This is a new NO product put out by Omega Sports. I've been fortunate enough to test/review a bottle of it for one month. I will be taking the serving size of 8 caps about 30 minutes pre workout. I just recieved the bottle today after I finished my workout. I took a dose after my workout today because the bottle says to take it on off days as well. I also want to get it in my system for tommorows chest workout. Product information if avail. at Omega Sports website or the Custom Nutrition Warehouse website.

MY STATS:
Age: 20
Height: 5 10
Weight: 225
BF: 15-20

Information on my measures can be found on my ErgoMax/Thunder log, they have changed little in this short time. Although I have dropped from 239 to 225 because of a health problem.

MY DIET:
Protein: 220-300 grams daily (chicken breasts, whey, tuna..)
Carbs: Moderate (flavored oats breakfast and instant pwo, pasta, potatoes)
Healthy Fats: Moderate/High (sesathin, olive oil)
Sorry I don't count carbs.

Right now I'm doing a "lean bulk" as I've heard it called. I'm trying to lower bf by decreasing carbs and increasing healthy fats while still maintaining strength. So far I believe I've been succesful.

MY SUPPS:
HP Whey: 4-8 scoops daily
PrimaForce WPI: 2 scoops during workout
Maltodextrin: 50 grams pwo and 25 grams during wo
Fish Oil: 10-15 grams daily
HP CEE: 3.25 grams pre and 2.5 grams post
Taurine: 3 grams pre
L-Glutamine: 25 grams daily, both pre and post (bought for intestinal health)
EC: 6.25mg Vasopro + 100mg caffeine (2x daily) (I dont take this pre)
Sesathin: 3 servings daily
Vit E: 1000 IU
Vit C: 2-4 grams daily
Omega Sports Power Jolt: serving pre
B6: 500mg
Calcium
Omega Sports Nitro Evolution: serving pre

I'd like to note I'm taking some precription anti inflam cortisteroid that has many negative sides including prolonged muscle soreness after workouts and that weird breakout on my chest. Also fat gain and joint probs, muscle breakdown, bone breakdown, etc.

I have to go to work, I'll put in more details tommorow and say how my workout went with the Nitro Evolution.

DAY 2:

Heres my split...

Mon: Legs
Tues: Chest
Wed: Back
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Arms
Sat: off
Sun: off

Took a serving of Power Jolt and Nitro Evolution at same time on empty stomach around 30-45min. before lifting. About 12-15min. later I ate a Nutra-Grain bar for pre workout carbs because it was my only option at the time.

Amazingly my chest was still sore from one week ago from this Prednisone trash I'm taking.

THE WORKOUT:
Bench Press: 12 10 8
Declines: 12 8 6
Incline Flys: 12 10
Cable Cross Overs: 20 15

Threw in some Direct Tri Work,
One Arm Cable Ext: 12 10
One Arm Db Ext: 12 10
Tri Push Down Machine: 10 10

30 Min cardio walking uphill (sweat like hell during this).

IMPRESSIONS:

My chest didn't feel any more pumped than usual. Although I believe it looked nicely pumped up and rounded, it also felt pumped to the hand. I believe the Tris were more pumped than usual. The arms felt really good. So far so good.

SIDE NOTES:

I'm aware that the Power Jolt more than likely has an unfavorable effect on the Nitro Evolution. I was also taking stims with the other NO product I was trying. I just feel the energy they give me is too valuable a tool to not use. For the sake of getting a good response from this product, I'm going to not take any stims pre workout next week while trying the product. This way I can compare this week with stims and next week without.

I'm also going to start mega dosing bulk BCAA on Wed. or Thurs. so hopefully my recovery will get better.

DAY 3:

Took a dose about 45 min. before working out.

Did back and threw in some Bi's.

The back felt a little pumped up. It's when I started doing the biceps that I could really feel a pump. My arms were surprisingly very pumped up and I didn't even work the tris, so It was just a bicep pump.

I was very happy with the pump I recieved and even a little surprised being this is only the third day. The pump was comparable to the peak results I was getting off White Blood if not better (and I was taking 6 caps of White Blood, which was a 20 day supply). Tommorow is shoulders which should be really good.

