work. Despite my sleep deprivation, however, I had the most intense workout I'd had in months. My mind was 100% tuned in to weightlifting, and I was able to lift ten more pounds on the dumbell bench press. Feeling really pumped up and not wanting to leave, I ended up working every body part during that workout. For a couple days after, my muscles looked fuller, and the veins in my arms were more noticeable.

I decided to order a bottle of NO-Xplode off this site, along with a bottle of Nitrix. It arrived eight days ago (I'm deployed overseas in the Navy), and I started using it. Since there are so many questions about these products' effectiveness, I decided I might as well post my results thus far in a log.

P.S. I'm also using the MAX-OT training program, and the Abs Diet forms my nutrition plan.

WEEK 1
************************************************** ******
Day One: I received the package in the late afternoon, so I took my first dose of Nitrix that night. A dose for me is three pills, and they taste better than most. Obviously, no results by the end of the day.

Day Two: Woke up and took the Nitrix with a serving of NO-Xplode, then headed to the gym (these supplements are meant to be taken on an empty stomach for fast absorption into the bloodstream). This time, the workout wasn't as intense as the first time I tried the NO-Xplode. However, I was still adjusting to my new work schedule, so I was doing a combined chest-back workout, and it just didn't work, so I don't blame the NO-Xplode. No real results noticed this day in terms of increased pump/vascularity. Starting to wonder if this supplement is a dud.

Day Three: This is the second full day of taking Nitrix (three doses a day). I took the Nitrix about 45 minutes before each of my main meals. A few hours into the day, I noticed the vein running down the outside of my biceps was much more noticeable, and a couple of veins had appeared on the inner side of my forearm. Increased vascularity in my arms is something I want, so this is a good thing. I had to work today, no workout.

Day Four: Veins are little bit fuller in my arms, and there's a second one in my forearms that's now visible. I'm noticeing that the vascularity on my left arm is more pronounced than my right.

Day Five: Last night I realized that for the last couple days, I'd only been taking two pills for each dose of Nitrix. I'm absent-minded like that, but it won't happen again. Today I took three doses of three pills each in accordance with the recommended usage. Throughout the work day, I noticed my forearms were getting very vascular, and over four different veins were visible at times. They're really starting to pop out, too. I'm loving this. Tonight, I did a leg workout consisting of squats, leg presses, stiff-leg deadlifts, toe presses, and machine calf-raises. Due to the aforementioned work-schedule change, I hadn't worked my legs in a couple weeks, so I can't really say whether the NO-Xplode made me stronger this workout. However, I felt really focused and I had a very intense leg workout. While waiting for the bus outside the gym, the mosquitos were almost unbearable, and I joked to the girls waiting with me that they shouldn't worry because I was an easier target with all these veins popping out.

Day Six: Off of work again. Took a dose of Nitrix with a serving of NO-Xplode when I woke up, then rode the bus to the gym. Today was arms and abs day (in accordance with the MAX-OT program). First of all, the energy I was feeling for this workout was amazing. I was completely tuned in to my workout. For barbell curls, I normally only do sixty pounds for about 6-8 reps, but today I was able to do eighty pounds for 4-6 reps. Curls had always been a weak point for me, so this made me feel like a demi-god. On triceps pushdowns, I was able to do even more weight than usual. The long wait (2-3 minutes) between sets is almost unbearable, because I'm so pumped up and ready to lift. For the rest of the day after the workout, the pump stayed with me, and I notice my abs look a little bit tighter. For the last couple days, a couple veins running from the crotch to my lower abs have become a LOT more noticeable, which is cool because it's like a virtual signpost saying, "Look what's down there!"

Day Seven: Woke up, and took Nitrix with the NO-Xplode (the berry flavored one I got tastes soooo good) before heading to the gym. Today was shoulders. I was able to do about twenty pounds more than I did last week on Barbell Military press. Toward the end of the workout, I actually noticed a couple of the veins on the front of my shoulders were just starting to show themselves, but they disappeared soon after the workout. I get the feeling I'll be seeing them again shortly :D For the rest of the day, my shoulders looked pretty good. I think I'm starting to get those 24-hour pumps.

