Going to start a 16 week cycle next week. Heres what it looks like.

SD week 1-2, 4-6 - 20mg a day
Max LMG weeks 1-6- 75mg a day
Ultra HOT weeks 1-3, 5-8 - 3tabs a day
Activate weeks 5-8 - if it out of beta, recommended dosage a day
Then start another cycle, probably only for 4 weeks, such as
Prostanzol weeks 8-11 - 75-100mg a day
elephant Lmg weeks 8-11 - whatever recommended is
Then do a real PCT for 4 weeks
weeks 11-15 Ultra Hot - 3 tabs a day
weeks 11-15 Activate - recommended dosage
weeks 11-15 NGorge. - 8 caps a day

I finished PCT from my first Max LMG cycle a few weeks ago. Gained a good 4-5kilos on it.. Hoping to do that again. Anyone got thoughts on my cycle? I think it looks pretty solid.

Wow, thats alot of stuff you got going on there. For your final PCT, have you considered nolva or clomid? By the way, in order to accurately give advice people will have to know a little about you.

First off, I loved your earlier log and am looking forward to this one. A question though, why do you stop the Ultra hot during week 4? Personally I would change the cycle a little bit. How does something like this look to you:

Week 1: Max LMG, SD
Week 2: Max LMG, SD
Week 3: Max LMG, SD
Week 4: Max LMG
Week 5: Max LMG
Week 6: Max LMG
Week 7: Ultra Hot, Activate
Week 8: Ultra Hot, Activate
Week 9: Prostanozol, Elephant LMG
Week 10: Prostanozol, Elephant LMG
Week 11: Prostanozol, Elephant LMG
Week 12:Prostanozol, Elephant LMG

Then do your real PCT, in which I would DEFINETLY get Nolva for.

Ok, first to the Nolva Questions. I think Ultra HOT is a pretty decent compound, as is Rebound XT, as such, I am gonna assume they are as good if not better than Nolva. I have used Nolva in the past after AAS cycle, and frankly, it wasnt that good at fixing up test levels. Great at dealing with esterogen though. Not that I am prone to any gyno.
So to all that suggest Nolva, thanks.. But I think I would run Rebound Instead - I have sent away my bad batch, so i am waiting on two bottles in the mail, come July some time.

As to other question: Why stop the Ultra Hot week 4? Well Author has said Ultra works for 6-8 weeks before body gets used to it.. I figured I would just go three weeks on, one off, three weeks on. In the hope that my body wouldn't get used to it at all.. That and its expensive :)

Now for some stats.

I am 6'3 (191 cm). Weight : 92kilos. B/F 12%. I will post pre pictures on the weekend. I got a big weekend of dancing at a rave ahead of me, so I might be 89-90kilos by the weekends end :)

Training. I have been seriously training for like 1.5 years, total of three years training. I train 3-4 days a week. Normally like this at present:
Chest/Bi
Back/Tri
Legs/Shoulders or on 4 day weeks
Legs
Shoulder/Abs/Forearms.

I have been following a bb.com training cycle lately, which was basically heavy sets on first exercise, medium heavy on second and a 20 rep on last exercise. I am changing that to 3-4 sets per exercise, doing 4-8 reps, except for warmup.

I will post my exact Training Program this weekend.

Diet : i am an ecto, so I get to eat what I like pretty much :) But after my return from the states last week, I have some decent protein for once (Whey/Casien/Ergofarm/Muscle milk), so i got that covered.
I eat oats for brekky with shake. Morning tea fruit/carbs/protein. Lunch carbs/tuna/salad. Arvo eat shake and fruit. Dinner veges/protein/carbs. before bed have a casein shake.
After workout I normally have a high carb/high protein drink. But I find this is starting to put some fat on my gut.. so I am going to knock it back.. down to like 10g carbs and 30g whey.

Sleep: I get 8 hours a night.. sometimes 9.

Cardio: I haven't been doing Any really lately, which is slack, but I been studying. Neway, i will now be doing some light cardio most mornings, probably jsut a 30 minute ride on empty stomach. Will do some sprints on weekends, will post this on weekend as part of my training program.

Goals: Well 16 week cycle - I got some big expectations! one of them is I hope all this stuff gets through customs!!! Anyway, I am hoping that I can put on 6-9 kilos of LMG, with little to no fat by the end of it... its a lot to ask, given my frame (skinny), but I can do it.

