Universal Animal Pak- 1 a day
Optimum Tribulus 625- 4 a day (2@breakfast, 2 before bed)
Optimum BCAA 1000- 3 a day (in the middle of my workout)
Optimum Methoxy Complex Caps- 4 a day
Omega Sports Cre-Ethyl Thunder- 8 before workout
Prolab N-Large II- 4 scoops a while before my workout
Universal Real Gains- 3.5 scoops post workout

My Split is as follows
Monday:Chest,abs, calves
Tuesday:Back & forearms
Wednesday:Shoulders and abs
Thursday:Legs & calves
Friday:Arms, forearms

I also Plan on getting at least 180g's of protein and 2300 calories a day

ok i will be kicking off my log tomorrow with a nice hearty breakfast, followed by n-large, lunch, and a good workout hopefully

DAY 1
HOOOOLY HELL IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY!

I woke up ate some toast n oatmeal caps n waited for my supps to come in. When they finally arrived i had 2 trib. caps and 2 methoxy caps then ate 2 cans of tuna for lunch (weapon of mass protein)!! 30 mins later i had an animal pak and 8 thunder caps. 30 mins after that i arrive at the gym pumped!
My workout
Smith bench:
12 reps at 135
10 reps at 185
8 reps at 205
8 reps at 225

Smith Incline Bench
4 sets of 8 at 155

Cable Crosses at 45 lbs per arm:
4 sets of 10
.........superset with.............
Dumbell Pullovers:
4 sets of 10 at 55lbs

WOWWWWW at this point I was pumped to the maxxxxx....my arms were the biggest I'd ever seen them.....Is this a thunder miracle??? probably

Then i took 3 caps of BCAA 1000 and went back for a little more

4 sets of 50 crunches

Single legged standing dumbell calve raises:
4 sets of 12 with 75lbs in one hand

Legpress Single-legged calve raises:
4 sets of 12 at 180 lbs

After the workout i came home and downed 3.5 scoops of real gains in 12 oz of milk and 2 spoon fulls of peanutbutter..mmm mmmmmm bitch!

Overall this was an insaneeeee workout...I can't wait for arm day!!!!!

nother hellova workout today

wide grip pullups:
4 sets of 8..bodyweight

low cable rows:
4 sets of 10..125lbs (this is light for me but this is the most weight they have)

close grip pulldowns:
4 sets of 8...155lbs

one armed dumbell rows:
4 sets of 10..80lbs dumbell

db wrist curls:
4 sets of 12..35lbs

reverse barbell wrist curls:
4 sets of 15..45lb bar

pretty awesome workout still...but i've been feeling a lot of nausia lately haha o well pumps r better
