Ok, I have finally decided to give Clout a try. I was on V12 Turbo for a bit, and though it did show results, I wanted better. Something worth the price. So I purchased 2 bottles of Clout, and I am hoping for good results (from what it looks like to other users, its great). I am also in my cutting cycle.


Stats:

Height: 6 ft
Weight: 218 lbs
Age: 19
BF%: 14.2%

Goal:
Height: Obviously can't do anything about that :cool:
Weight: 210 lbs
BF%: 11% or less


My goal is to try to keep my strength gains while cutting BF. I am a wrestler, so the kind of work that I do is extreme. I am sure of what Clout can and will do, so I am very excited!

My split for WEIGHT TRAINING goes like this:
Monday-Chest and Bi's
Tuesday-Shoulders and Tri's
Wednesday-Off
Thursday- Legs and weighted abs
Friday-Back, Arms (bi's and tri's)
Saturday-Off
Sunday- Off

I run everyday except thursdays when I do legs. I run for approximatley 30 minutes in the A.M. I believe that in a cutting cycle, you need to cut down the fat immediately. And, usually in cutting cycles you will lose some of the strength gained from the Bulking cycle. Everyone does. So, why not run to get the fat off A.S.A.P?


How long will I run this log? Probably 1 month. 28 days is fine, but why not go a little extra? I have 2 bottles that will last me longer, but if Clout makes me reach my goal then there is no need to keep the log up, right?

Other supplements that I am on:

Xtend (just started Saturday...it kicks so much a$$)
Animal Nitro
Fish oil
Multi
EC stack (Pure bolt, of course :D)
Lean Green


I also run a block that is about a mile and a half long, with lots of hills (steep ones). I also ride my bike a lot and swim. Diet is of course in check. I take in about 2500 to maybe 3000 a day, depending if my body needs it. Cardio and Diet is definently not an issue here :) .


So lets gets started:

Day 1 (today):
I went in for an interview for my job. Everything went great, until I pulled in my driveway to find a giant nail logged in my tire. So I have a flat tire and a antifreeze leaking everywhere. All of this happened in less than a minute. So I had to bike my way into town, which is 10 miles and many hills away. So I did, and when I arrived I was exhausted. Mondays are my favorite day (chest, biceps) and it seemed to almost fail until Clout stuck her gorgeous head in...

I had 12 ounces of water mixed with Clout, and to tell the truth it tasted fine. At first a little tart, but the aftertaste goes away when washed down with water. So I went to lift weights. WOW!

I never felt so energized and pumped in forever. Seriously, I have never been on a substance that made me jacked like this one. The mind and muscle connection is unbelievable. I was so happy to lift and by the time I knew it, I was done. I felt great throughout the workout...In fact, I wanted to do more reps and more sets. I did a couple, but I knew I had a long journey ahead of me with my bike :( . When I left the weight room, I jumped on the bike and peddled home, only to find that I was not tired. I arrived home and was refreshed and happy. My second dose is a 6 tonight, and I cant wait!

It looks like this could be one of my favorite supplements. We'll have to see with the results that I get in the end...so far, so good.

Day 2:

Ok, so my Jeep is still flat, so I ride my bike into town again. This time I am tired, but halfway through I feel the Xtend kicking in and all is well. I get to the gym, consume some clout, and then boom! Again, that jolt of energy, pump, and consentration begins. I was a little tired from the ride, but 15 minutes later I was pumping reps away.

I went up 10 pounds in almost everything.

I usually did Cable Front Pulls for 4 sets of 10 of 30 lbs. But I shot up to 40, and even did 8 reps of 50...

2 days!? I couldnt believe it, but damn...This stuff is the real deal. I also consume this with a meal 4-5 hours later, and wow...I look ripped like I did in the weight room. An amazing product. On my bike ride home, I peddled away not feeling tired until the very end, when there are 2 hills about the size of Everest.

Anyways, Im really excited about this product and everything looks good so far. I havent really taken it yet on a "cardio session", but that will be tomarrow before I make my way to Noah's Ark :cool:! (Hey, Wisconsin hass to have something, right?). Cant wait to show my bod there, and I am very sure this clout stuff will help make me look more "presentable", if you know what I mean :D . J-rod, how do you guys do it? I have been impressed with MAN for some time.

Lol, well I am glad to see people are interested in my posts. Fine. ILL DO IT MYSELF! Hehe :D

Day 3:

I went to Noah's Ark today. Very nice out, and had some great looks from hotties :D. I took the clout before my run today (it was my day off from lifting), and that helped my legs out a lot from the day before (the biking adventure). I then took clout 5 hours later, looking even more solid than before. I felt refreshed after drinking it considering that i have walked all day. Tomarrow will be legs and abs...

Day 4:

Did legs and abs today. Holy **** did I work myself! I was already exhausted by Noah's Ark, and the biking and the running, but since I didnt run today it helped a little. I took Clout today before my lift, and not only did it help me get that edge again, but my sunburn felt a little better :). I take it again at 6.

As far as side effects, not really anything. No bloating, but I sweat a lot. I also have very bad gas, but it is starting to go away (They say Clout gives you gas, but once the body adapts to the body octane, it should subside). So far so good! Im really enjoying Clout!

Day 4:

Was a good day today. Back and arms, and my forearms were ready to explode. I liked the fact that the minute I take this stuff, it works into the system. Once again, when I felt like it wouldnt work, the stuff kicked in and I was ready to go. Tomarrow is an off day, but I will run in the morning and take it pre-run.

One question: Would anyone know if it would be alright to combine Body Octane and Clout, while on Xtend?I might ask this in the supplement forum

Yes you could combine them


Day 5:

Day 6:

Today is sunday, and the clout really helped at work the other day. I cater for weddings, and there is so much food leftover that the people working there can eat it. I didnt really have an appetite, so I was guessing it was from the Clout. It felt so good passing up the food; it made me feel "stronger". Today I took it before I ran and it seemed to work just as predicted. Only when I run, I have explosive farts. Feels like my ass is on fire, but then after taking a dump, all is good :). Chest and Biceps are tomarrow...

Day 7:


Good day today. Chest and Biceps are always a favorite. I took my clout and Xtend before workout, and then my Xtend after the workout (3 scoops per serving). My recovery seemed great and my muscles feel full. My curls, bench, etc... are all going up, but the main thing I notice is my completing of the sets are more "complete", as in I dont need any extra support from the legs, hips, etc... All is good.

That is pretty impressive after only 7 days.
