OK so I'm buying into the hype behind sesathin. This is the starting of week 7 cutting. According to UPS.com my sesathin should be arriving this afternoon.
I'll be updating this log once a week, and replying to any questions someone may ask or what not. I'll also put an entry in if I break my normal routine.
I weighed in today and I'm at 187.5lbs. Wich is down 2 pounds from two weeks ago. I did gain strength in the last two weeks and started CEE full time as well. So I'll be doing an Omron BF% test tonight and see if my BF went down becuz two pounds in two weeks is not what I'm aiming for, hopefully it's muscle and water (due to the CEE)
I took pics yesterday (6-19) and will due pics every other week. I have a visable 4 pack as is, but there is a bit of junk around the lower abs and love handles that have long overstayed there welcome, so come on SESATHIN due what your suppose to due.

My nutrition is gonna get a shake up to maximize the benifits of the Sesathin. So my solid meals will look like this
Meal 1 - 45/20/35 w/2 fish oil, lecithin, and sesathin
Meal 2 - 45/45/10
Meal 3 - 45/20/35 w/2 fish oil and sesathin
Meal 4 - 45/45/10
Meal 5 - 45/20/35 w/2 fish oil, lecithin, and sesathin
I'm taking in about 2,300-2,600 of ULTRA clean cals a day.
My training is 4 days lifting, and 5 days of HIIT cardio. I do HIIT after weight training, and the last session on Saturday, a non lifting day. If you want a more detailed explaination of my routine and nutrition read my journal.
