My Background
Long story short: fat kid with high colhesterol at 17 years old started running (half marathons etc) and leaned up, but never been ripped. Been lifting for hypertrophy for a year and a half, altho very inconsistent (not because im a inconsistent person, just because i did a 2 months backpacking through Italy and that left me right back at ZERO).
Since Jan if been serious but i have a very ****ty genetic. 1 and 1/2 months ago i started a UD2.0 and loved it. I was able to lose around 6 pounds of fat and gain 2 pounds of muscle, and i wasnt as strict as i should be (traveled a lot and that means ****ty diet).
Body Composition
I live in Brazil so most of my weights, heights etc will be in meters, kgs etc. I will convert if possible.
-1,73m tall (5f8i i think)
-68kg (150lbs)
-aprox 11% BF (have a physical exam this week)
Goals
Lean bulk. Altho this have always been IMPOSSIBLE for me. I can have the cleanest diet possible, but im not able to add muscle without adding fat, UD2.0 was the only possible way for me doing that.
BUT ive never made a really high protein diet, so that may be the key.
Im planing to add 6lbs of lean mass in the next 4 weeks, and of course have a clean review of NOS ETHER.
Hopefully i can see how its going in two weeks then i will be able to order some more, because my aunt will be in the US. From Brazil i cant order from bb.com and the site i can order from doesnt carry DIESEL products.
My long term goals are clean bulking until late october (maybe get 10-12lbs of muscle) and then engage a 2-month-no-cheat-badass-UD2.0.
Diet
40/40/20. 3500cals.
Breakfast:
80g oats
7 egg white (2 whole)
100g turkey breast
1 banana
Morning Snack:
1 cup of Chicken Breast (sliced)
1 tbsp of Tahini
2 cups of Chickpeas (usually a Humus with chickpea+tahini)
or 1 homemade whole wheat tortilla
Post WO:
2 scoops of GF Pro (i may get PRO COMPLEX next, cost issues)
1,5 cup of white rice
30g of raisins
Lunch:
1 cup brown rice
200g of chicken breast
1-2 cups veggies
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Afternoon Snack:
2 slices whole wheat bread
150g turkey breast
120g cottage cheese
Dinner:
1 cup Sweet Potatoes
200g of Chicken Breast
1-2 cup veggies or salada
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pre Bed:
300g of cottage cheese
25g almonds
Routine
I will be doing a MAX-OT training routine:
Monday - Legs
Thursday - Arms/Forearms
Weds - Shoulder/Traps
Tuesdays - Chest/Abs
Fridays - Back
Cardio: 2x week of WARM UP+HIIT (10-12 sprints 1:1 rest:run) and COOL DOWN going back home. 1x week 45-60 minutes at 11-12km/h (aprox. 7,5mph).
Supplements
NOW Adam - twice daily
NOW Omega3 - 6g daily (3x 2g)
WPI - 2 scoops post workout
BN CEE - this week only
NOW Vit C - ~500mg 4x daily
NOW Vit E - 1g post wo

5 day reverse load, which means 1 serving 15-30min pre wo, im going to start NOS ETHER wed so i will end up the Reverse Load at next monday.
After those 5 days 1 serving pre wo, 1/2 serving post wo. I will be mixing each dose with 300g of gatorade (25g carbs i think).
The pwo dose will be followed by my pwo meal, about 15' later.

Diet
Ive been reaching 2g/lb, so its good enough.
Weight Pre WO
Pre WO i was 152.2lbs (69.1kg). So its a 2lb gain in 3 days, of course i was coming of a cutting diet, and it has nothing to do with ETHER because my first dose was today after wo.
NOS ETHER FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Clumpy. I opened the tub and i think all the content was gathered in 3 rock-like balls of ether. Had no problems braking it up.
The taste was fine, mixed with gatorade pwo and it changed the taste as much as 5g of crea mono does. But it did had an strange aftertaste, nothing to worry about.
This is the first day so im not expecting much, i took 1 serving pwo and 20min later my pwo meal. My shoulder feel a little more "tighter" then usual, maybe its just placebo.