I've noticed people are saying increased perspiration a lot. I don't notice any increased sweat until I get to cardio. It's hard to tell because I just started the cardio around the same time I started up with Nitro Evo.

DAY 4:
Shoulders/Abs

Smith Mils
DB laterals

Cable crunch

Took Nitro Evolution + Power Jolt after class. Walked to car and ate 3/4 a whole grain sandwich about 5-7 min. after taking the Nitro Evo. (about 30 gram carbs). I then consumed some BCAA's and about 20-30 min. later I was picking up the weights.

Tris were still a bit sore so I took it a bit easy considering tommorow is arm day. I felt a slight pump in the shoulders. Whether or not it was any diff. than a pump that would normally occur is questionable. Sometimes it's hard to tell with these things. With the White Blood I remember it was kinda hit or miss and took a good two weeks to really get going.

I'd like to note that I'm now consuming 25 grams bulk BCAA per day.

Tommorow I won't be consuming any caffeine for several hours before I take the Nitro Evolution. I think matpal would prefer I don't take any stims with the product.

DAY 5:
ARMS!

Okay I did arms and was very pleased. I did not take any caffeine before my workout including during the morning. I don't know if it was not taking the caffeine or if it was the direct arm work but my arms were pumped.

One of the best pumps I've ever had, if not the best.

Did 15 minutes of cardio after the weights and my arms remained pumped during the whole 15 mins of cardio and even on the way home.

I think it would be badass to stack: Thunder, Power Jolt, and Nitro Evolution :)

I'll rate the pumps an 8.5 which is really damn high. 9.5-10 would be throbbing veiny painful pump for hours lol. No I'm not pimping the product and no it wasn't placebo effect, just some good arm pumps.

DAY 8:
LEGS!!!

Man this workout was insane. I'm trying out the German Volume Training technique. So I did 10 sets of 10 reps of front squats! I read that I should do what I can do for about 10 reps. So I thought I'd be conservative and put on 175. No way, after around the 3rd set I knew I wouldn't be able to get to 10 sets. Eventually I found I could handle 135. Seems light but after 10 sets my legs were pumped and my heart was pounding. The pumps were good and my legs looked pumped even through my black pants. Everythings going good with the Nitro Evo. Tommorow I'm going to do GVT Chest, w00t. (I'm droppin it to 8 sets though, 10 seems a little obsessive).

DAY 9:
Chest

Did 10 sets of 10 reps on flat bench. Started with 165, did about 3 sets. Felt too light and went to 175, did about 2 more sets. Realized I could handle more so put on 185 and did the remaining 5-6 sets. Next week I'm gonna use 195-200. My chest didn't feel very pumped, but it never does. It did look and feel pumped to the touch though. Ps, I can barely walk from the leg workout.

Day 10:
Back/Bi

Did 10 sets 10 reps of assisted chins. Felt nice pumps. Did 10 sets 10 reps bb curls with strict form. Biceps were pumped up pretty damn good. Took my dosage and about 10 minutes later ate a PB Sandwich. This couldn't be avoided because I was strapped for time but the Nitro got a good 10 minutes in an empty stomach before food was introduced. I guess I can say it's safe to say that the product does indeed make me sweat a little more than usual. I'm guessing this is just its way of working to produce pumps.

I see what ppl mean when they say GVT is boring. I'm going to stick with it through next week and then I very well may switch to a modified version of it for an additional two weeks. After that I'm going to give the Max-OT a try for at least two months.

I like Nitro Evo. better than White Blood so far.

DAY 11:
Shoulders/Traps

Took my Nitro Evo. Started with 10 sets 10 reps of Smith Mils. I used 155 and completed all 10 sets. During the last two sets I went to 165. Next week I'll be using 175x10 for 10 sets. I feel like this GVT method could be very beneficial for my shoulder growth. The pumps were pretty darn good after those 10 sets. I thought my shoulders looked visually pumped as well. I did 3 sets of db laterals for 16 reps each next and that produced even greater pumps. I think the veins on my shoulders/pecs were showing up nicely. Last I did 10 sets 10 reps of bb shrugs using 225. Traps didn't feel hugely pumped but I have grip issues and I don't think my traps are big enough to get great pumps anyways. I'm starting back up with my captain of crush grip routine. Tommorow is arms.

