A little info on myself. I'm 27, 5'7 and 161lbs. This is actually day 3 for me on Max Lmg. As you would expect through only 3 days there is nothing out of the norm to report. I'll be doing a lean bulk through my 6-8 week cycle and 4 weeks of PCT. I'm taking 75 mg of Max a day, one upon wakening, one in the afternoon, and one before bed.

Here are the other supps I'm taking as well:

On Cycle
-Max Lmg (3 pills a day)
-Omega CreEthyl Thunder
-On 100% Whey
-Fish Oil
-Multi
-I'm going to add Now Tribulus come week 3 to help my libido

PCT
-Rebound XT (75, 50, 50, 25)
-PrimaForce Proliver
-Omega CreEthyl Thunder
-Omege Nitro Evolution (if reviews are good)
-and the others mentioned above

Today is my off day during the week. Here is my split:
M-Chest/Traps
T-Back/abs
W-Off
R-Bis/Tris
F-Shoulders/Legs

I do a 10 rep set of warmups with a moderate weight then I go 8,6,6,4. I'll begin posting my actual workouts tomorrow. I've recently just started back up again after a long over due WEEK OFF after 7 weeks of my 5x5 routine, which was great by the way.

I'm going to be eating about 500 calories over maintanence level. Should look something like this:
Protein-255g
Carbs-307.5g
Fat-55g
Calories-2880

OK, this is Day 4. The only thing I have noticed so far is that I have to pee quite frequently. Almost twice as much as normal. Yesterday I began to get some pretty bad head aches, but I also went to the eye doctor and got some new contacts, so I bet that had something to do with them becasue I don't have them today. Well, I'll be back after my workout tonight.

Today was arm day and one of my best in a while.

Like I said earlier right now the only thing I'm noticing is that I have to pee quite a bit more, but today in the gym my arms were extremely pumped and I had forgotten to take my Thunder before lifting, so maybe it's the Max, but i don't know for sure. I'll be back tomorrow for legs.

Also I'll be updating my measurements as well.

Give it time, I didn't start seeing, "results" until around the 10th day or so.

Why wait till week 3 to add Trib?, i believe Chuck said it is better to not have your libido shut down completely.

I had to cut legs short after a VERY BAD CRAMP in my right quad. Over all a pretty solid workout. As far as the Max goes though....either my mind is playing tricks on me or I'm starting to notice some things.

It seems as though I'm looking a little bit fuller in the mirrors at the gym and all though it's only one pound which could be just normal fluctuation I have went up from 161 to 162. I haven't noticed anything as far as libido goes, so everything is cool there. The only negative I have noticed is ACNE. I've always been troubled by acne, but over the past 2 days my back is breaking out BAD. Some of this could be contributed to stress as my wedding in August fast approaches, but this just happened this week....when I began Max.

So, I think next week I'll be dropping by the doctor's office to see if he won't give me a script for tetracycline or something to fight acne. As usual I don't lift on weekends, so unless I see something else I'll be back Monday.

I believe I saw you consider max lmg and superdrol in your earlier threads. What made you decide on this product over the other?

My advice is to add another 500 cals to your diet. Take advantage of its partitioning affects.

Also, you say that you're getting married in August (congrats, btw). Isn't this about the time pct will come around?? Obviously, this will be a BIG problem on the honeymoon;)

Hi, I had massive libido issues coming off LMG.. Added some ZMA with the Ultra HOT and all was good again.. Might try that for ya honeymoon?

First off I chose Max over SD because of the whole lipid thing. I'd love to try it out even if only on a 3 week cycle, but I only have one body who knows how screwed up lipids may or may not affect me long term.

If I go 6 weeks on and 4 weeks PCT then I'm looking at finishing PCT a week before my wedding. If I do an 8 week cycle then I'm looking at being in my 3rd week of PCT. Granted I've only been on for 1 week, but I've had no loss of libido. I think I'll go at least one more week before adding tribuluds to the mix for precautionary reasons, but should I feel a loss coming on I'll start it up asap.

I'm not too worried about the honeymoon situation. Hopefully I'm one of the few that doesn't have to worry about the loss of libido.

Mr. Brown..what are your thoughts on LMG so far..Strength and such..? I have been on it for a week stacked with FUZE and Im not seeing much except more hardness, and lots of lethargy..Just wondering your thoughts..

Patience my child, the weight and strength gains will come. Your following the same exact pattern as I. I believe it was in between the 2nd and 3rd week was when I started getting the strength and weight gains.

Right on brotha! Thanks. Yea I know nothing comes overnight or without hardass training, I was just curious to see where its going to "kick in"..