WEEK TWO
************************************************** *****
Day One: This morning was another day off of work. I had to go to this little meeting thing in the morning, though, so I ate breakfast before that. When I got home, I waited until two hours after breakfast, then took the Nitrix with NO-Xplode and headed to the gym. Today was back day. I usually can only do 4-6 reps on 170 pounds on lat pulldowns. I think it was a combination of the MAX-OT weight acclimation sets and the energy from the NO-Xplode that allowed me to lift 190 pounds for 4-6 reps, three sets. Having been suffering from a long plateau in my upper back strength, this really made me feel good :D
Today the vascularity reached new heights. Toward the end of my workout my arms looked like road maps. The veins in my forearms were popping out like crazy, and a couple more veins in my biceps became really noticeable. Seven hours after my workout, my arms still look amazing, although I've noticed that so far, the vascularity dies down a few hours after the last dose of Nitrix. Today, those non-veiny moments seem to have been shorter.

At the end of this week (week two), I'll post some new pictures. I haven't taken any pictures of myself in about a month, so I think I'll be pleasantly surprised when I compare the photos.

Great review, can't wait to see the picture comparison. I might need to look into this stuff after reading this review.

I'm going to use these as the "before" pictures. They're from about a month ago, but I hadn't made any significant progress before taking the Nitrix/NO-Xplode, so it'll help make a good evaluation of the results.

WEEK TWO CONTINUED
************************************************** ********
Day Two: Today I worked my chest. I usually do dumbell presses for my chest workout, but today I did barbell bench presses. It had been at least three months since I'd last did a barbell press, so it was interesting to see how much I've improved. When I first started lifting, I had a hard time doing more than a couple reps on 135 pounds on bench press. Today, I was doing 185 pounds for six reps.

Day Three: Today was a day off from working out. The increased vascularity is lasting longer, and it's almost a 24/7 thing now. I've noticed that I get a better pump after my workout, and it's lasting longer as well.

Day Four: Was supposed to do legs today, but I've got a knot or something in my right calf, so I decided to do abs and arms instead. Did eighty pounds again on the barbell curls. At the end of this workout, my arms were looking pretty damn good.

Day Five: Today I worked my chest again. This week I'm going back to night shift, so I had to make a couple temporary adjustments to the plan of the week. It was another good workout, doing 185 pounds on flat bench press again.

Day Six: Today was shoulders. I'm starting to notice my deltoids look much better after the last couple weeks. I think it's due mainly to the fact that the MAX-OT workout completely changed the way I work my shoulders. I had a good workout today.

Day Seven: I worked my back today. I did 190 pounds on the lat pulldown again, but this time it was a bit easier. Maybe next week I'll hit 200. I got a great pump from this workout. I haven't noticed any more increased vascularity. I'm eager to see what'll happen next week.

I'll take the new photos tonight and probably post them tomorrow.

Well, it's been almost two weeks since I last posted in this log. Sorry, I've been real busy lately.

Unfortunately, I ran out of Nitrix a few days ago. As I mentioned earlier, I'm on deployment in Cuba and it takes a long time (2-3 weeks) for a package to get to me. My next supply of Nitrix should be here any day now, because I ordered it almost three weeks ago. This time I ordered the three bottle special, so that will last a lot longer once I get my hands on it. I also ordered more NO-XPLODE and I decided to try out the CELLMASS (hey, I got money, so why not?) I'm taking this opportunity to cycle off these products, so when I receive the Nitrix, I'll start taking the NO-XPLODE again, and within a few days after that I'll have the CELLMASS. I haven't gotten a chance to upload the new photos yet, but I can tell you that I've seen some damn good results. The vascularity in my arms and lower abs has me grinning every time I see it, and I actually look a bit leaner. Also, my arms and chest look a little bigger.

