just a few pics...lighting was insanely hard to get. most pics came out like a blur so pretty happy with the few that came out. let me know what you think. Contest is Nov 18th

oh yea...sorry for the facial expression. no clue wtf that was.

and in my rear double bi my front looks a bit odd...glad the judges dont see that then I guess hahaha

you love taking back shots, take more from the front, my theory is if I know I have a week side take more shots fro mthat side so we can let you know if your are ahead of the game or behind for 5 weeks. Im not a super good judge but I would say you are right on target, not ahead and not behind. Hit those Leg Curls up, drop sets, heavy sets, negative sets, throw everything and anything at them.

again, dont mind the facial expression.

i tried to mess with the lighting a little bit to get rid of some of the flash atrocity

looking good, my only comment would be try turning your fists in on the back dub bi, so that your knuckles are facing the side of your head. I always find that when I do this I am able to get more of a peak out of my biceps.

That is what works for me though, I know it is different for everyone, but I just thought i'd throw it out there in case it does work for you

5 weeks until your destiny

I think your upperbody is ahead of the game, legs might be a bit behind but notihng that a little HIT cardio cant take care of. Most people when dieting find out that there legs are the last place to get cut up.

yea...they are behind but getting there. the HIIT you gave me is whats gonna save me. I'm doing it 5x a week, is this enough or should I be doing i 7x a week no questions asked?

my quads are looking pretty decent, but I did quads today and they look like mush for the moment haha

You're coming along well. Your arms have nice separation in the rear bi shot.

VT-Certainly look tight and you are doing your homework well. Going forward (as was mentioned) I would prioritize your hamstrings. Back detail and biceps are a strength. The key here is that you dieted down and got into contest shape and will do well. And than you are HOOKED............:)

lookin good, little bit of advice on the posing if you dont mind....dont squeeze your shoulder blades together as much as you are in the rdb, and flare your legs out and "sit" on them a little more in your poses to bring out more detail, and try to spike your calves a little more, but you are looking like you got the appropriate amount of detail for as far out as you are, keep chislin bro!

On your back lat spread make sure you keep your head up. Hit those hamstrings hard and sit in your rear poses to bring out your legs. What are you weighing or what class are you entering? Other than that "good job" so far!

yea, I definitely missed those posing points you guys brought up, I'll make sure I fix them.

I am weighing about 198-199 right now and I will be competing at light-heavyweight 198.25

I am hoping to lose a few more lbs of fat, and gain 1-2lbs of muscle with my stack, and weigh in right at 198

I would not get hung up on a particular weight. I typically drop 4-5 lbs the last week dropping water, drying out etc. You will be one of the tallest in the LHW I would suspect so it is good that you will end up at the higher end of the class, however don't focus on weight. Be conditioned and DRY

Concentrate on squueezing your toes into the floor and slightly pushing your knees out. That is what is meant by sitting on your legs