Best of luck to you, I'll be following along. Have you ever trained using Max-OT principles, they are pretty good at stacking on mass while on PH/PS. I am currently running my first HST cycle too and I love it. Just alternatives to regular training methods. Check them out if you havent already, both can help you put on some serious mass, but dont be suprised when you read them, cause they are complete opposite training styles.

solarize, may I suggest when you use the N'Gorge that you take 10 caps a day. I just finished using up a bottle of N'Gorge(wanted to try it) and for whatever reason I had better results with a 5 caps per serving than with 4. I had better pumps and stronger workouts with it. This is just what I experienced using it so I thought I'd share that with you whether it's helpfull or not. If it helps you gain or maintain better then that would be great! Just my thoughts. :)

Wow! That is quite a mix for quite a long time! I'm assuming that you've done your preliminaries, bloodwork, and have the support supps also so we'll blow by that. I know you have stated that you really don't have an interest in running Nolva and I wouldn't suggest that you replace your current PCT plan with it, but I would suggest that you make it a PART of your PCT. KRZNA and Jkarp turned me on to the benefits of combining Nolva and RXT (or similar) in a PCT and they make alot of sense. Nolva does wonders for your cholesterol levels (there ARE other reasons for PCT besides just testosterone levels) and with the compound cycle you're planning it wouldn't hurt to have some help there. I would think it's worth the $24 to have the peace of mind, but that's just me. This isn't a criticism, just a thought. Good luck on yor cycle, I'll be watching with the others!

Got myself a nasty chest infection, so holding off on starting this till it clears up wtih some anitbiotics. I havent been training at all for the last week, as this illness is getting me. Might try a light work out in a day or two and see how I fare. Anyway, After speaking with a number of people, cycle has changed and is now like this

week 1: prostanozol 75mg
week 2: prostanozol 75mg + sd 20mg
week 3: prostanozol 75mg + sd 20mg + UH 4 caps
week 4: sd 20mg + 4 caps uh
week 5: 3 caps uh + activate
week 6: 3 caps uh + activate
week 7: 3 caps uh + activate + milk thistle
week 8: EMax 75mg
week 9: Emax 75mg
week 10: Emax 75mg + Clomid at 75
week 11: Ngorge + 3 caps UH + activate + trib/fenugreek + zma
week 12: Ngorge + 2 caps UH + activate + trib/fenugreek+ zma
week 13: Ngroge + 2 caps UH + activate + trib/fenugreek + zma

Depending on results, I might chuck in Max LMG in week 9/10.. and possibly up dosage of SD at week 4 - depends how it is going.
I have some epherdrine on hand too, so I might run that at time.

So - All going well - should start in 5 days - sorry for delay. Best to get well then train and stay fried.

Well i had to stop the cycle due to weird gyno/sensitive Nipples. Was using Dominator at the same time though...

Anyway, on some Ultra HOT this week and next. Waiting for some activate and Nolva also. Once those arrive, I will start the cycle again, running Nolva whole time.

Been training hard anyway. Will keep a log here of Gym workouts and some diet stuff. Hope to start the cycle again in one week from now.

Current bodyweight : 92.
I had taken a week off just now for dancing and such, no gym. So weights arent as great as I would have like.. but feeling good.

My mate who used to compete wants to do a photo shoot with me in 10 weeks time.. which is about when i shoudl finish this cycle, so I will have pics then for sure.. profesional ones..

Anyway, as for Dosages I am running this at present.
Prostanazol - 100mg a day
Ultra Hot - 3 caps a day
SuperDrol - 20mg - Might up this next week

I am waiting for Nolva in the mail. I am going to drop the UH once Nolva arrives, and run Nolva till the end of Prosta/SD cycle. Then run this for two weeks.

Ultra Hot (Or rebound, if its in by then ) 3 caps a day
Activate - A bit above recommended dosage - for three weeks

Then start this cycle

Max LMG 75mg (4 weeks )
Dominator 20mg for two weeks (all i got left)
SuperDrol (Any I got left, run at weeks 3-4).

At weeks 3-4 of last cycle, i will start on Rebound XT and Activate. At end of cycle will swap to Clenbuterol/Ultra HOT/Activate - this should be around time of photo shoot.

Diet : been trying to eat clean, up the protein, down the carbs the last week. This is probably why i havent seen any weight gain. Thats fine.. I was planning on doing a lil 1-2 week mini cut before a bulk on this gear. Try and keep the body guessing I spose. hasn't resulted in much fat los though, as I havent had time for cardio. Still, got a 5 hour walk up a mountain on Saturday, that might burn a few :)

Pumps on Superdrol are crazy.. crazy painful.. Still i will gut it out if the strength starts to come.
I am considering going to 30mg.. I normally dont respond that well to AAS, so I dont see a problem upping the dosage as yet.
My forearms fukn cain though.

Let it all hang out, no point doing a log without pics IMO so good job in posting them. I am a similar build to you, still got a ways to go but have seen some of my best gains and have started filling out since I began focusing on compounds exercises.

If I was you with this cycle I would go for some overall mass and not worry to much about isolation exercises or at least base your workouts around compounds. Just my .02.

Upped dosage of SD to 30mg, so problems.