I'll try and pick this log back up once I get the new stuff.

One thing I forgot to mention is that I've really been experiencing some nice pumps in the gym. I think this is the creatine in the NO-XPLODE that's making the difference, because I've only seen this since I started drinking a lot more water before and during my workout. During my workout, I go through about five or six 25 oz. bottles of water. I've tried creatine before, and the only effect it ever had on me was it made me feel bloated. With the NO-XPLODE, though, I don't get any negative side effects. I'm loving that. I don't think those pumps are lasting all day, though.

Well, I'm so pissed off I could slaughter an army of midgets using just a spoon.

It's been almost a full month, and I haven't received my new supply of Nitrix. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! It's not BB.com's fault, however. I received the notification that the package reached the mail processing center. It's just that the Navy is slow as hell in getting the package here, apparently. That's one major problem with this island: the mail is incredibly slow.

I've still been taking the NO-XPLODE, however. The gains in mass and leanness have not diminished at all, and I'm happy about that. I should be getting that new package any day now.... Then I'll three bottles! Two month supply.

I received my package the other day, so I'm fully supplied and ready to go for the next couple months. I'm now using Nitrix, NO-XPLODE, and Cellmass, along with a multi-vitamin and whey protein, of course :D

I tried Cellmass for the first time today. It's a post-workout creatine that's designed to work with the NO-XPLODE. The pump I got from my chest workout today hasn't gone down yet, so I'm happy. Plus, despite that I did an intense workout just three hours ago, I feel like I could do it again right now.

I'm looking forward to seeing the results I get after a couple months on the Mass Stack.

Today I worked back, biceps and forearms. I should note that I'm no longer on the MAX-OT program, because, no matter what that guy says, I don't think it's smart to just do the same damn workout over and over again for the rest of my life :D I'm now working each muscle group twice a week, doing three or four sets of 6-10 reps.

By the time I got done with my barbell curls, my biceps felt like they were going to explode. They were really pumped, and tight. I guess maybe I didn't realize how much of a difference the Nitrix makes. Or that may be because I did a slightly higher volume of work than my muscles are used to. Who knows.

I took the Cellmass immediately following the workout, although I hear it's best to take it like halfway through. Tomorrow, I'm going to try taking it about 20 or 30 minutes before the end of my workout, see how that goes. In any case, though, the pump lasted for a few hours after the workout. My arms are still looking real good right now.

Last night, I went to bed before I had a chance to take the second dose of Cellmass (supposed to be taken 6-8 hours after the first dose) or the third dose of Nitrix. I won't have this problem today, as I am now fully adjusted to my new sleeping schedule.

My vascularity is already back to what it was after finishing the first bottle. As I said before, the effects of the Nitrix didn't hardly wear off at all during the two or three weeks that I wasn't taking it. I wonder what those veins will look like two months from now, especially the ones on my lower abs :D

I think those results are from weight-lifting, actually. :D

Though that other stuff helps.

Looking good so far. I'm just wondering if you are gaining any mass with this stack. Or is it just giving you more of a pump.

Thanks

I don't way myself regularly anymore, so I can't accurately answer that question.

However, the main effect I've noticed is that I looked more ripped - I just LOOK more buff. My arms look significantly larger, and so does my chest. I've also made some impressive strength gains in that period of time I was using this stuff.

The biggest I want to be is 180 pounds, and actually I'd be happy with 175. Right now I'm just a couple pounds over 170, so I'm not too concerned with gaining weight. All I want is too build my chest up a little more, and make my abs a little tighter, define the obliques more, etc. I'm working on details now, and I think I'm getting very close to my fitness goals in general.

The vascularity and the pumps are really nice, though. I'd say the Nitrix is worth the money just for the vascular effect. Like I said, I can't WAIT to see how veiny my lower abs end up looking, especially now that I'm going to start working my abs again. Alec Musser has really awesome vascularity on his lower abs, the same kind I'm getting, and they look great on him. So... yeah.

BTW, the "Viagra effect" is true.
