Ok I know everyone's body reacts differently to things, but what I am wondering is this....
Is it a reasonable goal to gain 15-20 lbs. in 2-3 months with only taking protien and creatine.
I want to go the legal way. I only weigh 153 and plan on taking in close to 200 grams of protien a day, along with 10 grams of creatine.
I know there is a lot of experienced people in these forums, and I would love any adivse you could give me on this matter.

I had a chick I am training gain 7lbs of muscle in the last 4 weeks, with no supplements. It would be doable for you to gain 15-20 in 2-3 months. You have extra protein, creatine, and more testosterone too. Workout hard and consistently.

pounds? yeah. muscle? probably not. 15-20 pounds in 3 months is very doable, especially if your diet has been lacking or inconsistent. get it on track. i'd say about 250g protein. 400g carbs, 100g Fat. that oughta putcha at approx. 1K cals over maintenance. that's approx. 2 lbs./week. you have to stay on track and do this EVERYDAY.
disclaimer: these are all MY OPINION and MY GUESSTIMATES. it is NOT necessarily THE ideal scenario for you. i'm just putting it out there.
if it helps, i've gone from 168-190 bulking in approx. 2 1/2 months. so just EAT EAT EAT!!