Day 8: Back

Had a nice back workout today and not too shaby as well yesterday on chest. I left my journal at the gym, so I'm not posting the last two days actual workouts because I'm not sure exactly what weights I used, so tomorrow when I pick it up I catch everyone up to speed.

I might be noticing a slight increase in strength, but nothing to brag about by any means. Still getting quite a bit of acne on my back, so I will definitely be making a trip to the Dr. I have noticed that I'm showing a little bit more veins and I'm a naturally veiney person to begin with. Also I'm up 2.5 pounds in my first week which could just be contributed to my revamped bulking diet.

Damn it! Unfortunately I have a bbottle of the bad batch of RXT that is being recalled, so it looks as if I may have to find something new for PCT. I'm thinking about Ultra Hot........anyone else have some suggestions?

Ultra HOT is a very decent product, I would recommend it.
Add some ZMA too
THis helped my libido when I did high doses of Ultra HOT, I was just a bit too sensitive to ATD

Pretty decent workout. I still haven't noticed anything out of the "norm" in my first ten days outside of the acne and slight strength increases. Tomorrow will be my day off this week and I'm going to start taking NOW Tribulus then. Any idea of how long it takes for tribulus to take effect?

Definitely noticed something today....Day 12. I hadn't seen this while reading others logs, but today I had some very very painful pumps in my shoulders and lower back. After doing shoulders it actually hurt to try and lift my water bottle to my mouth. My lower back pretty much seized up into one giant knot, but it wasn't nearly as painful as my shoulders. Bur everything was fine by the time I got home. So far I'm up 5lbs through 12 days, not bad I guess. But has anyone else had these pumps with Max?

Ok, guys I'm definitely noticing some things.First off is the increase in strength. Secondly, I'm up 9lbs to 170, which by the way isn't all muscle. I've noticed my gut seems to have grown a little bit. Now this past week is when I put on the majority of this weight and I just happened to be on vacation, so other than lifting/eating....I did nothing.

Hopefully since I do a lot of walking at work (3-4 continuous hrs) I'll lose a little of that fat around my gut. My chest and arms look noticeably bigger. I'm also going to finish off a remaining bottle of sesathin I have laying around and change Wednesday to a Cardio day to help the waist line.

Sex drive is still fine, although I have been taking Tribulus for a few days now. Acne is still present on my back, but it's not getting any worse. The only thing I'm worried about now is the weight gain, since a lot of it is going to the waist line.

Interesting log, I also plan on using a progestin product like Max LMG so I'll be checking out this log. I feel you bro with the defective bottle of Rebound XT because I too got one. Right now I'm thinking of getting either Novedex or 6OXO. 6OXO sounds pretty impressive so I might go with that one.

My strength so far is going up quite nicely. 250 on the Lat Machine is a personal best as well are the 5 reps at 180 on the seated row. Libido is ok and actually I think it's on the rise (no pun intended) because of the tribulus. So far, my only complaint is the acne which may or may not be from the Max and the fat that I'm gaining in my midsection.

Tomorrow is usually an off day, but I think I'll do some cardio instead.

Well, I was going to use today as a cardio day, but when I woke up I noticed a funky ass rash on my back. So today I spent a few hrs at the Dr.'s office getting it checked out. And isn't it great when a Dr. says he's not sure what something is. Probably just a heat rash he said, but while I was there I went ahead and asked if he wouldn't treat my acne thats popped up on my back recently and he had no problem with that and he put me on tetracycline.

All I can say is WOW! Tonight I felt like a beast in the gym. I set 3 personal records and my strength just keeps going up and up and up. The guy that spotted me is someone I workout with from time to time and he even said, "Damn what the hell have you been doing lately, you look a lot bigger". I just laughed.

So far, I'm up 11lbs to 172 and I seem to be filling out evenly, though I personally think my waistline is growing far more than I like. I stopped taking tribulus due to this nasty rash I got to see if maybe it was from that, and ever since the rash is slowly going away and my libido hasn't changed a bit. I'm considering upping the dosage to 4 a day (100mg) which would then put my cycle right at 7 weeks.

The only sides I see:
-Acne
-Rash (probably due to something else)
-Increased weight/strength

So far....so good!

Its good to see that the gains dont stop sooner.
To limit the fat gains, I would use LX and reduce the carbs (I learnt this with SD cycle).

Well, I'm in the last week of my 7week cycle of Max and although my log hasn't been the greatest I will say that I have been very pleased with the results thus far. My strength has significantly increased throughout the cycle from about week 3 on, the acne that did come about is slowly going away, and I did notice a decline in my libido, but with a little self help in that department I've kept things up to par in my opinion.

Today was my last Chest Day under this cycle and it went like this:
