Has anyone tried this? Do you think it would be an ok snack? It has about 13 grams of protein in a cup + the milk I would add to it.
Thanks

It kind of tastes funky... it reminds me of chi tea... but I ate it for breakfast and lunch today and just sliced half a banana on top of it and it was good... I usually mix mine with Red Berries.. but that cuts the protein down. but it's decent and I like it

Special K, believe it or not, has High fructose corn syrup in it. I would stick with a more all natural cereal - like KASHI GO-LEAN which has 140 cals/cup, high in fiber, and 13g of protein.

Special K is worthless nutritionwise. Try a cereal with high fiber, AllBran is good. I like Kashi Go Lean Crunch, but I can't eat it anymore. It was the source of bloating. You can also mix cereals if you hate the taste of the higher fiber cereals. Try adding Allbran to Special K.