I see your experiencing great pumps, but are you getting any stronger? It took about a week for the strength to kick in when I started taking Thunder, but I was satisfied with the increases in strength it gave me.

Good log bro. I am thinking of getting this product when my Arg/Orn stack runs out. Just curious if you know (or Matpal) what would be the most effective way to stack this with Thunder? Anyway good luck.

DAY 12:
Arms

Took Nitro Evo. about 30 min before working out. I decided to try Max-OT method on arms. Started with some skull crushers using 6-4-4 and that felt good. Kept reps low for Bi's also. My bi's were still sore from the other day doing 10 reps 10 sets of bb curls, I thought it was really effective.

I've managed to reduce some bf and actually maintain or even increase my strength. I'll post a couple pics after I'm done just for the heck of it.

I'm actually drinking an Isolate/BCAA/Glutamine/Maltodextrin shake while I'm working out, and I'm hoping the Nitro Evo. helps with the uptake of that.

It seems the more caffeine I have pre workout, the less noticeable the pumps are, but this would be expected. The caffeine doesn't effect my strength or anything though, prob just makes it better.

Monday I should be able to tell pretty well if my strength is actually going up or not. I'll be doing the same exercise with the same reps and sets (10 reps and 10 sets of front squats). I was using 135lbs. last workout. I'm gonna try either 145 or 150 next workout.

I would think this would stack awsome with Thunder. I think it would work fine if you just took all the pills at the same time.

I'd say my strength is progressively increasing even while I'm slowly reducing bf by cleaning up my diet. Day 14-15 are off days but on monday I should be able to make a direct comparison with front squats to see how the strength has gone up.

That's cool. I guess the strength increase is not going to be such that it's an obvious one. I was also cutting when taking Thunder, but I could easily tell the strength increases towards the end of the first week. But then again, Evolution and Thunder are 2 different products.

DAY 16
Legs

Ate a natty pb/sugar free jelly sandwich after class and half an apple... About 10 minutes later I took the Nitro Evo. I could feel I incinerated the sandwich pretty fast and I don't think it had a big effect on the Nitro.

Well I did the German Volume Training technique with front squats again. This week I upped the weight to 150lbs and was able to complete all 10 sets of 10 reps, except the very last rep which I only made halfway up. So I went from using 135 last week to using 150 this week. So my strength is going up and my bf is going down everyday in the mirror because I've improved my diet. I was up about 1/2 pound on the scale and my bf is visually lower so I'm really satisfied with that.

Next time I think I'm going to lower the reps to 8 and increase the weight to 165lb. Then for the last week I might do something like 6 reps, 10 sets at 185 or so.

Pumps:
The pumps were really nice. Legs felt pretty swollen when I was walking around the gym. I thought they looked nice and pumped in the mirrors too. I was hobbling around a little from the front squats which is always a good thing :)

DAY 17
Back/Bi/Calves

Took Nitro Evo. on empty stomach. Waited about 15 min at some Wheat Thins.
Did Heavy Bent Over Rows and then 6-8 sets of assisted pullups. Back felt decently pumped.

Trained biceps GVT style again with preacher curls. Did around 10 sets at 10 reps and got one of the better bicep pumps I've had. Arms were looking real pumped in the mirrors.

Did calves and those felt good too. Couldn't see them because I was wearing pants.

Had a lot of sweat and an energetic workout, even though I didn't take any caffeine.

DAY 18
Chest

Took Nitro Evo. on empty stomach. Waited about 20 min. and had a mini bag of Wheat Thins. About 35 min. after taking Nitro Evolution I was starting my workout.

I decided to do a low rep scheme Max-OT type thing with chest, starting with the bench. Havn't flat bb benched in months so I was content with the amount of weight I handled. Did 6 reps then 4 reps. Chest was pumped up by this time.

