website glitch???

so i just made a new BB and bodyspace account. Everytime i click to update my stats, i get this little window that says "enter username and password for management at ftp, blah blah some URL" i enter my login stuff for the site but the window keeps popping up after about 1 second. anybody know whats up??

it actually seems to be working just fine now. I dont know if its necessary now, but i was clicking the link to edit my body stats from my control panel. Thanks for looking into it. Glad to see there are actually responsible people monitoring such a great site like this instead of some far off unseen entity that takes weeks to get to anything
