View Full Version : Operation 6 pack - yes, another sesathin log...

OK so I'm buying into the hype behind sesathin. This is the starting of week 7 cutting. According to UPS.com my sesathin should be arriving this afternoon.

I'll be updating this log once a week, and replying to any questions someone may ask or what not. I'll also put an entry in if I break my normal routine.

I weighed in today and I'm at 187.5lbs. Wich is down 2 pounds from two weeks ago. I did gain strength in the last two weeks and started CEE full time as well. So I'll be doing an Omron BF% test tonight and see if my BF went down becuz two pounds in two weeks is not what I'm aiming for, hopefully it's muscle and water (due to the CEE)

I took pics yesterday (6-19) and will due pics every other week. I have a visable 4 pack as is, but there is a bit of junk around the lower abs and love handles that have long overstayed there welcome, so come on SESATHIN due what your suppose to due.

*Current supps*
(taken PreWO)
8 pills OMEGA THUNDER on WO days
Taurine
Vanadyl sulfate
Vitamin C

E/C stack taken between PostWO shake and solid meal #1 and solid Meals #2 and #3

**3grms Cellmass on none WO days ONLY**

*Daily Vitamins and EFA's*
3 Multivitamins (one a day)
Vitamin C
6 grams Fish oils
2 grams Lecithin
3 servings of Sesathin

My nutrition is gonna get a shake up to maximize the benifits of the Sesathin. So my solid meals will look like this

Meal 1 - 45/20/35 w/2 fish oil, lecithin, and sesathin
Meal 2 - 45/45/10
Meal 3 - 45/20/35 w/2 fish oil and sesathin
Meal 4 - 45/45/10
Meal 5 - 45/20/35 w/2 fish oil, lecithin, and sesathin

I'm taking in about 2,300-2,600 of ULTRA clean cals a day.

My training is 4 days lifting, and 5 days of HIIT cardio. I do HIIT after weight training, and the last session on Saturday, a non lifting day. If you want a more detailed explaination of my routine and nutrition read my journal.

Ok, got the Sesathin in the mail and used it with my lunch

Chicken breast
1/8 cup brown rice
13 macadamia nuts
2 fish oils
sesathin

I read the mixed reviews on the taste, and you can put me in the "it taste awful" group. But that isn't gonna stop me from taking it, I'll probably squirt the serving in my mouth full of food from now on.

I don't have a problem with the taste especially since its not a very large amount per serving. I just squirt in my mouth after my meal and wash it down it water.

Wholy SH!T! I'm down 4 pounds in 4 days since I started sesathin. I really don't know if I should be concerned or not. Everything is in check.

1) Nutrition - check (Even though I'm cutting I eat between my maintenance and a 500 cal surplus a day. it varies depending on day)

2) Strength - No lie, I have slighly more strength now than I did in my last week of my last bulking cycle.

3) Rest - I'm getting at least 7-8 hours a night

I did mix up my diet a little on how I eat, and changed my workout routine. So it could be a mix of everything. I dunno?

I'll check my BF% tonight on the Omron, even though that device is as inconsistant as a state lottery, I'll see what it says.

I'll continue to track this everyother day or so.

Could Sesathin be the wonder fat loss product of the world?

Ok, I weighed in today and I'm at 186lbs. which is a total loss of 1.5lbs in 7 days.

I can't really explain the 4 pounds in 4 day thing, but I seem to be on track of my goals now.

As soon as I get my pictures downloaded they will be posted.


You do know that you have to drink water to live right?

thanx for the heads up, I'll start drinking this stuff called...water?!. :D

It's been 6 months since I last took a week off of lifting.

I was due to rest my muscles. :D

but I'm back on the attack as of Sunday (2 days ago)
