Abs diet
I was wondering if any of you have tried the abs diet. Someone here had reccomended it to me. It seems to be pretty basic (a lot of the foods are food I already eat.) However, it's easier for myself to stick to a diet plan instead of guess on what I think is cheating and what is not.

The Power Foods.
Beans and Other Legumes Including soybeans, chickpeas, pinto beans, navy beans, kidney beans, lima beans.
Spinach and Other Green Vegetables including cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and brussels sprouts; green, yellow, red, and orange vegetables such as asparagus, peppers, and yellow beans
Fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese
Instant Oatmeal
Eggs
Turkey and Other Lean Meats
Olive Oil
Whole-Grain Breads and Cereals
Extra-Protein (Whey) Powder
Raspberries and Other Berries
Nuts and Peanut Butter (I cannot eat any nut product)
Any input?