Did a nice 3 hour walk up a mountain today. feeling the like the SD/Prostana helps with endurance a bit.. pumps were decent.

Day rest tomorrow.

Will update on Monday with Weight/Gym/Update.

I am never very confident on legs... Hurt my back a few times in the past and I am always cautious.. As such my legs are my worst part, but I try my best.. always wear a belt.

That being said, feeeling strong on SD/Prostan now. REALLY looking forward to chest this week, I think a PB is definately going to come out (should i get enough sleep etc).

Going to really up the calories this week, I want to see atleast a kilo on by the end of the week.

Prostana : 100mg a day
SD: 30mg a day
Nolvadex : 40mg a day for first week, then 20mg

I have switched over to Nolva from Ultra HOT, as I was starting to get sensitive nipples again. I had planned on running some nolva anyway, and today it finally arrived. Bloody Australian customs have two bottles of my Ultra HOT though, bastards, dont think they are giving em back either, that and they deny they have them!
Sides: Acne, frequent erections, more tired than usual, better pumps

Well.. I am feeling good! I think this stuff has really started to kick in. I just want to train a heap more and I feel like recovery has improved, markedly. As such, I am upping my training regime to perhaps 5 days a week now.
However, I will do slightly fewer sets on my "extra" days, and keep those workouts in the 45minutes range, dont want to overtrain. No back pain pumps or anything of interest at SD 30mg a day.


Gym: Back/Shoulders
Bent over barbell rows: warmup, 60X8, 70X8, 70X8
Assisted Chins: 28X10, 28X9
Seated Row : 71X20
Stand mill press: warmup, 40X10, 42.5X6, 42.5X5 (UP Weight)
Lat raise: 15X10, 15X8, 12.5X10 (Up weight)
Two arm raise: 12X18
Shrugs, just one set of 90kilos, ran out of time.

OF INTEREST : I have added Clenbuterol this week at 100mcg per day. Only running it for seven days. I plan on running it in the future for some fat loss or during PCT. I figured now would be a good time to give it a trial run, see how my body reacts to it. damn it gives you the shakes :)

Did my Personal best on Flat Bench. Felt AWESOME. I have dreamed of the day I could bench press two plates a side on an olympic bar, and Tonite was the night. Had my training partner with me and decided **** it, gonna go for the hundred kilos.. smashed it out.. got like 4 reps pretty much on my own, last two with slight help.. Unbelievable. He and myself were very impressed. I am a skinny guy, small chest... it felt awseome.. Still on a natural high hours later from it. Bloody sore now though :) Tis good.

So to update, I haven't really gained any weight that I can see.. maybe 600grams or so.. But I am gaining strength now... and quickly. Hopefully with some more full on gym sessions with a partner, eating a lot more, i should see some kilos on in the next three weeks. I was going to up the SD dosage to 40mg, but seeing as this happened tonite, I see no reason. Will stick with 30mg and finish the bottle out.

All nipple sensitivity has gone away, so nolva is doing its job. Will drop the dosage back to 20mg tomorrow.

The Clen I am taking is strong stufff.. Gave me some nasty cramps in legs tonite at gym.. I read you need to take taurine with it.. that stuff is so expensive here.. so either I will get some tomorrow or stop the clen. Atleast now I know what it will be like if i take it during a cut sometime in the future.

Rest day tomorrow, feel like i need it i think.

Feeling pretty awful at the moment. I think I am suffering from SuperDrol nausea.. Which is bloody weird. Because I have a cast iron stomach normally.

So with that in mind, I am going to stop the Prostana/Superdrol and run what I have left of my Dominator (Ergomax) - will run at 2 tabs a day - 20mg.

Gym tonite: SHoulders
Awuful workout, felt tired, bit sick. Had to stop half way through.
Will see how I feel tomorrow. Not sure if I am coming down with a cold, or its SD, or both.

Question: With all that stuff you were putting in your body did you remember to take your vitamins? I forgot to take my vitamins while running 6-OXO once and I got really really sick. And I never get sick.

wow, why did you just keep throwing **** in? It seems weird that you would just "throw in some clen" in the middle of a cycle. especially when you have all of that other stuff already in there. Patients! gains will come.

I wanted to try some Clen to see the effects it had on me, to chose whether to include it or not when I do a cut in a month or so (its spring in aus at present). Anyway, i handle ECA real well, Clen, not so well. Being an IT manager I do a lot of close/fine work with my hands all day and see people etc, as such, the shakes are just too bad on clen for me. Although, I didnt manage to try it for over a week, so i cant judge if they stop over time.

PS: I dig your location. Visited there last year.. was a real blast. And the girls totally dig Aussie guys, so was my lucky day. Is it wild all year round? Reminds me of the gold coast near where I live in Australia, but honolulu seemed more "fun". Bigger surf too :)