Next I moved on to Incline DB presses. Threw up some heavy Db's and did 2 sets of 6 and 5 reps. Chest was looking and feeling pumped.

Last I did some Incline DB flys. Went pretty heavy with these and did 6 reps and 5 reps.

At the end of workout my chest was ballooned out nicely and felt tight. Pump/tightness lasted around 30-45 min. after workout. Didn't sweat so much this workout because I was in and out of the gym in 25-30 min.

I'd like to update on the supplements I'm taking:

Fish Oil: I started at 10-15 grams and have been taking 6-8 grams now.

SesaThin: Been taking just one serving post workout to prolong the bottle.

EC: Stopped taking 3-4 days ago. Caffeine is down a lot in my diet, which is good for the pumps.

Lean Green: Started taking 2 days ago. Prob will be a staple supp for me.

Omega Power Jolt: When I'm tired I take just one cap pre workout to get the 40mg caffeine and a little of the other stuff, otherwise I'm limiting my caffeine from here on out.

HP CEE: Starting today I'll be switching from HP Bulk CEE to MuscleTech CEE-Pro because I was surprised to find that I was chosen as a reviewer. So my dosage of CEE will be the same, just in a fancier package.

Taurine: Ran out about a week ago, didn't notice much of anything from it.

L-Glut: Wasn't helping with intestines, so I'm down to only 9 grams daily. 4.5 post and 4.5 during workout.

BCAA: Down from 25 grams daily to 15. Can't afford so much. I now take it only pre, during, and post @ 5 grams.

So far Nitro Evolution is lookin good.

DAY 19:
Shoulders

Started with some heavy smith mils.
115x20

205x5

Shoulders looked good in mirror.

Next did some heavy db shldr presses:
75x6
60x6
55x10

Shoulders and arms were looking pumped. Could start to feel shoulders swell a little.

After this I did db lateral raises:
25x15
30x15
40x12
25x15

After this my shoulders and arms were looking nice in the mirrors. Shoulders felt nicely pumped. I've noticed my arms have been looking larger than usual the past two weeks or so, I think I'm experience some kind of arm growth finally.

Energy levels have never been a problem during a workout while I've been taking this product so far. Intensity and concentraton are on key.

Do you think adding some bulk cee to the nitro evolution preworkout would make a nice stack? I am almost finished with my Omega Thunder, and I am thinking of taking evolution with 3 grams of bulk cee preworkout.

yea for sure that would work nice with it. you can get the same cee they use in thunder from *** too, since it seems to be good stuff.

Yeah, I was doing some reading on this stack you suggested and it seems like a very good one. I'm gonna give it a go in a couple of weeks.

DAY 20
ARMS

Took Nitro Evo. on empty stomach 35 min. before session.

Went very heavy Max-OT style starting with skull crushers. 6-4-3 reps, perhaps too heavy. Also did biceps and forearms heavy.

Pumps were good. They weren't as good as when I was using lighter weight and higher reps though, but I think that's what always tends to happen. I think I'm finally learning how to train my arms properly, they're looking bigger all the time.

Session lasted about 35-45 min. After this I did 16 minutes of cardio, walking up an Incline treadmill @ 3mph. Was dripping sweat pretty good.

Days 21-22 are off days.

Starting a new routine because the other one tended to over train my chest and arms.

Monday: Legs/Calves
Tuesday: Arms/Abs/Forearms
Wed: Shldrs/Traps
Thurs: Back
Friday: Chest

I really like, how in theory this product shuttles more nutrients into the muscles. It's really nice to drink a bcaa/glutamine/isolate/malto combo during the workout knowing that the Nitro Evo is really helping to get it into the muscles being trained.

Legs/Chest

Dose: 8 caps - 35 min. pre.

Workout: Squats 12,6,5,4 Leg Press 6,5,4 Stiff Deads 6,5,5 Leg ext. 15,12,10
DB Flys 12, 6,5,5

Pumps: Legs were good and chest was even better. Quads were feelin the pump. Chest pumps lasted a long time (45-60 min maybe).

