I'm always seeing people ask for spreadsheets to track their workouts, and so far I haven't seen anyone mention this one:
http://www.gyminee.com
It's a free workout tracker that just started up recently. I've always preferred scribbling notes down during my workout, then entering it into a more organized place on my computer. I've been using this site over the last month and it's pretty nice. You can create all your workout routines and add all your exercises, sets, reps, weight, etc.. and it generates progress reports and graphs for you.
They also have a nutrition tab which keeps track of all your macros automatically as you enter your food for the day. They already have a lot of food in their database but if you're eating something they don't have, it's really easy to add it to their database. They support iphones too so if you have an iphone it's still really easy to enter all your progress from the gym after you workout.
Anyway, I hope some of you find the site useful.
