I decided to cut for the rest of summer or until i reach a bf% of under 12%...i'm an endo so i got alot of work ahead of me!

Supps i'll be takin':
basics
Bulk cee
ATW's chocolate Whey blend (3-4x daily)
flax (5-10g worth)
For cutting only
Ephedrine,caffiene and syneburn 4x daily for weeks 1-4
caffiene, syneburn and yo HCL 4xdaily for weeks 5-8
Lean xt @ 2 caps morn and 2 caps @ night before bed for a bottle's worth (i'll buy another if i feel it worked good enough for the price)

STATS:
bf-19%
wt- 183
age-18

Routine:
M-chest/shoulder/tri
T-morn cardio/abs w/wt
W-back/bis
TH-morn cardio
F-legs/abs w/wt
S-evening cardio
SU-afternoon cardio

Cals intake: shootin for 2300 cals in a F55/C240/P210 type way... we'll see(ill cheat 1x a week prob. sat or sun, hey i'm 18 and just graduated... gotta party it up)

Critique away boys......Cutting is my hardest goal and it takes me a lot of work so anyways to make it easier, let me know...thanx.

i'm already about 2 weeks into it and i've dropped 2% in bf... and i lost a few lbs...i guess from about 187 to about 183....

i did morning cardio today... my endurance seems to be getting better.

- i will update this log about every 2 days... I mean it is only a fat burning log... how fast can the results really be???

- and as bad as i don't wanna go, all next week im goin to the beach with my senior class, as kind of a senoir trip... I will try to go grocery shoppin and buy loads of Tuna, wheat bread, oats, eggs, and skim milk... but i dunno how easy its gonna be to eat clean and lose weight down there... also i almost guarantee i won't be able to lift so it sucks really bad.

but after next week i'll hitter hard...

alright guys, im back....

supps are the same except i've added some of ***'s Hoodia gordonii 20:1 to the mix today....

my routine is a little different tho...

MON-legs/abs
TUE-chest/cardio (25min)
WED-back/cardio (25min)
THU-shoulders/abs/cardio (25min)
FRI-arms/cardio (25min)
SAT-off
SUN-cardio (30 min)

cals are still the same...

results so far..... my bf% is now 15.3%.... it turns out it was never as high as i posted before bc on my bf tester i changed the age from 17yr to 18yr old and it effected the % by like 3%.... so actually i started out about a month ago at 18%...

i'll let ya know how the progress goes fellas...

the only thing i've really been mad about so far is my dumb ass decision to eat everything and anything on cheat days... because the bloat and water weight is really hard to get off the next days after, so i just have to remember to keep within reason on "cheat days" and i should recieve better results, hopefully.

as far as supps go

EC--- giving me great endurance and energy to get up and do that morning cardio with barely any carbs in me at all...

Lean Extreme--- its a good supplement but im not real impressed, i think for the price its better for a bulk to keep fat off than it is on a cut phase... its just my opinion tho.

Syneburn--- this stuff is doin great for me. @ 60mgs a day its really suppressing the appetite. I love it, and for the price its great. if i could find this stuff in a bulk powder i'd be set...

Hoodia--- i actually dunno yet, haven't takin it yet. I can't figure out the dosage so i'll wait on it...
