Ok, I have finally decided to give Clout a try. I was on V12 Turbo for a bit, and though it did show results, I wanted better. Something worth the price. So I purchased 2 bottles of Clout, and I am hoping for good results (from what it looks like to other users, its great). I am also in my cutting cycle.
Stats:
Height: 6 ft
Weight: 218 lbs
Age: 19
BF%: 14.2%
Goal:
Height: Obviously can't do anything about that :cool:
Weight: 210 lbs
BF%: 11% or less
My goal is to try to keep my strength gains while cutting BF. I am a wrestler, so the kind of work that I do is extreme. I am sure of what Clout can and will do, so I am very excited!
My split for WEIGHT TRAINING goes like this:
Monday-Chest and Bi's
Tuesday-Shoulders and Tri's
Wednesday-Off
Thursday- Legs and weighted abs
Friday-Back, Arms (bi's and tri's)
Saturday-Off
Sunday- Off
I run everyday except thursdays when I do legs. I run for approximatley 30 minutes in the A.M. I believe that in a cutting cycle, you need to cut down the fat immediately. And, usually in cutting cycles you will lose some of the strength gained from the Bulking cycle. Everyone does. So, why not run to get the fat off A.S.A.P?
How long will I run this log? Probably 1 month. 28 days is fine, but why not go a little extra? I have 2 bottles that will last me longer, but if Clout makes me reach my goal then there is no need to keep the log up, right?

Xtend (just started Saturday...it kicks so much a$$)
Animal Nitro
Fish oil
Multi
EC stack (Pure bolt, of course :D)
Lean Green
I also run a block that is about a mile and a half long, with lots of hills (steep ones). I also ride my bike a lot and swim. Diet is of course in check. I take in about 2500 to maybe 3000 a day, depending if my body needs it. Cardio and Diet is definently not an issue here :) .
So lets gets started:
Day 1 (today):
I went in for an interview for my job. Everything went great, until I pulled in my driveway to find a giant nail logged in my tire. So I have a flat tire and a antifreeze leaking everywhere. All of this happened in less than a minute. So I had to bike my way into town, which is 10 miles and many hills away. So I did, and when I arrived I was exhausted. Mondays are my favorite day (chest, biceps) and it seemed to almost fail until Clout stuck her gorgeous head in...
I had 12 ounces of water mixed with Clout, and to tell the truth it tasted fine. At first a little tart, but the aftertaste goes away when washed down with water. So I went to lift weights. WOW!
I never felt so energized and pumped in forever. Seriously, I have never been on a substance that made me jacked like this one. The mind and muscle connection is unbelievable. I was so happy to lift and by the time I knew it, I was done. I felt great throughout the workout...In fact, I wanted to do more reps and more sets. I did a couple, but I knew I had a long journey ahead of me with my bike :( . When I left the weight room, I jumped on the bike and peddled home, only to find that I was not tired. I arrived home and was refreshed and happy. My second dose is a 6 tonight, and I cant wait!
It looks like this could be one of my favorite supplements. We'll have to see with the results that I get in the end...so far, so good.
