yep, you read it correctly. this is going to be the sexiest log ever. why? cause each update will have pictures of hot chicks. wooooooooo!!!!111

5'11"
170 lbs
~9%bf
measurements:
arms: 14.25
chest: 42.5
shoulders: ~51 (my measuring tape only goes up to 48)
my diet has been around 4500 calories day 50c/30p/20f, which is about 500 calories over maintenance. since this product is designed to be taken while eating a maintenance level of calories i'll cut back by about 6 slices of bread a day (basically one a meal), so that'll put me right at 4000 calories. begining next tuesday my class schedule will be changing and my first class will be two hours later than current, so i will adapt my diet to keep the same amount of calories.
my current lifting schedule is
tuesday: chest and traps
thursday: back and deltoids
saturday: biceps and triceps
sunday: legs
i do abs in the gym ocassionally, but i get a good enough ab workout every day from "night-time cardio" ;)
my workouts consist of 3 excercises, three sets each of 8,6,4 reps.
i will be taking 4 servings a day as recommended. my question is, what times of the day should i take it? i lift around 2:30 every afternoon, wake up at 7, and go to bed around 11-12. thanks

i haven't recieved a response yet about when to take each serving, so for right now i'm gonna do morning, preworkout, post-post workout, and an evening meal.
had the first serving this morning. it doesn't stir too well, so i advise using a shaker. after only a few shakes it was completely stirred. the taste is pretty good. it doesn't really taste like a candy-flavored fruit punch, but more like a real fruit punch using real fruit, but it's not a real tart sweet. kinda has a mellony taste. it's not a great taste and i'm sure that i'll get tired of it by the end of the cycle, but i'm sure that many of the ingredients taste like ass, so i'm not complaining.
btw, i bought 3 bottles, and at 4 servings a day it should last me 18.5 days. $60 for less than three weeks is rather expensive, but hopefully the results will justify the cost.

i forgot to add that the only other supps i'm taking right now are whey, casein, and a multi. previously i did two weeks of CEE in which i gained 2.5 pounds, followed by two week of CEE and BCAA megadose in which i gained 5 pounds.
Did chest and traps today. weighed in at 170 again. didn't notice any strength or endurance chances, but it's the first day. while on CEE and BCAA i would rarely feel any soreness, so i'll make sure to note any difference. i've also found that adding in a few ice cubes make the flavor much better, but it's still far from yummy.
to par dues and loki: could you maybe consider not using such a strong coloring? my shaker bottle and the glass i used this morning are not permanently red. i've soaked them in hot water and soap all day and they're still red. just a thought......

Subscribes. I ran LM for 15 days before hurting my back, and I kept a log on my computer, for myself. The results were very good for me. Good luck Rippy.

last night, and today especially, i noticed that i've been looking a good bit leaner. looking a little more vascular and much more defined. weighed in today at 170.25
i noticed that my soreness has been the same as before, but after only a few days i can't really make a statement on whether or not it is as good for recovery as CEE+BCAA, but so far so good

weighed in today at 172. i must say that i was amazed. i've been getting leaner lately and i thought i'd be a bit under 170, but i was wrong. so far recovery has been great.

sorry i didn't update on sunday. i was busy cramming for finals and forgot to post.
today i had a great chest and traps workout. i didn't feel hardly any fatigue. i'm usually pretty tired by the time i get to incline bench and i have trouble moving up in weight on each set. but today i was able to keep increasing while still being able to get good solid reps. also on decline cable flies i was able to do 10 pounds more than usual jsut because i wasn't fatigued like usual.
weighed in at 171. noticing that i'm looking ever-so-slighty leaner
also, i'd like to note that the bitter taste of this stuff is hardly noticable after a few days

Lol, love the pics man. Funny stuff. I just started my LM run a week ago too. That first week I couldn't stand the taste, but it's getting better everyday. Good luck with the cycle.

back and delts today. good workout. strength was up a bit. also had good endurance, wasn't exhausted at the end of the workout. weighed in at 170 today. noticed that i'm a good bit leaner as well. so apparently i've set my maintenance level a little too low, so i'm gonna bump it up by a few hundred and see how that goes.

installed a component set in a dude's car yesterday. spent about 4 hours outside in the frickin' hot alabama sun, just about sweated out a gallon. still feel dehydrated from that. that's probably why i weighed in at 170 today. measured my arms and they're about 14.6 inches!!!111oneoneone. also, i've noticed that i'm getting much leaner
so far, so good

Yeah I was chilling outside in the nice NC sun yesterday and it was hotter than hell. I felt pretty lethargic after that.

finally rehydrated myself. weighed in at 173 today, still looking lean.
i've noticed this week that recovery hasn't been as well as before. still not bad, but i have had some DOMS whereas with CEE and BCAA i had basically none.

175 today. woot woot. had a really good chest and traps workout. LG mass really seems to reduce fatigue. even on my 2nd and third excercises i feel almost like it's my first.

Hehe, like the last pic man. Seems like you're doing well on the Mass cycle. I just finished my first container and my next one is still in the mail. :( Gonna have to switch to pure cee tablets and run the next tub later down the line.

- How many grams of BCAAs/day were you using before going onto LG Mass?

- First meal of the day
- Meal before workout
- Post-workout
- Dinner

Are you leaving them to dry after you mix them? I generally find there's some red residue if I just leave it. If I take the glass I mix it in and just wash it directly after drinking it (with a little soap) there's no color residue.

Yeah, but we're going to be bringing out SyntheSIZE (the new replacement) soon--hopefully by the end of the month for the betas (we're testing the prototypes now). It's meant to be used the same way as Leptigen Mass, and can be though of as a "Super-Creatine".
Ingredients (as of right now): CEE, Tri-methyl-glycine (Betaine), Inositol Hexaphosphate, Leucine, 1,4-Diaminobutane, N-acetyl-cysteine, Aminogen, Calcium lactate, Magnesium Citrate, Zinc Gluconate
The MSRP will probably also be slightly cheaper than LG Mass.
Then we hope to bring full-blown, original, badass Leptigen back out by fall.

Sorry to hijack the thread... but how the original leptigen oposes the Basic and Mass?
Well, ive been looking into LG Mass for a while, if its been discontinued in ordering some of it today, it seens more interesting then synthesize, but im also looking forward to it.

I'm not into comparing active ingredients, but results. Do you feel SyntheSIZE will work better than Leptigen Mass for lean mass gains while limiting bodyfat accumilation?
I thought LM was a fairly new product?

How many grams of BCAAs/day were you using before going onto LG Mass? i was doing 6 servings of 7 grams, so 42 a day. i'll probably go back to CEE+BCAA after i finish until i decide what to do next.

i am a college student, and a very lazy one, so most of the time i leave it until it's time for the next dose. even when i do wash immediately after drinking it's pretty tough to get out.

today is my last day on leptigen mass ::sheds a silent tear::
weighed in at 175, measured my arms and they're still at 14.6.
final thoughts:
well, i went up 5 pounds and added 1/3 inch to my arms in less than three weeks, so i'm definately happy. i also ended up slightly leaner than before. compared to a BCAA megadose, the results and cost were similar; but LG mass lasts three weeks instead of four. i will most likely do another cycle at some point in the future
i think this supplement would make a great contribution to anyone who has cut down for the summer but would still like to gain muscle without having to get fat.