I believe the reverse load takes place 15-30 minutes before your first or second meal of the day. I am reverse loading and that is what th ebottle I am lookingat says...

obs.: nice pump in the chest, altho im doing a low volume, high intensity training, the chest felt like i was doing a pump training.
Diet
Perfect until now. Im having 1gallon+ of water/day.
Weight Pre WO
153.6lbs (69.8kg). Up 3.6 lbs since monday. If this rate keeps up until next week im going to reduce cals a bit.
NOS ETHER INPUT
Still doing the reverse load, so 1 serving pwo with 10oz of gatorade.
My arms are felling kinda full. Dunno if its ETHER working yet.

Yeah I was surprised when I started getting some acne in unusual places. Nos Ether definitely jacks up test levels.

Has been good, but not great. Havent got the time to get everything right, but is good enough. Ive lowered my cals a bit from every sources (prot, carbs and fat).

Strengh is up. I hited my PR at Incline DB Press which now is 30kg DBs for 5 reps, but im sure next week i can top that! Icreased weight in others 2 chest exs.
Had a massive and painful pump im my chest, which is really good.
Girlfriend said sex has been better last few times (~since i started ETHER) and she doesnt know that im taking anything dif from normal. So her review is placebo-free.

I got a minor all-day pump, i just fell a little more swolen, but not bloated at all.
So far it has been great, i hope that in the next two weeks i can add something around 4lbs of LBM.

Pumps were awesome. By the time i finished my back wo today ALL MY BODY felt pumped, it was great. Strengh and endurance are up. DL was pretty hardcore (i know im a weak mfer :().
Next week im going to WO in the AM if someone can awnser me this (chuck or anyone else), which one of the above is best?
6:00 - ether+carbs
6:20 - breakfast/pwo meal
7:00 - Workout
7:30 - ther+carbs (pwo meal 15' later)

I had a pretty big shoulder pain today but still managed to have a decent workout. My lifts are going up along with ether.
Mini Review
So far strenght is going up quite a bit, endurance is up a lot. Ive been having great WOs usually with a great pump in all muscles. Im felling fuller all day long, its great, i fell like i walk around more pumped then the usual.
My weight is going up slowly but my measures havent gone up a lot.
So far, ETHER for strengh/endurance/pumps it has been GREAT. As for hypertrophy, it seens like its helping quite a bit, but i will leave the coments to review when my tub is finished.
And in this point i can also mention that ETHER made sex better.

I can get Elastamine(primaforce)+Celadrin&MSM(now) for about the same price and it has glucosamine.
Or glucosamine isnt needed when takind Celadrin?

Celadrin write ups I've seen say that glucosamine can help even further, so I would go with that.

Ok. Ive changed it because in working out in the morning... im eating most of my carbs pre/post workout and im kind of low-carb all the other meals.

I had 5h sleep today and still managed a grat WO with a few PRs. When i was finishing my leg wo (before go into calves) i felt really bad, i felt like puking and maybe fainting. I believe its due the bad sleep, and anyways i still managed to get a heavy calves wo.
My shoulder is still a little painful and if it doesnt get better until next week im going to change my wo for more reps and less weight.

Both days SUCKED, couldnt WO yesterday because i had to go to another town and today i crashed my car and in getting everything straigh with the insurance company.
Nothing new, im going to WO chest/back tomorrow.

Final Review
First of all betwen my last post here and today ive several workout days that had to turn out off days (had a mnor car crah and dealt with some problems), ive spend couple days away from town and i find out tha i was with a major GI disorder due to food poisoning nad it seemed to be there for quite a hit (about 4 months).
I give ETHER one of the best scores possible, it gave me some strengh, helped with sex, a lot of endurance and did improved my recover.
I will try to get another tub of as soon as i can and then i can give a complete review of it.
