Can someone give me their opinion of the best exercises that can be done with barbell/plates or dumbbells.
Thanks in advance!
(i already do SLDL and lat rows w/ DB's....looking for another to add. )

Ok well SLDL are actually a hamstring exercise so you should do them on your leg day and do REGULAR deadlifts on your back day. I would follow that up with bent over BB rows

laying db or camb bar laying lifts are also great...so are rack pulls, db pullovers, chin ups and pullups!!

Regular deads(Lou is right) are the best~then rows(I've been doing reverse rows, lying face forward on an incline bench-it really stablizes your body to keep good form)chins and pullups are also great(I hate them and still can't do them unassisted) DB or BB shrugs are great for upper back also
I like bent-over barbell rows.

sldl are actually a back exercise that includes the hamstrings a good bit but still works the bak the most.

deadlift - a must
rows - a must
pull ups - a must