Notes: First time doing back squats in forever so I didn't use as heavy a weight as I would have liked. Also I wore street shoes with huge heels so I tended to lean forward too much. Pumps seemed to come around when I finished up with the leg press, which I was able to perform with better form. I had to combine two workouts because gym was closed on 4th. I only did one 3 sets of db flys for chest, but this was enough to produce good pumps.

Back/Calves

Dose: 8 caps 75 min prior

Workout: Bent Rows 12,6,5,5 Chins 6,5,5 Db Rows 6,6,6 Leg Press Calves 20,20,15,15,20 Cardio 16 min 132 cals. Workout time: 60 min.

Pumps: Back was pumped up a little. Never really been one to get back pumps. Calves were nicely pumped, especially when I began the uphill jogging for cardio. Lots of sweat during cardio.

Comments: Needed a little boost, resorted to a Sobe Adrenaline rush about 15 min pre and about 45 min after taking Nitro Evo.

Shoulders/Abs

Dose: 8 caps 25-35 min. pre.

Workout: Db Shoulder Press 12,6,5,5 Db Laterals 6,5,5 Db Bent Laterals 6,5,5 Smith Shrugs 6,6,5,8 Cable Crunches 12,10,10,10 Hanging Crunch 12

Pump/Focus/Strength: Extreme intensity this workout. Lifted really heavy and shoulders felt hard. I'm slowly losing bf and strength still remains good. Cardio was a breeze, except my hams were pretty sore. Lots of sweat.

DAY 27
Arms

Dose: 8 caps 30 min pre

Workout: lying tri ext 6,5,5 one arm db ext 6,5,4 one arm cable tri ext 6,5,5 db curl 6,6,5

Pumps/Strength/Focus: Intensity and focus were really good as usual. Pumps were on track and strength is still good.

Comments: Because of my frail wrists and heavy weights I was using, my wrists were in extreme pain from the lying tri ext, so at the time I was too focused on the pain to pay attention to pumps. Have 4 months of Glucosamine Chondroiton on the way, thank god. No time for cardio. PS, the wrist pain has nothing to do with the Nitro Evolution. It's one of the side effects of the cortisteroid Prednisone I'm taking, it's very harsh, and I think Nitro Evolution has helped some to get me through the sides during workouts.

Dang bro...you lost 15 pounds?? Your BF looked lower when you were 240.

Legs

Workout: squats, leg press, leg ext, leg press calve, calve machine, no cardio.

Nearing the end of bottle. Pumps still good. Nothing new to report really. I'll give my closing thoughts tommorow.

Final Day

As usual pumps were produced this workout and my chest remained inflated for about 30 minutes after I was finished. Personally I felt this product worked better for me than White Blood did (and I was taking 6 caps of White Blood), which I think is saying a lot. Sometime in the near future I'm prob going to buy a Thunder/Nitro stack. I'm guessing it would be insane. Nitro Evolution gave me pumps and did what it was supposed to.

Start Weight: 225
End Weight: 226
I was 228 the day before on same scale, I tend to fluctuate.

Strength progressed from one week to the next when I was doing GVT training with front squats, that was the only time I payed special attention to strength changes.

Another great product by Omega Sports IMO. Thanks Matt for letting me review the product and share results with everyone.

I have been taking HP cee the past 4 weeks, starting nitro ev tomorrow, I was wandering if I should STAY on the cee while on nitro ev? Or should I cycle cee meaning stop now, and go with nitro ev alone tomorrow?

sorry to interrupt the whole log...but how Should I take both...NE already has SOME cee in it (what is it 1.5g or something?) so shold I just take 1 serving(2.5g) a day instead of 2, and pre w/ NE or post wo?

You can just take the recommended dose of each pre workout or whenever you usually do. They should work well together. I'd keep taking 2 servings of CEE per day because I'm guessing NE has much less than 1.5g cee per serving, prob under a gram.

I usually take around 3-4 grams Vit. C per day. I've been taking green tea extracts also. umm a good amount of brocolli each day. about 500IU Vit E every other day. I'm also taking alcar, actually not sure if its an anti-o. prob some others here and there, like from the multi etc.
