Hey guys. I am going to my first modeling shoot in NY this weekend. I fly out on Friday the 24th.
I have started cutting my water intake down and my sodium as well. Got some good advice from Beverly international on potassium loading as well.
Here is the problem. I know Im not suppose to have protein shakes the few days prior (only whole food) but I will be in an airport and then a hotel all day friday. I then meet for the photo shoot at 5:45 am Saturday morning. I wont beable to eat clean whole food on friday (the day before!!!!).
Will a pure protien (vpx zero carb) shake and no soduim rice cakes do the trick?
Any advice would be appriciated...Thanks!
